We tried a risotto and the chimi calzone, and they were really great! I’m was amazed about how good the food was, and how cheap compared to other fancy places. The service was amazing too, friendly and anticipating our needs, it started raining and rapidly one of the waiters cover the ceiling with an umbrella, and we didn’t even had to make a sign or worry about anything. We also asked for a relocation and other unusual requests and they were always nice about them. I’m really happy with the dinner we had, gonna definitely be back.

Food in this restaurant is awesome! The ambiance is also great, very tastefully decorated. They have a great selection of dominican-fusion themed food, combinations that you won't find anywhere else, but that some how work really well together. Definitely a good spot for dinner or lunch.

Very busy and bustling. Good service. Good food. Amazing space! Definitely recommend the chicharron for 2! Cocktail program is on point with balanced, flavorful and playful cocktails. Would highly recommend for visitors and locals!

They could of had 5 stars but things happen. I pull up to the valet there was no one there, the security guard tells me to just park in their parking area. There were no spots available had to drive around 3 times. Turns out valet was there just sitting down behind the red square where you couldn’t see him. Anyway restaurants beautiful place has an amazing vibe. I ordered the pork leg chicharon. It’s described on the menu as something crunchy and when you order chicharon that is what you expect. It says it’s brought to the table and someone will cut it up for you etc. Someone brings it to the table and just places it on a metal stand next to the table and just leaves. Another girl says in a few seconds someone will come to chop it up. 5 minutes passed some guy shows up in latex gloves pulls out the bones and chops it up and leaves it there. Another girl comes after him and puts it on the table. To many people and too long of a time literally 10 minutes. It was just akward. If viralata management reads this. Debone the pork leg first in the kitchen and only have one person bring it to the table, chop it up and serve it. It took the guy more time deboning the leg than it did chopping it up. Also don’t call it chicharrón it wasn’t chicharrón. It was more like Puerto Rican style pernil. Don’t get me wrong it was delicious but it wasn’t chicharrón. The fried yuca that came with it was delicious. Then we had the cowboy steak. I ordered it 3/4th and it came perfectly cooked. But it wasn’t grade A meat and if I’m paying 2990 pesos (54 dollars) for a cut of meat I’d expect it to be grade A. For the same price I can go to to Turos and get a grade A cut for cheaper and it’s a more exclusive restaurant. The presentation of the cowboy steak was ok but they definitely let the meat sit to long before brining it out. But it was delicious. The yuca mash was excellent as well! 4 stars because I enjoyed myself and the food was good. But they need a little work.

I had a good time in this place. Although most of the drinks were out of stock, and some dishes too, the customer service wasn't that bad.

Wonderful place Parking: they hve a very nice parking spot on the building which also offers valet parking Service: on time, waiting time for the food and drink is remarkably fast I was surprised by the speed and quality Environment: It has 2 floors, yoy choose what best fits for you (if it is not that crowded), inside or outside, smoking available. Music is great, chill, volume is not that high, past a certain hour they do bump the volume up, which I found a little annoying, it made it really hard to speak with your mates (but hey, that's just me) Menu: QR code available, I'm not sure if they have a physical menu, didn't ask. The menu is very well organized, fantastic variation and great details Price: by far it was surprisingly cheap! This is why it earned its 5 stars, it is in the center of the city, in a great quite spot. Since prices are relative to each, cheap for me is <1,500 $RD per person. Conclusion: This is a place you want to go with your friends, have fun and talk all the shinanigan you want!

Décor and ambiance is great. The food is delicious! However, the flow of people at peak hours and in these times of pandemic impacts the service negatively. It may seem a little disorganized. You must also know they don't take reservations and you'll probably have to make a line to get in. It won't work very well for big groups. Despite all this, I would definitely come back. Food worth it!

Food was delicious. Service was timely. I was impressed with how skillfully the flavors where mixed in the food. The pork belly nachos are a must have!

We came to VIRALATA for dinner and drinks so, we ordered a couple rounds of cocktails and hot appetizers to share. Overall, the drinks were pretty good and the food was very tasty. For the most part, the menu is Dominican fusion with plenty of options to try. The place is definitely trendy and the atmosphere is lively. However, even though there is a lot of room, it does get crowded and parking gets difficult to find. The staff and the service were OK.

Food comes out too fast to believe that it is being made fresh. Some of the unique food combos just don't work. Service was on and off. Slow. Had to work to get the attention of the server. The atmosphere is on point. The chinola mojito was delicious.

I ate the Dominican breakfast The mashed plantain, fried cheese and eggs were good but the fried salami was not that good it tasted like cheap salami and the avocado slice was too thin.

Really good service, could be a bit faster but good either way, really good burger meat (it's tender and juicy) and the nachos were good, more condiments would be nice but other than that is really good. It's good value for food. Would recommend.

A delight, truly a diamond in the rough. The food was both creative and spectacular not to mention the best service you can ask for. This is our new favorite place. Impressive, fantastic experience all around. Congratulations to Lazaro Sierra and his staff.

The food is a bit pricey, and even though the presentation is appealing, there isn't much special about the food itself. I guess they charge for the ambiance which by the way is fabulous. Great place to hang out or impress someone... if you've got the cash for it.

The atmosphere was nice. Prices reasonable, the music not to loud and the drinks that we had tasted great. Would go back just to try another dish,

Very good restaurant. Varied menu with burgers and sandwiches, pizzas, pastas and risottos. Also breakfast. There is plenty of parking. And also valet parking. I ordered the "Muerte Lenta", which means Slow Death. It was delicious but not that juicy that I was expecting. Maybe they cooked too well. I ordered medium rare to 3/4. But it was overcooked. But a nice place to try.

Came in during a time where only Virgin cocktails were being served and the place had to close early. The appetizers that I tried were both good and will like to go back an try other dishes and regular cocktails

Went here twice. First trip not so busy food was great. Second visit was packed and food sent back three times because ice cold in the center and not cooked completely. I would recommend going when it’s not busy

We had some very tasty hamburgers there and their cocktails are also creative and good. They have some interesting deserts that are quite big for the price. The service was also very good and fast. So nothing to complain. But you have to arrive early if you don't want to wait in a big line on a Saturday evening.

👍👍 The venue is very cute, the view on the ocean is spectacular. The staff was super friendly this day. The food was really good and arrived extremely fast. I had Mofongo (So delicious) and Sancocho (very good)! The only pros was the dessert.
