Nice restaurant, with a wide variety of Peruvian Food. Just loved the “Estofado de Osobuco”. One of the best I have tasted. Also, the ceviche was delicious. Very fresh ingredients used. Service was good but a little bit slow. My guess is that they were short on employees that day. But that did not compromise the experience. There is valet and some parking in the street also.

The photos don't do it justice. The food and drinks were amazing. Paired with great atmosphere, yummy drinks, and good service. The food arrived quickly even though the place was almost full. The live music felt like a private concert. Totally recommended

Amazing service, food and atmosphere. The ceviche was very good, I ordered the fried octopus which was very good and was paired well with potatoes. They also serve dried plantain at the beginning of the meal with a really good dip. Service is phenomenal, the chef comes to the table to make sure that you’re happy with everything. Drinks are very good as well made right in front of you.

One of the best ceviche I have ever had and I spent several months in peru. Every detail of the dish was perfect. The potatoes were delicious. Even the quality of the dried corn as a complementary starter was of the highest quality. The service was professional. Atmosphere was pretty bland considering the quality of the food and the chairs would be uncomfortable for a long meal. This place should be a 5 star but charging me 250 pesos for a bottle of water from Italy is a joke. I asked for water and was given the most expensive option. Shame on them. But I reiterate the ceviche was fantastic!

If you're looking for true Peruvian food Quero is definitely the place to go. Most authentic Peruvian food I've tasted outside of Perú 🇵🇪

Wow! I have always loved Peruvian food but this restaurant has also made me love the elevation of already perfect food. The ambience is simple elegance and the staff is wonderful. If you have issues with spices heat you should request a milder version of your plate of choice. Whatever you choose to eat will undoubtedly be a culinary delight.

Outstanding ceviche with great service in a casual atmosphere. We have enjoyed both the mixed ceviche and the ceviche with deep fried squid on top. Saturday nights with live entertainment.

Great ceviches and pisco sours! A perfect Friday night!:) We tried Ceviche Carretilla and Ceviche Mixto al Rocoto, must say, the first one was absolutely perfect! The only thing - the size of pisco sour is kind of small - we took the giant one and it was pretty much a normal/small glass ;)

The service is wonderful and several of the wait staff also speaks some English. High quality ingredients paired with attention to details equals a delicious meal. The background music in the ambience was also perfect for conversations as it allowed for them to occur naturally.

So I went because of the 4.7 score. When I got there the place was empty, and the customer service sub par so was the energy and ambiance. I ordered a red velvet cake to go and they took 25 min to give it to me.They said they had to put it in the microwave since its COLD? If I could keep waiting Wth 🤦‍♀️ We are paying $410 pesos for a slice of cake. I ended up taking a slice without it being microwaved since I dont use one. I had to come home and heat up a cake on how hard it was. Cold and Dry. Absolutely Terrible. I spent 20 dollars on a pisco sour and a cold cake. The pisco cake was a bit strong but decent. Also the prices were higher than the online menu. You guys need to update that.Wont ever come again.

Chef Pilar, whom we had to personally compliment, is the crown jewel of this excellent restaurant. The flavors of all the dishes brought out so many Ooohs and Ahhhs out of my entire family. It was a joy welcoming every dish, cocktails, and dessert. I so-O wish we had a restaurant like this in Orange County, California.

One of the very best restaurants in Santo Domingo. Their ever evolving menu does not fail to surprise with delicious well balanced dishes. Last, the bar serves great cocktails.. you can't leave without trying their pisco sour or catedral.

Good food and excellent customer service. Food was a little salty, but good. Let the server know if you want less salt.

Had reserved table ready upon entrance. Nice free app. Server was attentive. Made suggestions upon requests based on our likes. Had 2 for 1 special available. Owner greeted us and asked how was our food. Even took a pic of us at our table. Gave us a tour of the party area for future reference and shared the history of our specific meals. Chefs and bartender are from Peru to ensure authentic touch to the meals. Limited parking but valet is avail.
