The theater is small but cozy. The staff is polite and friendly. When I went I enjoyed the monologue Essay for a Retreat, written and performed by Aleja Johnson. Recommended!

The Las Máscaras Theater is an intimate space with capacity for a maximum of 45 people, where laughter and drama, along with the comfort and warmth that characterizes us, are essential parts for the public that visits us. Under the direction of Germana Quintana and Lidia Ariza, the actors manage to give life to diverse and complex characters, which reflect our daily lives. Plays every Friday and Saturday at 8:30 p.m. and Sundays 6:30 p.m.

Space wise is not a big theater, is very small room but I believe that is what it makes it a very special place. Making you feel you are sitting in true colonial local theater from the 1400's.

Small theater with good stage plays. Some of them have won local awards. Really nice and warm atmosphere.

Visiting Las Máscaras Theater is a great cultural experience. We recently saw Las Locas del Bingo, a hilarious play that we recommend.

👍👍 Excellent place! Right now I think this space is one of the best @ la Zona Colonial. A cozy and nice cultural bar~fast food restaurant (veggie options) with music, theater & so on. I was surprised with the performances. From time to time they also have an artisanal ~ handcrafted market. In Santo Dom...
