I attended one of the free introductions to meditation in order to sign up; I was unlucky enough that I had a coughing fit in the room, the kind that makes you choke if you try to stop it. They kicked me out of the room and asked me to leave the center. Without any kind of empathy or apology for asking me to leave. What a shame... the rigidity and bad vibes given off by the person who did it do not agree with the values ​​of meditation or the type of relaxed but flexible environment that I am looking for.

Unlike other buddhist centers in Barcelona, this Zen center is even for foreigners. I was really surprised, that they are able to teach foreigners. I recommend this center for everyone.

A place to learn how to meditate properly, thanks to group practice, which has nothing to do with solo meditation. The teachers, Lluís and Natàlia, are present at all the activities and meditation sessions and their teachings are very beautiful and clear. The center is very spacious, with several spaces and quiet. A break in the middle of the chaos of the city.

Thanks to this center and its professionals, I have learned to meditate and it has helped me a lot in my daily life.
