I've gone to this restaurant many times over the years. It has had ups and downs. My most recent couple of experiences were good. There is new staff. Both the maitre D and the waitress were very pleasant. The food was good, as was the mojito.

I tried to enjoy a nice cappuccino and breakfast here but the manager made me feel so unwelcome i left before i could even receive my food. Interesting choice on her part considering there was no one in the restaurant, they obviously need the clients.

I would always avoid this area bec it’s very touristic. However I must say that the food is very tasty! I went there twice and the pasta were great. First time I had pasta with bolognese sauce and the second time was penne with shrimp and cheese sauce. Very tasty! The salad is big but tasty, too. Their pizza was great and I would love to go back just to try their pizza again. The only minus point here is that the service is slow and clumsy. If you are not in a rush and want to have a cosy and tasty lunch or dinner time with friend, this is a good place !

The waiter was great and the strawberry frozen drinks are too, but what really killed it was this women in charged that evening we felt being rushed to checkout so others can be seated, at the end I paid and left with no good bye or thanks for coming. customer service here need to improve, I’ll come back again hopefully it would change my experience in the near future.

Prices have become too expensive. Food and sevice are ok and I realize that you are paying for the atmosphere but the restaurant is charging more for drinks than the much nicer restaurants in Piantini. I will not return.

Very nice restaurant, service was fast and staff is the most friendly I have run into in the Zona colonial. Very tasty pasta, will definitely return.

It takes 4ever to get a drink or food. The servers are not really attentive or very nice (I found amazing ones around, but in general, it is like if they have no patience and they hate us there). The place is located in a ally so cute, for me the cutest place in town.

It's not a cheap place, so the food should be better. The pizza was flavorless and also the chicken fajita. It's a nice place to go, the service was good and it's pet friendly.

This was probably one of the best meals I had since I came to la zona colonial. It's definitely a must visit! The juices just kept flowing out of my chicken the more I chewed it. It is truly a taste of quality. The location is kind of hidden in an alley, but nothing far out of your distance on foot. I don't recommend eating outside if you are going to visit this place due to the high volume of traffic of visitors passing by every second. It can become a burden, especially if you are out trying to have a decent conversation with your loved ones or a date. However, this place does have 1 major issue, the servers. Ok! Our server was doing fine up until it was time to check out. The lady asked us if we wanted anything else. We said no thanks, but we would like to pay our bill. She acknowledged, and we waited. Well, 15 minutes passed by, and we were still waiting. After 20 minutes of waiting, we got up and walked towards the register. Lord and behold, the cashier was talking with her colleagues about personal matters that had nothing to do with the restaurant. We noticed our credit card was sitting on the cashier's desk, and they continued to talk as we stood there looking at them. This is unacceptable behavior giving the location and amount of people spending money to be served appropriately and adequately. We would have given them a tip, but our server dropped the ball at the end. I still recommend this place for the food, but be proactive on your checkout time, or you could be sitting there for another half an hour waiting for a check due to the lack of respect from the ladies working the cash registered. Enjoy!

This restaurant can be found in the Old Colonial City of Santo Domingo. It is located on a tree lined avenue it the heart of the Old Town. I visited during the evening and it was a good location to settle down for a meal. It has plenty of atmosphere with old buildings, lovely street lighting and eclectic mix of people walking around the area. The food at the service at the restaurant was good and I arrived 10 minutes before the "Happy Hour" where drinks were buy one get the second one free. All in all a great experience.

The service was good, but the food was very average! They didnt even do it the basic italian pasta way which is El dente. Felt more like noodles than spaghetti. Flavor wise its very basic too

The pizza and pasta here was very good. Has a really cool vibe inside (with A/C), also has seating outside, and a courtyard section if you are a smoker. Prices are good for that area. Around $10 usd or $490 rd for a pizza. Higher than general for Santo Domingo, but so is everything in the Colonial Zone!

Great food okay service. The red sangria is excellent. Had the noki and the chicken flautas. Both were very good but I think we both preferred the flautas. The restaurant is great it's off the main square away from the noise of the bands and musicians trying to hustle for pesos. The service is a little random do you have to work get their attention sometimes. Overall great place I've been here several times there's a new restaurant right next door and give me then some good competition.

Chill place to be...it gets a huge crowd during happy so be sure to be there early. Service is quite good. I tasted different food from the menu but the only thing that got me good was their nachos "amazing". The price are in the mid zone tho it can get expensive fast if you start ordering drinks. Would recommend this places for a quick get together or some relax time.

Nice atmosphere, vibe and music sets. A variety of good dishes, indoor and outdoor tables, and reasonable prices. I come here often and service is usually good with a few exceptions. They have weekly fixed promos like Wednesday 50% off on pizzas for lunch and Thursdays for dinner. They also have happy hour everyday, sometimes until very late. The pizza you see with the pesto is custom made, and you can get it by asking them to remove the tomatoes from the Tricolore pizza and replace it with pesto.

Went for brunch. Located in the busy walking street of Calle El Conde. Service is very friendly. They fixed us a couple of mimosas even though it wasn't on the menu. Tried Mangú for the first time and it's quite a filling and hearty meal, very good. The croissants were buttery and flaky how it should be (hard to find in the US). A band of singers come by to serenade you periodically. You won't be disappointed.

Its a nice place right in the middle of the Colonial Zone, food was great with good prices. The drinks were even better. There are outdoor seats and indoor seats. They are both nice although try to sit more near the door of the restaurant because sometimes you might sense a weird smell from the streets. I had the nachos, they were delicious and came in big portion 2 people can share them. Lemonade was the best I've ever had.

Very nice local spot in the conde sección of Santo Domi go. Italian fare. Staff extremely friendly, food and drinks very tasty very reasonably priced. Good place to stop after a tour or just for a nice people watching spot

It's overpriced but the atmosphere is nice. For example a presidente(beer) is 225 pesos here. In most restaurants it's around 100 pesos. In the grocery store it's about 70 pesos. This is a ridiculous markup.

Very poor service, food and drinks are very nice, servers and host are very bad. Extreme poor emotional intelligence. Watch out tourists they will PENNY PINCH you to death. They serve you food with hardly any cheese, then they'll charge you extra when you ask for some... Be AWARE!! Not coming back. lasagna was dry and tasteless, pizza hardly any sauce, dry!!

👍👍 The venue is very cute, the view on the ocean is spectacular. The staff was super friendly this day. The food was really good and arrived extremely fast. I had Mofongo (So delicious) and Sancocho (very good)! The only pros was the dessert.
