Very nice location, good parking, modern facility but the supervisors need a lot of training as well as the employees. This is close to my home and I stop periodically. The coffee is great but they make a lot of mistakes on the orders and not very attentive at the counter. Basic stuff like good morning , my name is, may I take your order etc etc

One piece of bacon with the mangu. Does this make any sense?

Fast serve, easy-going and staff was friendly for once, would deviate my commute and visit here instead of my closest location based on interaction alone!

Not impressed with the quality of the meat or the bread.. I am comparing to McDonald's in the states, not others in Dominican Republic. I would opt for another fast food option before choosing McDonald's again

It's McDonald's... not much to say, fast food, good taste and variety, my kid loves the Happy Meal... Burguers are small sized for me!

Several items on our order were not delivered. No one answered the phone and I dialed them over 10 times.

Good as any other, very spacious. Prices are standard, this has a good space for kids to play. One issue is that at times if you go to the second floor is hot and A/C might take long time for someone to turn it on.

Employees need customer service training. I was given the wrong order despite repeating myself. The cashier ignored my attempt to repeat my order for her understanding at the drive thru. Before going to the drive thru, I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and no employees bothered to tell me the counter was closed and to use the drive thru. Service is terrible...too many young people not taking their jobs seriously. The new Wendy's down the street has much better customer service and will get my business.

I can understand that employees must be trained but do not leave them unsupervised so they can make all sorts of mistakes on orders. The manager/ supervisor was very rude towards her employees in front of customers. Worst McDonald's experience ever. 😑 🤦🏻‍♀️

We went to drive thru, but there was nobody at that window. Looked like there was only one person moving from taking the order and taking payment. The service was very slow for a drive thru.

2nd floor space is the best 🙏✨
