👍 ✅Great customer service. ✅100% gluten free café. 👍🏽Golden Latte was very spicy, and they kindly brought us more almond milk. ✅Food was good! 💸In my opinion, this place is very pricy. People often mention coffee, service, good, Great, gluten, free, Good,

A nice cozy place to sit and have a coffee. The atmosphere is really nice, staff seems friendly although a little slow. The coffee is amazing, along with 100% cacao. They sell quite a few things here. Being European, it has that vibe, very modern woth great music. Some sofas are available for groups, and the price is a tad high. A coffee was near $8USD or so... but a defo recommend.

Awesome cozy coffee place, to work on you laptop, nice for bfast, light lunch, or just coffee on the go; vegan/vegetarian & gluten/dairy free friendly, although not restricted to it, staff knows their way around both in knowledge for their coffee variety, drinks and dishes and top costumer service.

Food: 4/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Affordability: $$$$ Light Fare Kitchen. All the dishes offered and served at this Specialty Coffee Shop are 100% gluten free. If you’re already familiar with this type of food you’ll enjoy what this place has to offer, since they use fresh ingredients and are very careful while preparing the plates. Otherwise, please be careful with your food selection, since you might find with certain dishes that may be tasteless to your palate. Place design and attention to decorative details is exquisite. Definitely gives a very good impression.

Looks like modern and eco. When I was here I felt like here is korea. Food and cafe are healthy and delicious. But it's really expensive like New York. Nice place to go in Santo Domingo even if sometimes there is a traffic.

Visited because they’re the only restaurant in SD that’s 100% gluten free (to my knowledge) & I appreciate farm to table establishments. After tiring of beans and rice (lol), my husband and I ventured to Casa in hope of different cuisine. We ordered the turkey burger, chicken Caesar wrap, hot chocolate and turmeric latte. Unfortunately I found the food to be bland and the portions to be quite small for the price. Their almond milk is made in house and I imagine that this enhances their coffee beverages’ quality and taste.

Don't want to leave a lower rating than 3 because the ambiance and the design is pretty decent here and the staff are all polite enough but I find the items to be way overpriced and honestly of poor quality. NYC prices and design but that doesn't doesn't if the food and the coffee aren't good. The Dominican Breakfast I had here was literally the worst I've had anywhere and I think it is due to an attempt on their part to "elevate" classic dishes to the point where the rustic simplicity and the accompanying depth of flavor and timelessness of the dish is lost. I've noticed that the crowd here is pretty upscale - plenty of foreigners and locals, folks in suits, I even saw a 12 person office meeting here once where everyone was pretty decked out. It seems like a popular place for the affluent and perhaps that is why the prices are so elevated? At the end of the day though the quality just isn't there, at least not with the meal choices I made and the prices simply aren't justified. I've tried this place 3 times and just can't bring myself to return when there are other places that are hole-in-the-wall joints where service has been exceptional, coffee was on point and the food options were simple and enjoyable.

Fantastic experience visiting Casa Barista. Ricardo took the time to answer all of my questions in english. The coffee is top-notch. I highly recommend this company for their commitment to local Dominican farmers and high-quality coffee.

This is a beautifully set up place. Lots of beautiful little details that really reflect the care and hard work that went in to establishing this place. Coffee is wonderfully well done as well as the food with lots of variety and choices. Service was slightly slower today due to the fact that they were soooo busy be it Good Friday and 3/4 of the town is closed. I’ve come here before and the service was really good.

Great coffee and lemonade. Food is expensive and the presentation could have been better. When you charge US prices you expect US quality and quantity. Great internet so great cafe to work from

My FAVORITE place to eat in the whole country. SO many gluten free vegetarian/vegan(I think) options. Even my carnivore husband finds things he likes. I wish they were in Puerto Plata so I could go more. However, it is definitely a little pricey

Mixed feelings: Great coffee, and ambiance. Went on two occasions. First time the service was good, second time service was not so good. This place would be 5 stars if it were for coffee only.

Might be the best flat white that I have ever had. Service was excellent. Tons of gluten free options for breakfast. If you’re in Santo Domingo, pay them a visit, you’ll be you happy did

Very posh place, in the center of the city, sell desert and chocolate, has two kinds of coffee, in house and single origin, I tried the second one, strong, aromatic? Location can’t beat, look at that sunrise, Santo Domingo, wow

I realised afterwards that they charged us service charge for a takeaway coffee.. total rip-off and unacceptable, very unprofessional. Yes we are tourists, that doesn’t give you the right to take advantage of us!

Phenomenal farm to table coffee and food. Eveything I ordered prompted me to order even more. Stopped for a coffee and ended up with a poke bowl, salad, and chai tea as well

Coffee is good. Food is good. The place is beautiful and well designed. Good selection of healthy food. Higher end clientele here it feels like. Also pricey but healthy food is expensive anyways. I enjoyed it here and will be back for coffee/food.

👍👍 The venue is very cute, the view on the ocean is spectacular. The staff was super friendly this day. The food was really good and arrived extremely fast. I had Mofongo (So delicious) and Sancocho (very good)! The only pros was the dessert.
