A great museum about the founding father of the Dominican Republic. Very professional and friendly staff. Very interesting and detailed exhibition. Most of everything is in Spanish however, so bring a Spanish speaking friend or translation app if you’re not Spanish speaking.

I went to this place with my school back in the days, but now is better, the implementation of wax figures to represent scenes in the life of our fatherland "Juan Pablo Duarte" is innovating. The old lady who gave the tour was always kind and polite with me, a good service.

A wax museum in honor of Juan Pablo Duarte... Kind of dim, sad maze walk through small tight corridors, mostly good correct historical info... Important stop to understand the origin of Dominican identity and it's self loathing... As every generation pays the Karma of the abuse given to the only serious stateman the country ever had...

I watched the 360 degree view of the museum on Google map, and I really enjoyed it. I have never been there, but it seems so beautiful. Thank you 🙏

A really nice museum, dedicated to Juan Pablo Duarte, D. R.' s Homeland Father.

If you want to learn about the George Washington of the Dominican Republic then you have to go here. This place is ridiculous, the wax models challenge Madame Tussaud's and just standing where he stood gives you goose bumps. I won't spoil the rest, but you won't regret it, especially if you are a history buff like me

How can anyone rate this less than 5 stars?! Museum was free to get in and the tour guide gave us a free English guide. She told us all about the history, we saw some interesting artifacts and the wax sculptures where amazing!!!
