This hotel is very unprofessional as you can see when the customers tell the truth they get mad. This hotel should be ashamed of them self.the towels are not clean. The beds are awful, the bathroom are not nice. This is a -1 star hotel.the price should be 5$ a night hotel. The truth is if you want something nice there's Marriott, Sheraton, airbnb.com for clean hygiene rooms. I will never stay here again.

This hotel is SCAM. It will change the price before you arrive or give you a worse room with no A/C or a broken TV. It increases the price and then cancel booking on website to avoid bad reviews and paying commissions and taxes. I stayed here 2 days and need to report to the police and booking.com to investigate their fraudulent behavior. BE AWARE of this hotel!!

Good room, very nice location, good rate..but internet was very unstable and they only want to be paid in cash.

No hot water in the shower. We tried at night and in the morning. Zero ventilation, no real windows in a room that supposedly had "city views", the room smelled of humidity. The door of the bathroom couldn't be closed. Dangerous location (first words were "don't stay out there after 9 or 10"). The fridge was disconnected, so it took too many hours to have cold water They refused to keep our backpack for a night (we had another reservation with them for the day after) although initially they told us that it would be ok. 2 minutes before we were about to head towards the bus station they told us that this was not possible anymore (no previous message whatsoever so we could find another option) meaning we had to do a hike with a very heavy bag. But the worst part was the receptionist (the one with the beard, day shift; the other one was very nice). Rude and extremely unprofessional, 0 predisposition to help and saying stuff like he didn't care if our stay was bad, and that they would still have guests no matter what

I am giving 4 stars to this location, because of good customer service.. Rooms clean, bathrooms clean. Nice balcony on the third floor to have a snack or a drink. They should not offer rooms without windows though. Hotel with a room with no windows is a no-no. The owner was very accommodating and switched us from at room to another for the same price.

At about 11 pm, as we were getting ready for bed our room was filled with cigarette smoke from another room. We let the front desk know and they actually accused us of smoking in the room lol. AC didn't work and dripped water all over the beds... there was no running water in the morning to shower, and the front desk was extremely unprofessional to work with. The location is good, but we had a horrible experience and wish we would have paid just a little more to get something decent and I'd recommend you do the same if you're reading this.

I stayed one night and immediately had the worst allergies. Something was bad about the air inside the room and the bathroom and shower was way smaller than any other shower I’ve seen.

+ good WIFI signal, really close to the most important attractions in colonial area, friendly staff, good budget option - very small room with the window on the corridor the AC was really noisy and when it's OFF its getting really hot in the room

Loved my stay here! Extremely clean place, comfortable beds, lovely balcony area, wifi worked great and friendly staff. Perfect location to walk to all the sites in the region. Went as a solo female traveler and felt very safe.

Dont reccomend, they gave us worst rooms than we reserved on boooking and didnt want to payback the money or change the room.

Nice quiet room, very clean and comfortable beds, I like that there is 4 pillows. This hotel is in a great location, 2-3 minutes walk near the water... and great to explore the colonial zone. Very nice staff and great hospitality.

I was staying at this cozy hotel. its very comfortable , family oriented and closed to a variety of store and important places to visit... el Malecon is one of the most important area to visite. you will find plenty of place for recreation and all kinds of restaurants. its located at the zona colonial.

No hot water, the rooms are tiny and with no windows or ventilation, one of the receptionists was very rude

for $25 it's very good, you get a queen bed and a bathroom, 20 mins by car from the airport and right by the sea
