No Oasis here. The hotel is located in a good area, one star. The hotel in a historical building, one star. But the rooms are small. The toilet is almost under the sink. It's uncomfortable to seat on the toilet. You might need to keep your door open, so you can seat on the toilet. The shower is also small. You will not be able to bend. The noice level is very high. You will hear loud music, cars, motorcycles, car's alarm, dogs and cats fighting. I'm afraid of mosquitoes because I got dengue once. I saw many mosquitoes in the room. Also, their Wi-Fi is no good. It doesn't stay connected for more than 5 minutes.

Ajjjj my god! A mess 😂 Horrible room, non-existent terrace but that's okay! .old and dirty too! The only good thing it has is that it is located 5 minutes from the center! Then everything else is negative! There aren't even any glass windows...so you can hear EVERYTHING! I wish you a good night 😂

Loved my stay there. 5 nights. Great price. Right in the mix of all the beautiful colonial buildings. Room has AC, cable TV, mini fridge, Kitchen sink, 2 small dressers, breakfast table with chairs, wifi, clean sheets and towels daily, Hot water. Fresh coffee every morning. So many restaurants, so much to see all at walking distance. Thank you Juan at the front desk. I read some negative reviews, but they must not have stayed here.

The hotel is located in a very central area within the Colonial Zone, very good treatment from the staff.

With its high ceiling and wooden furniture, this hotel has a beautiful colonial architecture. Our suit was fairly large, clean, and well decorated. We found the staff very helpful in providing us extra pillows, towels, and cooking utensils, as well as transportation tips (one of them spoke English). Since the hotel is located in the historical zone, it is quite noisy. Not the easiest place to get some decent sleep both due to the noise and uncomfortable bed. The bathroom was also very small and uncomfortable.

The personal was amazing, but the rooms need a little bit more maintenance, also is not hot water and the room doesn't get charged every day unless you request it. But other than that, it's a very calm and safe place. I really love it. The manager is amazing and he said that he's working on doing some work on the place.

Everybody is very friendly. It's very secure and the staff is very trustworthy. Make sure you stay upstairs if you want hot water. Downstairs doesn't have hot water. Good price. Decent location. My only complaint is good luck getting in and out of the hotel when you want to come in or leave. The front door is often locked and you have to hunt somebody down to let you in or out. Eventually you can find somebody. But you may have to wait 5 or 10 minutes. This would never happen in the u.s. due to fire laws.

The location is good. The room was spatious. First night I had a huge flying cockroach in my room and the guy gave me an anti mosquito spray for it!!! There was no hot water and they said they had to talk to the management and there was nothing they could do.

I booked a room for 16 nights when I arrived I did not have the room available I got another room for a night. The room did not fill with my expectations that they offered in the photo, I cancelled the reservation, they treated me badly, they treated my girlfriend badly. Not a place I would recommend , there is no good cleaning and they are very rude .
