Magnificent, clear menu, prices are great and the taste of the food is wonderful. The service of the waitress is very good, the air conditioner is really good, but the service of the bathroom was bad and the table was inestable.

I like the place and the food is good. The parking is decent and sometimes will not be enough. I like the food, but I consider they changed with higher prices and less proportion of food. The service was okay, not excellent. The location is quiet and not hard to get there. I would visit again.

Food was good. However it is expensive considering there are a lot of cheaper options for the same/better quality. The menu changed and what used to be one single dish (ie. Burger n Fries) for one single price; now if you order that same dish you will be charged for each separately and you wont realize that until you get the check, as the menu only shows one price. Not what it used to be. Most probably I wont go back.

The food is good, but I would like it to be open earlier, since they only open at 12 pm.

The food and the venue are great. But the service is always lacking something. Last year the personal didn't want to see the customer at their eyes or even talk just the bare minimum... this seems to have slightly improved but now they don't give napkins. In the last ten times I have been there I have to ask for napkins. And I always ask for hamburger.

Their service is average. I feel like this chef pepper I was one my least favorite to go to. My experience there has been the greatest. Food is cold, they don't have certain meals, and the food sometimes just doesn't taste the same as other locations.

Hard to find a better burger anywhere at any price. World class.

As my first negative review, I'd like to say that this isn't my first time visiting this restaurant but, this time was the first time that I got up and left before actually making an order. We arrived to no one to greet us and actually had to walk into the dining area where someone finally told us to find any seat, we did and we're promptly given our menus. About 7 minutes after being seated a large group of unruly costumers came in and sat beside us and tended to promptly, the waiter even took their orders right there. We wait 10 more minutes and 2 other groups arrived, they also were tended to promptly, almost 30 minutes pass and another group arrived and were seated and no longer than 5 minutes later their order was being taken, that's when we decided to get up and walk out. I'm sorry to give them this negative review because my prior experience was not bad, but somehow 4 years later their service has deeply declined.
