happy
or
appreciative
customer.
I
recently
returned
from
the
Dominican
Republic

a
few
days
ago.
I
was
downtown
with
my
girlfriend
in
the
Colonial
Zone,
at
a
bar
called
the
Rum
museum.
I
booked
a
room
at
the
Colinial
cristi
suite
at
around
1130-12am
The
booking
went
fine,
complete
with
What's
App
notification
confirmation.
About
an
hour
later,.
Some
friends
showed
up
at
the
bar
and
had
a
house
rented,
with
space
for
me
and
my
wife.
So.
First
off,
I
tried
to
cancel
the
reservation
on
the
site,
as
one
would
do,
in
a
situation
similar.
The
site
wouldn't
process
the
cancelation,
so
I
tried
to
call
the
actual
property.
There
was
no
one
answering
at
the
hotel
when
I
called
the
front
desk
number.
I'm
made
several
attempts
at
the
website
and
the
provided
hotel
phone
numbers.
Two
days
layer
my
account
is
automatically
charged
for
$117.90,
which
us
ridiculous,
when
the
room
I
booked
was
only
$65.+Tax.
I
would
understand
if
I
had
canceled
during
regular
business
hours
bit
at
1am
in
the
morning.
Come
on.
Let's
be
responsible
here.
This
is
"not"
exceptional.
Specially
that
time
of
night
and
the
circumstances
surrounding.
I'm
requesting
a
full
refund.
Maybe,
next
time
I'm
in
town.
I'll
stay
at
your
property
with
friends
and
family,
if
someone
would
be
willing
to
answer
the
phone
for
customers,
specifically,
and
specially,
after
the
hotel
had
already
sent
a
what's
app
message
confirming
reservation,
with
side
instructions
for
the
customer
to
ring
the
door
bell
upon
arrival
at
the
Hotel....
"Someone"
should
of
been
on
site
to
answer
my
calls,
and
address
hotel
matters.
