Great place to stay! I loved the location and distribution of the apartment. The staff were friendly and took care of all of our needs. I'll definitely be back!

Check in was very fast, the lady who welcomed us was very warm and informative. We had no problems finding the place and it is in a very quiet area yet right in the middle of the city. Everything was walking distance, or a short ride away. We walked to the Silver Sun mall, to the Blue Mall, there is a La Nacional supermarket 3 minutes away. It felt like home and safe, we usually walked back to the tower after dinner around 11PM with no problem and we felt safe the whole time. The apartment was very clean and they thought about everything. The only issue we had is the light in our bathroom did not work. We did not turn on the AC since it was a very nice temperature in the apartment the whole time we were there. I loved the distribution and all the little touches that made it perfect for staying as a couple or family. We never regretted not renting a car this time for our stay, the Uber was always just a few minutes away and the rides were pretty cheap. We totally enjoyed our stay and we will definitely go back.

I really love the concept of this apartment hotel is a great idea if you want to visit Santo Domingo for few days and you want your own privacy and freedom like myself and not wish to bother relatives or friends staying over their houses. This Apartment hotel offers just that a temporary apartment for your visit, No house keeping as part of your stay is offer you need to cleaned yourself, i did ask for house keeping service but is was a $30.00 extra fee. No food or drinks or room service options is offer like a regular hotel you need to buy your grocery etc. This was great for me i cooked every day and invited family, friends over to eat and enjoy the hotels amenities like the pool, gym and Sauna no restrictions which i love it., I did not give a 5 star because I had few issue with the hotel, like the parking space are very small, you will struggle coming in and out of the parking lot. Also the bathroom have a bad smell like a sewer smell, I have to leave the bathroom window open at all time, and the living room bathroom was worse, I couldn't enter because of the foul smell, I called the front desk and complaint about it... They just suggested to leave the widows opens because the weather was to hot and maybe was causing the smell to go up the sinks, very unpleasant... But overall I will stay in this hotel in my futures Santo Domingo Visit, and I 100% recommend it.

Everything was excellent, the kindness of this hotel was beyond what I could imagine, it is a professional staff, attentive etc. The housekeeping ladies were excellent, Paquita and Mónica helped me a lot, the guy at the reception in the morning and those who checked me in. Thank you for such a wonderful service, I will be back!!

Perfect stay! Can’t wait to return. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Having covered parking was a nice perk so I didn’t have to worry about my rental car.

Very calm and tranquil setting. Perfect location as it was close to the shops. The room was spacious and it was very nice to have our own washer and dryer yo do laundry without leaving the room. Very stylish and an incredibly kind staff.

I have stayed twice at this property. The first apartment was very nice, had a small terrace and a limited view. The apartment was a nice size. The second one was smaller, no view and no terrace, but still nice. Both had great wifi. The building itself is run well and in a great area

Great location and friendly staff. Anabel was very helpful in giving us tips on where to go around town. We arrived too early go check in but we were welcomed in a comfortable lounge and could use the wifi very easily. Wonderful stay and looking forward to returning!

Nice location and great space for a couple. We spent a long weekend here and enjoyed the area with so much in walking distance! Also Dioselvin was very helpful in providing directions to the stores to make sure we could get what we want. Definitely will be returning.

The stay here was an extremely poor experience. The entire building is falling apart. They gave us our apartment late and everything dirty and even the sinks and toilets not working. When we went to tell them about it the manager Anabel was very unprofessional. She did not want to take accountability and even got in my face and called me a liar when you could clearly see all the things wrong with the apartment. Truly they need to hire people that actually care about the guests and to take care of the building. Do not stay here it is too expensive for what it actually is.
