    I have been using Andjoy for a year with about 100 total accesses, so it can be said that I use it approximately a couple of times a week. If you go to a large gym/center where they don't care where you come from or what fee you pay, it's fine except in some cases that members have class reservation priority, but being able to use the same facilities is fine. What I have been able to observe is that, in general, the smaller centers put their offer on Andjoy with the idea of ​​attracting clients who switch to permanent members of that center and if that is not your idea you may feel uncomfortable going with Andjoy to those centers. I have been told that unsubscribing is not easy (I don't know) when I said I was coming for Andjoy, so I finally left and didn't book because he didn't seem very willing to give me the class when he told me the current rates ( Yoga Class) or that what Andjoy pays them is not worth it and that they will surely leave (Box). In another case I booked a session at a center and when I went they told me that they used that time to do more computer work (personal training), and I asked myself why the app would let me book at that time? On another occasion I was the one who contacted Andjoy to have them remove a Pilates center from the list because when I went to ask for information they told me that they no longer worked with them because it was not affordable. With 2 or 3 online classes it has happened to me that you connect but there was no class but the app lets you connect so you miss the check-in for the day. My recommendation for Andjoy would be to make it easier to make changes to the centers (if it is true that unsubscribing is complicated), and communicate more often with them to put in the description of the center that Andjoy partners see the most up-to-date information and Don't go in vain or book when that time is not so available. It has been a long time since the offer of new centers has been expanded, which would also be appreciated. On the other hand, when you find a place that you feel comfortable with and the offer suits you due to proximity, times you can enter or anything that you value as positive, it is very worth doing it through Andjoy since it generally It will be cheaper and you can go to 2, 3, 4... places to train.

    Really disappointing experience. I was Premium member using my business account and tried to upgrade to Gold member. When I did the upgrade I was not charged the business discounted fee, but instead €119 because of an error in their web. I asked for my refund and they mentioned it was not possible, without a valid excuse. Still waiting for my reply...

    Terrible service update. When they were “andjoy” it was an excellent app. Now that they were purchased by Gympass they only allow corporate accounts with more than 10 employees. They do not allow subscriptions from individuals and they also raised the prices absurdly. I don't recommend them at all!

    Fatal experience with Andjoy. They do and undo without telling you anything and then you can never contact them, only by email. Terrible treatment of the end customer. Furthermore, the app is not at all worked on for the user (a lot of UX is missing), not modernized at all.

    Well, nothing, this wonderful company unjustifiably raises the rates at will and when you least expect it, it sends you an email and told you that see you later, good luck and that you have a nice day. Zero customer-oriented treatment to be a service-oriented company.

    Very bad since the merger with gympass. Centers that I could access with a fingerprint I can no longer, in the center's words "since the merger we can no longer offer access with a fingerprint." In addition, many of the centers that I have been attending for 3 years become part of the more expensive plan. I have spoken to new gyms that are not on Andjoy and it seems that the conditions you set for them are so strict that it is not worth it for them. I guess that's why we haven't seen new centers in the App for a long time. I hope you can reverse this trend since the service has been getting much worse in recent months.

    My experience with aj by gympass has been bad and good at the same time. My partner is a corporate user, so I decided to take advantage of the 50% discount to become a member. I took the same fee to go to the same gym. It turns out that the gym in question is not on my radar because I am not the corporate user. A difficult thing to understand if the fee is the same and aj calls it famili&friends. It won't be very familiar if you can't get into the same center. Totally incomprehensible! The gym in question also does not have its classes or schedules. In the app. Only on the radar. Another thing to solve! If we add to this that I can only do rehabilitation in the pool for health reasons... in Girona there are no more options! So it's of no use to me Aj. I have to say that I wrote to them, I spoke with Cristina and Ollalla, and they have refunded my fee since I was not able to use it. So congratulations on this. They have to improve the listings and frequency of each site before becoming a member. And change the friends&family quota, because the family cannot train together. Thank you very much for the attention received. Before becoming members, send an email with your questions and thus save yourself problems. I recommend it for corporate users!     Terrible support service. I haven't been able to access a center for 3 weeks because of the app and they don't want to manage it for me. Total disaster, there is no way to communicate directly with them. I do not recommend it!

    Terrible user experience. I have been managing my access back to the app for 2 months without success. My account is blocked and they do nothing to unlock it. I'm desperate because I want to train and nothing is going for me. This is terrible... I can't choose the plan, nothing! I send messages to customer service saying that they have selected it and nothing. I hope that with this review you will be able to solve it once and for all.

    I love Andjoy APP. It offers a huge range of fitness opportunities (at least in BCN), and if at some point you have any issue, the customer service helps you solving it in the blink of an eye.

    Very good service - my girlfriend is very happy about it. I have purchased the Premium account, without reading the full conditions. Once I have realized that I would not been able to us it, I have been fully refunded without any problem. Serious service!

    Sometimes it's a drag to get ready before a work-out session, but with this app it's more quick and easy to access any gym or studio close to you. It really helps me to enjoy the small work-out window that I have. My questions were easily answered by the customer service support desk and I totally recommend it to anyone.

    Fantastic program. I typically go to 3-4 different gyms throughout the week for swimming, rock climbing, weight rooms, fitness classes etc. It's a great way to get all your hobbies in if you like more than one type of activity and also to try new things.
