I rarely like to share bad comments to places I visit because I know it might cause people to reconsider visiting. But sometimes it is necessary for their owners to see what is affecting their business and how to fix it. Most business fails from the inside out, not from outsiders. So here we go.... Ordering was easy. I ordered Vodka Penne with Shrimp, a caipirinha and water. My girl ordered a personal vegetable pizza, and a passion fruit juice. First... the caipirinha took forever to arrive, when I asked, the waitress told me they have too many orders in front of me, she went to the bar directly and the bartender made the drinks, in less than 2 mins I had my drink. When my ordered arrive, no shrimps... just Vodka Penne which was delicious, No water, no passion juice yet, I wave the waitress she looked at me like Im bothering and sent someone else. The next waitress I told her about the mistake and she said sorry, I told her I was hungry and that it was ok, and to please bring the water and the juice to my girl. 12 mins after, when I already had finished my plate, still no water or juice in my table, and a gentleman (maybe the manager) asked what was wrong, I explained, and then the original waitress brought the juice. I asked for the check and paid. The food and the drinks were great, but the attitude of the workers will keep me away at a distance. Hopefully the managers and owners work out a solution.

Fantastic restaurant in Colonial Zone Of Santo Domingo on Calle El Conde. Food was outstanding, service was great, friendly atmosphere! If you are in the area I highly recommend that you eat at this restaurant! If I could I would give them a 10 star review I would. Definitely returning on my next visit!!

When you arrive at the restaurant you can order what you like from a window outside. Afterwards, you take your tray inside and select drinks and pay. I will have to say that the chicken I had here was the best I've ever had in my life haha. The pineapple fruit juice was delightful as well. It is a pretty restaurant as well with a variety of places to sit. I definitely recommend it.

Beautiful modern, clean and we'll decorated restaurant. The cafeteria style food service had a great selection and was reasonably priced. However I had already eaten, so I opted for a Cafe Con leche accompanied by a small piece of cheesecake. The cheesecake was okay by Dominican standards, obviously not up to par with European pastry. I would have preferred local desserts such as flan or tres leches, but unfortunately they did not have them. I ordered the coffee from an attractive coffee bar they have on one side of the restaurant, the girl preparing it did not ask what percentage of milk I wanted in my Cafe Con leche. I drank about a quarter of it and found it was too weak for me, so I asked the barista to top it up with some coffee, but she said I would have to pay for a whole extra coffee if I wanted the top up. A little annoyed, I asked her to forget about it. However the pricing is very reasonable ($4 for the living cheesecake and the Cafe Con leche) and the ambience and music make it well worth the visit. I will update once I have tried their food.

A small but cute place to grab a burger n fries. I enjoyed it very much! You have to wait a bit but it's worth it for a quick bite. PETRUS is a nice place to have a meal.👍

This morning's breakfast was long awaited for. I bypassed my normal spot and walked a little further to have French toast with some bacon. Well, it looked amazing but I'm not fond of soggy bread of any kind. The bread was only crisp around the edges. The center of both pieces were wet and mushy. As you can see the bacon looked like an after thought...

These people are robbers. They have a buffet for 450 peso (almost $9). There are only 5 items in total. And you can take only once. Yes, you read that right. Its a "buffet" where you can take only one plate. What a joke! Never go there if you dont wanna get robbed.

I liked that the place is more spacious(I haven't been here in ages) my main problem with them was the wait. "Sussantessemo" cuanto esperar.😫😫. Waited for 20 minutes for a waitress to greet us. Drinks took 10 more minutes (they were able to make 3 Pina colada and 2 fresa shakes before serving a bottle/glass of Coca-Cola.. like, whon doea tha? Food was good just don't try the minimofonguitos or chicharrón de pollo( no tan de na!-).

The food was ok, nothing to write home about. The service was terrible. My waiter didn't even tell me his name he took forever to take my order and then longer to bring it out to me. Even the drink took him like 15 minutes to bring, and the place was fairly empty. Many more options on the strip would not go back.

That great spaghetti, TO DIE FOR! Everything in my plate was great and the price was even better $38.81 for what you see in my table plus a bottle of water. Female service staff were rude, they were looking at me from the bar and just staring with a mean look. Luckily my server was a guy, he was helpful!

Super good and affordable food for lunch in the most central spot of Santo Domingo. I loved the meal, to my surprise... I didn't have big expectations, but it was truly tasty.

Food was delicious there. Only the dessert was little bit sweet for me. I guess the amount of sugar in the dessert was too much. Place was great.

👍👍 The venue is very cute, the view on the ocean is spectacular. The staff was super friendly this day. The food was really good and arrived extremely fast. I had Mofongo (So delicious) and Sancocho (very good)! The only pros was the dessert.
