Pleasant shopping . It's a club so you have to buy a membership card. If you have a sizeable family it's worth it. Most items are semi-wholesale. The is a very decent bakery and excellent cake department. There is also a fastfood restaurant. Staff is courteous and friendly.

Best Deal on the Hammer drill on all the Dom Rep. Went to Almacenes Unidos, Jumbo, Sirena, Lama, Garrido, none of them beat this amazing price of 3400 DOP. 850 Watts goes through reinforced concrete like butter.. Now I wont have to pay a handyman an outrageous feed to drill holes.

Could be more organized. Especially on Sunday. I find it is better to shop on Saturday. More organized lately, but where is the real butter? Real butter is never available but lots of great cheese options are. Why? Still no real butter as of October 14, 2022. Still no real butter as of April 1st 2023.

This is a Costco lookalike. They claim to deliver appliances and their website says the same, but they do not. Their customer service reps are rude. The availability of items is spotty. The food court is pretty good.

The worst customer service ever. They charge more than $40 usd for membership, but they are not helpful assisting customers in the store, the imployes are difficult to find to help find what you're looking for. Plus, I was calling because a product that I purchased was messed up, but they don't pick the phone up at all. Bad customer service 😑 😒 😤

The service is great at the counters This one star is for the restaurant service. They made me wait in line for about 10 minutes to then tell me the restaurant/cafeteria was closed!

It's a store where you can find most everything from edibles to home accessories to many other things. Fast food area as well as three food itself and beverages leaves a lot to desire. French fries are rubber like, not fresh at all. Soft drinks very watery. Lacks flavor.

When you cannot find something in one location they would kindly tell you where to find it. I just loved that extra service 👍

They had more food than tools and utility or toys for kids. However, as usual, this store its good for customers to buy big amount of stuff.

Great prices and good quality products!

The store itself is nice and the prices are reasonable however the service at the food counter is horrible. People are always standing around talking instead of working and they generally have one cashier and one person serving food with a ton of people always waiting. I was there today to purchase a drink and waited nearly 20 minutes online just to get a drink. They really need to step it up in that area. Recently the prices have increased a lot and I have stopped purchasing many of the things I used to and now shop more in the supermarket. June 8202 Many things that I went to the store to purchase were not available. They seem to have lots of things out of stock and the prices have gone through the roof. I have reduced my purchases at the store by 60%.

Decent selection, not too crowded, except for the rush hour. Good wines and your basic Kirkland brand stuff. You do have to get an annual membership, but it's worth it if you are here longer than a few months.

We had a very good experience at Pricesmart...the store seems brand new, very clean and organized. The prices are way better then anywhere we can buy things in Haiti so we like to stock up!
