The reviews on this site are a total lie if they are above 1star. No closets, no place to put your clothes, no elevators. It’s a slum. Totally fake reviews. The showers are for people under 5’ nothing.

Excelent service, the hotel has a beautiful colonial design, and they have personal 24 hours for everything you need, breakfast and tasty hot coffee early in the morning. And they gave me access to the rooftop to make yoga. Definitely I would like come back every week.

Not happy or appreciative customer. I recently returned from the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 a few days ago. I was downtown with my girlfriend in the Colonial Zone, at a bar called the Rum museum. I booked a room at the Colinial cristi suite at around 1130-12am The booking went fine, complete with What's App notification confirmation. About an hour later,. Some friends showed up at the bar and had a house rented, with space for me and my wife. So. First off, I tried to cancel the reservation on the site, as one would do, in a situation similar. The site wouldn't process the cancelation, so I tried to call the actual property. There was no one answering at the hotel when I called the front desk number. I'm made several attempts at the website and the provided hotel phone numbers. Two days layer my account is automatically charged for $117.90, which us ridiculous, when the room I booked was only $65.+Tax. I would understand if I had canceled during regular business hours bit at 1am in the morning. Come on. Let's be responsible here. This is "not" exceptional. Specially that time of night and the circumstances surrounding. I'm requesting a full refund. Maybe, next time I'm in town. I'll stay at your property with friends and family, if someone would be willing to answer the phone for customers, specifically, and specially, after the hotel had already sent a what's app message confirming reservation, with side instructions for the customer to ring the door bell upon arrival at the Hotel.... "Someone" should of been on site to answer my calls, and address hotel matters. Sincerely.

Nice place very elegant andcomfortable

Get ready for great service, old fashioned beautiful colonial hotel. Close to the tourist attractions. Very quaint. I would stay there again. Rooms are nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Free wifi that works n air conditioning that has a mind of its own.

I stayed from 3/15 - 3/17 the staff was amazing, the room was clean the breakfast was fresh! they also have safe reliable transportation to and from the airport, the airport service is available even if you dont stay at the airport!!! Just ask for Julio!

Ok hotel for the price. Nothing fancy but, a place to spend the night. Zona Colonial is always a good spot to stay. The area has a good nightlife.

Nice, clean and well maintained, wifi signals are very week inside the rooms need improvement. Staff are friendly and good service.
