The room is very outdated and thin walls, you'll hear everything. I didn't stay because the credit card machine was down and I was told to pay cash but that it would be a higher rate...I ended up leaving. If you are using booking.com, just be aware that the pics aren't reality.

The room was crawling with roaches! Not so much during the day but AT NIGHT! So much so I started naming them. And they are BIG. They got NY roaches. If you’re staying here, in order to keep them out, you must keep the room cold and have all the lights on. I slept with the lights blaring just so they could go away. I slept with a sleeping mask so that helped. The receptionist always seems like she’s stressed out. She’s not exactly helpful. I purchase breakfast included and I thought they would explain how that works. I didn’t want until last day anyway.. Turns out breakfast is between 8:30-9:30am and you must come out of the room to the lobby. I really don’t know, she vaguely explained. So I paid a little extra for nothing. They do not take card. I booked with Booking.com. Had to break my $100 and received pesos in return. Which was fine cause I used it on UberEats anyway. Check Out is supposedly until 1pm but the receptionist told me 12:30 and I got the feeling she doesn’t want me here anyway lol she always looks annoyed. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it’s a 3 star hotel. It’s good for a pit stop and I seriously mean like 1-2 days MAX.

Please STAY AWAY!! This hotel it’s SCAM, Immediately I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that there was no Wifi, after 2 hours in the hotel the water had gone, then the air conditioning went off, when I go to the manager, he informed me that they were having problems with electricity, but that They would fix it, which didn't happen and I had to leave, without my money. The heat is unbearable, and the attention is lousy, please stay away from this $h!t.

Very poor hotel, dirty, facilities are horrible. Super noisy. The worst is that they cancel your reservation on booking so you can’t leave a review there. Ao they can keep a high rating. SCAM!

It's a good place. Close to the water and good pricing. Price reflects what you get. It's good but it's not high class

It is well located, it’s like an old establishment, a nice view. You can go to a walk across the street, nice view of the sea 🌊, there’s a lot of all kind of business around, restaurant, pharmacy, and more.

Stayed two nights at this hotel. Only two positive things: price and location (near Colonial Zone). Negative points: - Room was not cleaned well. Found stuff and hair of previous guest. - There were ants in the room. - No mirror in the bathroom. - Very simple breakfast: only two sandwiches. - Very slow wifi.

Very clean. Very comfortable and convenient. Nice and helpful employees (doesn't know English). WiFi is slow (common problem in 99% of the hostels in DR). 15-20 minutes walk from Zona Colonial (you can use Uber as well which is cheap). SAFE and GOOD PRICE. Breakfast is very simple. There is hot water in the shower and GOOD A/C with no problems. The place needs to improve his connection with Booking.com, and should be more available by the phone and hiring employees who knows and understand simple English. I will say it again- *great price for what you get* and if you just looking for a nice place to sleep after a day of travel- that is the right place for you.

I just needed a place to crash for the night and other hotels were full. The room was elegant and comfortable. More than I needed for a price I was happy to pay, and breakfast was available at no cost. It is more affordable when reserving through Booking.com. Highly recommended.

Air conditioner went off after power went out and didn't came back after power was reestablished. No warm water due to another guest wish to disconnect device. No room cleaning in days. Cables hanging around. Wouldn't recommend.

I just stayed in these hotel for 2 nights in my way to Punta Cana and Las Terrenas. We couldnt ask for more. Great place for the price. Our room had a great AC with two comfortable beds, hot water, good wifi and a dicent breakfast. All of this for just US30. Also, you get free coffee anytime you ask for. The lady at the front desk ( a Venezuelan lady ) knows how to treat clients very well and answered all my questions in such a friendly way. The hotel is located in Gazgue, less than a minute walk to the ocean with restaurants and nice bars every where. For 30 dollars I give them a 5 out of 5. And yes, I will stay here again.

Ran down. No water. Smelly. If you are a backpacker it's okay other than that don't stay here with family.

It was a good experience. Price was OK for what they offered, and it was also very close to the price other hotels offer in that area. The whereabouts were also a nice attractive.
