instagram
after
visitng
my
Dad
here
in
the
Dominican
Republic.
I
orginally
had
some
lashes
left
from
where
I
normally
do
my
lashes
back
home.
I
reached
out
on
Whatsapp
to
try
to
get
lash
extensions
and
microblading
as
I
was
fascinated
by
the
work
I
seen
on
Instagram.
I
was
unable
to
get
both
appointments
before
departing,
since
I
was
told
they
were
fully
booked.
I
just
had
my
lashes
done
but
was
never
asked
what
type
or
size
lashes
I
wanted,
like
they
do
back
home.
I
normally
get
volume
lashes,
which
again
I
was
never
asked
which
type,
classic,
hybrid,
volume
or
mega
volume.
I
guess
they
decide
for
the
clients.
I
just
went
ahead
and
let
the
lash
tech
finish
my
lashes
and
I
requested
sz
14
lashes
which
she
did
apply.
But
when
I
was
done
I
was
not
happy.
For
starters
I
was
not
welcomed
when
I
walked
in.
The
techs
were
hovered
over
the
counter
chatting.
Like
I
stated
before
no
question
was
asked
as
to
which
lash
service
I
wanted.
I
guess
it
all
goes
back
to
the
person
who
scheduled
me
on
Whatsapp.
Regardless
there
was
no
interest
in
customer
needs
and
satisfaction.
There
needs
to
be
more
training
for
a
more
welcoming
enviroment
and
better
communication
between
the
scheduler
and
lash
tech
with
the
clients.
