DELICIOUS Dominican food.... definitely a must try, but come hungry!!! It was alot of food and I even took some home. They have an awesome Instagram account showing all of their new creative additions and I think this is a must try if you're in town and are looking for traditional Dominican food but with the fancyness dialed up a notch.. Super delicious and very respectful friendly staff, I will definitely come back again.

Food: 6/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Affordability: $$$$$ Visiting this place is an indescribable experience. I was able to find 2 things that this country is lacking in terms of gastronomy: food quality and service. The level of attention to detail from the staff is something I wasn’t definitely expecting from this restaurant. The staff is always on top of your satisfaction, whatever the matter is. I ordered a coconut mojito, which I decided to comment to the waiter that tasted a bit more like passion fruit, and he was kind enough to go back to the kitchen and come with a full shot of this coconut elixir which made my drink taste way better. They also instruct you on how to taste some dishes in order for you to distinguish between the different flavors a single dish might have. The chef is very attentive and always taking care of everything. He came out once to greet us and invited some children from another table to show them the kitchen, being very enthusiastic and giving these kids a great experience. The quality and taste of the food is definitely something I cannot describe with simple words. I’m only going to say that it was all worth it, and I’m looking forward to coming back to this place and try more dishes. The atmosphere is quiet and vintage looking. Is a small, cozy place and makes you feel comfortable and is designed smartly, by using mirrors and white walls to decrease the sensation of a small place. Fell free to give this place and its amazing staff a chance to drive your senses crazy with the amazing experience you’re definitely going to have here.

Food is absolutely delicious! The taste on everything is amazing. The serving size is big so make sure to come in hungry! The hostesses were super nice as well and food arrived at a timing matter as well. I recommend trying the torre de hector for appetizer and for main entree the Kalaka. However, everything else was also delicious, so you can't go wrong with any option!

To be honest, this has to be one of the most overpriced places in Santo Domingo. I have tried it multiple times and the experience has been the same. The service wasn't that great and the local doesn't match the price tag. Food has great portions but I found it over seasoned. The Jambalaya and the fruit punch juice are the the best things I had tried.

Good service, the food was AMAZING, but... ... the noise treatment is very important for any kind of restaurant or public space. BTW, THIS IS THE BEST Cajun restaurant in town!

Don’t waste your time, Burger King was better. This must be a tourist trap, or a place for Dominican locals to snap photos for social media and look cool. Food was way overpriced and didn’t taste good at all to us. Maybe we just aren’t fans of Dominican food.. but we both left half our plates untouched at the end. The tamarind drink was entirely too sweet, burger was too greasy, and the rice dish was drowned in cheese. It was supposed to come with shrimp and only had 4 small pieces. I do not understand the hype at all. Like I said previously, I think it’s all for social media. A $17 burger and $24 plate of rice and cheese in the Dominican Republic? I don’t even pay that in Texas. Also: they only have a QR code for the menu and don’t offer wifi.

OMG!!! This place is a must. The food was beyond my expectation. I ordered La smoky and the juices that flowed out of the burger was everything. My husband ordered the mondongo, his first time eating it and he devoured it. We will be visiting the New York location soon.

The service was good and the food definitely looks interesting (huuuuge portions) and yummy. The cocktails and soft drink options were very limited. We had cereza juice (or nectar, my niece didn't like it and left it) since they only had two options, this and fruit punch. Got chinola mojito, you can definitely skip it, they are very watered down. But if you want for example chinola juice, you can get the chinola mojito as it just tastes like juice. We had the loaded french fries, mofongo and a chimi. They were all huge and picture worthy. My two star review is due my husband getting food poisoning after eating his loaded french fries. Not sure what exactly went wrong, but this was the only place we ate that day and the next day he woke up vomiting, headache and his stomach has been unsettled 2 days. The place was small and next to a heavily trafficked street. At the time we went on a Monday night ~7pm, eating outside you're eating with the noise of traffic. The restaurant itself is small and cute, but not sure the food warrants the high prices.

This place is absolutely amazing. From the food to the dining area, everything is well balanced and yummy. Every little corner makes you feel at home and it looks that they thought about every detail to make your experience unforgettable. Exquisite food and top notch service. They are taking great measures to stay clean during this pandemic and the staff is well prepared to give you suggestions and explain their unique and signature dishes. Definitely coming back next time I’m in town.

Excelent fusion of typical Dominican fare with exotic combinations of Cajun European and Asiatic flavors. Our table sampled various dishes and they were scrumptious. The service is also superb and the ambiance chic and cozy. A must visit!

The food was absolutely delicious. Our server was nice and well-informed. However, it did take quite a while to get our food, and our dishes came out in waves. 1st, the kids' dishes, then my teens, my husband's, and my dish came about 20 minutes after everyone else's (a burger). So that's that. I would visit again, just based on the server and the quality of food.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Small place but it is nicely decorated with music playing at a good volume. The salmon and churrasco was perfectly cooked with great seasoning on the main dish as well as the sides. The fired shrimp appetizer and strawberry juice was also very good.

I had the burger called “La Sexy” and it was fantastic! It was full of flavor and I could taste every one of them. I never got tired of the flavors. The fries we descent but hot and they stayed hot. I had Morir Soñando de chinola and I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this place. The parking was sparse but the atmosphere and food was good.
