This place is a staple of the Santo Domingo scene. It has a nice bar and offers of variety of meals. Active local atmosphere close to shopping and the plaza.

This is a very casual dining experience that you can enjoy any time of the day. It reminds me a place like the American show called "Cheers" where the locals all know one another. The atmosphere is inviting and the place is situated on the corner at the start of the plaza where you can have a quick bite or full meal at a reasonable price. The pancakes are so light, fluffy and tasty!

This Cafe Bar in an excellent location just across from Independance Park. It is always busy for a reason, the service is excellent, the food well priced and tasty and there is a good atmosphere where you can watch a variety of things on their large tv's or just enjoy the company of the people visiting with you. There is a good internet service and the menu is clear and easy with an excellent selection for the small or large appetitie. I will return.

Great little cafeteria on El Conde across from Independence Park it's not cheap as one would expect but it has good attentive nature servers attendandants clean and we'll kept . Good job to management ☺

This place is a drunk go-to for after-party munchies. 😆😆😆 Seriously though, it is a reliable place for late-night cravings. I like going there a lot. They have plenty of options in their menu (from sandwiches to soups) and they're always open.

Open 24 hours a day and you can find just about any kind of food you desire from pancakes to filet mignon. This is a Dominican institution that you must visit. It gets a little wild late night with all types of people from all races and sexualities but you still must visit this place. The waiters are kind especially Teresa, Domingo, and Chello and they'll assist you with just about anything. Or you can sit down outside and just have a beer and people watch. Tip: from 11am to 2pm they have plate of the days which are delicious and only 200 pesos.

This place, this place, this place is fantastic for breakfast lunch dinner and a late night snack. Grands sits at a corner of the Conde (main thoroughfare) across the street from a national park gallery (installations change periodically). Although a famous tourist attraction the menu is written completely in Spanish be prepared to translate. The wait staff are used to Americans they will help you translate. I suggest the chicken wings with plantains of course!!!

Absolutely wonderful bar/cafeteria in a very lively section of the colonial zone. The servers are so kind and provide great advice. The prices are very affordable and it’s safe and feels fresh enough inside.

Very cool place to do some people watching. Literally the beginning of the Conde Street / Walking path. Varied menu and libations. Makes for a great meeting place if your companions want to embark on separate sightseeing activities. Friendly staff and they actually remembered me in February 2023 from the last time I was there in July 2022

I’ve been visiting this place over the last 10 years. It’s basically been the same crew of people. They have the nicest smiles. They are so welcoming. It’s located on the end of the walking strip called Conde and it just has a history, class and consistency. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner Grands (Pacos) gets it done. You must try the watermelon juice. Juego Natual de Sandilla

My go to place to dine for breakfast since I normally stay at a hotel nearby. The food taste very good but the prices are a little pricey. They can be a little more attentive to service. On a Saturday morning the place was a little crowded with only one waitress at the time. It took 15 minutes to receive a menu and another 15 minutes to take my order. Waitress service can be very slow at times.

I'll recommend this place to all my friends who travel here! The food is tasty and flavourful. We were in santo Domingo for 3 nights and we ate dinner there all three nights! The pork meals and their wings are exceptional!

This place never let me down. One if the few restaurants I have eaten at in the Dominican Republic that I KNOW my food will be good. I tell people not to always get impressed by fancy decor and cute artsy look food presentations. Nothing special about the place, but the setting reminds me of one of those bar/restaurants off a James Bond movie. However, the food will be on point... I can ensure you of that.

A local staple for decades. Old tome tourists still call it Paco's. Good food, friendly staff and never a dull moment. My two favorite servers have worked there forever. Great people! 👍🏾

Nice place that is in a great location just a cross the street from one of the Zona Colonia Historical Parks. The staff was greay, and everything we had was bery good.

Local 24hrs. Hot spot, day or night this is a safe and good place for food and drinks. Antonio is a great server, and he always takes care of me. Beware of hustlers hanging around the place, but overall this place is solid.

It was a nice place . Antonio the waiter was so funny and nice. If you want to eat something real quick that's the right place , Paco has a history, being the legendary 24/7 open place, it never closes, well until Covid-19 joined the party . But still a great place .

Food was good but service was horrible. It wasn't until we were almost done eating that the waitress finally brought us our drinks and because we asked him like 5 times for our drinks but yet the people that got there after us were getting served their drinks before us...mind you we were almost done eating.
