Real budget hotel

Paid for Air conditioning and they check us in without saying that they can't turn on the AC. This is way I don't book trashotels

The room we had was rather filthy, however the hotel seemed good and the bathroom was renovated maybe the rest will be renovated one day.

It's a good place..

Very quaint in nice employees

Eduardo's attention at all times was very good. The rest was very poor, the cleaning was very irregular and I saw a cockroach in the bathroom

Super cozy and familiar and ideally located in the middle of the Zona Colonial

It's like being with family, quiet and very clean, humanized treatment

We really didn't expect much for the price but we didn't expect that. We had booked 2 rooms and there was no air conditioning in both and we were always put off. It was even more exciting in one of the rooms, there was no shower head and the sink was just decorative and not even connected. Which didn't matter in the room anyway, as there was no water anyway. It was dirty in both rooms, there were very large cockroaches, no air conditioning and no windows. Not really water either. So we can only advise everyone completely against it. Just don't book!! At most, the hotel employee was friendly, even if he couldn't do anything
