Security are told to kill pets if unattended and roaming around the place. Understaffing causes low quality employees, even the security guard uses threats of violence towards guests or residents.

Paseo Colonial is beautiful, but it's misleading to call it a hotel. It is a private conversation complex in the magnificent Colonial Zone and some of aoartments are rented privately or through AirrB&B.
