I had microblading done in Madrid with Zulema on June 1, 2022 and we agreed that I would have to return in a month to get the touch-up and shading that I had requested. Of course, in September he didn't call me either and I contacted the clinic and they told me that Zulema didn't work for them, that he had rented an office to work there but that he hadn't been there for a while. To my astonishment I put her on WhatsApp and she answers that for personal reasons she no longer works in Madrid, that she is in Barcelona and that she notified both the clinic and all her clients. I told him not to all of them, because he hadn't said anything to me. He answers that he is very sorry and that if I want I can come to Barcelona and he will do the touch-up for me for free. I get the feeling he was laughing at me. In total I paid 280 euros and my eyebrows are practically the same as before I went. It seems to me to be a total lack of seriousness and professionalism and I would not recommend it to anyone.
