    This store has a vast selection of domestic appliances from cookers and hobs, to fridge freezers and washing machines at competitive prices. In addition they have the largest range of barbecues, both gas and charcoal, that I have seen in the DR. Staff are knowledgeable and service excellent.

    Very good at the time of sale, but I was lucky that the microwave I bought when I was going to use it did not turn on and they repaired it. That is, you buy something new and in the end you end up taking something prepared. My husband bought a Frigidare stove and refrigerator and apparently their merchandise is refurbished so they are cheaper than in other stores.     Bought a 1400 USD dishwasher. After delivery we discovered the washer had cut off cables and we asked to have it replaced, the "new" one was the showroom model and we were not informed and did not accept, we wanted a new undamaged dishwasher. The alternative was the model Bellow, however we could not get money back and we had to deliver the showroom model ourselves to the store, just to prevent further discussion we decided to use the in-store credit and have Molina install it. So far we have not seen the installer yet after one week, but who knows, maybe he will bring the missing water hose.

    I do not recommend buying from this store because of the customer service and because the models of their products are old and questionable. We bought a refrigerator. After 4 months the refrigerator was damaged. It took them 3 repairs to realize that the evaporator was damaged. We requested an item exchange or money back and the owner/manager treated us super hostile and declined our request. There are other better options in Santo Domingo to purchase appliances.
