I have never worked here but this people have a BAD REPUTATION. I do not recommend nobody this call center till they change they're management team... Its basically the same thing from Santiago. I heard they still paying $120 an hour... Are you serious???? I hope all the things I heard from all the people out there is not true. Sorry CCD but for now 1 star!!!

This is by far the worst and most improvised, call center I have ever been hired at, it's way easy to get in, but their training pay rate is 60 Dominican pesos an hour, in my case they hired me for a campaign and then set up for another since they hired more candidates than the campaign needed, so they directed me to another, then I lost almost two weeks, with almost no training info, third week and they need to call me later since they don't have what they inicially said they did. So go if you have no other stuff, even tp is better, EVEN TP

Good call center, they have different camping from sales to customer service, lead generation, medical appointments, good all around staff and very diverse center, they do activities very often which makes for a good working environment

I worked there for 1 year and almost 3 months. At first the experience seemed nice, but ultimately the work environment is not that good. Very toxic environment, you don’t feel the support at all from your supervisors, you can give everything but they don’t help when you request something. Everything takes a lot of time, VTOs for example. I wouldn’t recommend this company to work for unless you’re desperate. All of my colleagues in my campaign were leaving, I’m giving them 2 stars because the facility is really nice and clean.

Worst call center ever was working and they promise a lot of things only to fire you before you get to the 3 months

CCD has been the greatest experience I've had in a Call Center; they really care about your work-life-balance and are treated as a family member and not a number. The environment and culture is truly excellent and I recommend you, who's looking at this review, to go see it for yourself.

Start ed training at CCD. So far si good.

They hired me inmediatly when i applied, but the training started 2 weeks after and they are telling me now that my first paycheck its going to be a month after and since the training payment its only 60 pesos per hour i will be receiving a little more than 2000 pesos in my first paycheck !!!! If what you need is money ("what we all want") skip that one. Not to mention that they have over 5 metric to achieve in order for you to get once at month a sad bonus of 3000 and you will have to wait 2 month for the hiring bonus of ""500"" dollars divided in 5 month of 5000 pesos. on top of that they pay 140 pesos per hour in order for you to earn 5 more pesos per hour you need to wait a whole year and lets not forget about the parking in a 6th floor without elevator it takes up to 15 min to get there. I've been in several call centers and this is the worst compared to what the others are offering now.
