The low reviews definitely made no sense when we went! All the food tasted delicious with lots of vegetarian options. Don’t let the ratings fool you. The food was far above our expectations and much better and different than you’ll find most places in Barcelona.

The ambience is worth visiting the place, it is chill and cosy. The kale salad was my favorite. The cheese with honey was a good choice. Recommended.

For us, the problem with this bar is certainly not the food quality but the staff. We tried it twice and both times we were surprised that the staff is not showing any effort of connecting with the guests and create a nice atmosphere. The second (and last) time we had breakfast, the service was capable of assigning a free table, taking our order, bringing the food and finally charge us without speaking a single word. Not even "Do you want the copy?"

Nice area, nice atmosphere of the people and well chosen look & feel! Coffee is of really great quality, carrot cake was pretty well, too! Relatively quiet space outside on the street with a large number of tables. Surely I recommend place!

The staff are great and lovely but You don’t even pay 5.50 for a lemonade in London or anywhere else I know. Also 8.95 for the most basic ham and cheese toasty is a bit of a joke. I saw this cafe walking past, thought it looked nice and wanted to work there regularly but because of the silly prices I won’t be going again.

Stellar tacos with pulled pork, feta and pico de gallo - I’d come here just for those. Nice staff. Only scratch was the smoothie, on the watery side

Stylish place with ambient bossa nova music frequently in the background attracted me from the first time and ever since. Very delicious food served by great people - I want to mention the lovely Ernestina - in the heart of Eixample, Barcelona. Highly recommended especially but not exclusively for younger visitors.

Unexpected extraordinary culinary experience. Totall blew our mind. Don’t understand why it has such a low rating; the people voting this place down clearly have no class. Would definitely come back anytime for the food and the staff and the drinks. Highly recommended.

Ordered a ‘flat white’ came out cappuccino! Eggs Benedict was delicious but portion too small for 14.90€ 🤯 Well, I know many places in town with the same quality dishes -5€!

This was my first lunch during my Barcelona stay in October 2022, and the sandwich with truffles I had here was very delicious! Also, the hostess spoke pretty good English, which is more than I can say about most places in Spain. The only issue was that we waited for quite a bit to get the sandwiches. Otherwise, I recommend this place for a quick and delicious bite.

Amazing taste experience. Flavours melting in your mouth. The pulled porked tacos were a mix of juicy pork with refreshing guacamole and a twist of jalapeno. The menu changes every month. The dishes we have look petit but do fill quite a bit, however a little on the pricy side totaling around €45 fot the two of us.

We were drawn in by the aroma of the cordero “lamb” and it did not disappoint! A creative and flavorful “ñokis a la romana” aka papas bravas It is a bit pricey but it’s worth it if you appreciate sophisticated twist on classic cuisine. The place was pretty busy on Monday night. A lot of locals.

The food and service was very good. We decided to have an all vegetarian dinner and ordered the babaganoush, the eggplant fritter, the cherry burrata, blue cheese ñoquis and the roasted eggplant. All the dishes were super fresh and I really enjoy that they work with local organic products. The must must try’s are the cherry burrata and the eggplant fritter. The service was super fast, right after we finished ordering our drinks came right away, this is something that say a lot because most of the time, you have to wait a while for it.

I mean, really not impressed. Got the menu del dia with baba ghanoush and the “chicken pastrami” sandwich, the baba ghanoush took 20 minutes, there was nothing to deep in it, people around me were just eating mouthfuls with their fork. Gross. The sandwich took 45 minutes, it was a half brioche bun, roasted chicken, bacon and… is that mint? Weird, okay. The “fresh fruit” was 4 tiny pieces of pineapple over some plain yogurt. Service is standard in Barcelona, not attentive but if you call them they’ll come. Total bill 24€ and I thought about the food I had at home the whole time. If you like to take pretty pics of your food, this is the place. If you like food, not the place.

We had a beautiful breakfast here. We all ordered different types of meat and cheese on bread and all the dishes were really good. They serve really good produce. The only down side was that the coffee was not good.

Incredible food and desserts. I loved everything about the main dish and the desert was out of this world. Visit here is a must if you come to Barcelona!

Interesting. I'm actually surprised to see that this place doesn't have that great of reviews. To be fair, I only came here for coffee and cheesecake but both were really good. The vibe in here is also really great. It feels just like a cool place to hang out. Also, I don't know who needs to hear this, but the cheesecake that I posted from here is what cheesecake is actually supposed to look like. Famous cheesecake in New York looks like this. It's literally a cake of cheese. It's not supposed to be soft and fluffy and filled with chocolate or fruit and that kind of thing. Supposed to be just a cake of cheese. Anyway, I'm looking forward to coming here and trying something different. I live in the neighborhood and I'm hoping to find some quality places because everything is so commercial and touristy. Also, the waiters here are really nice.

Food is ok (not great… just ok, potatoes and squash overcooked, bacon cold, garlic mayo not adding any value), service is nice, but prices are extremely high for what you get. Ex. 6 euros a tiny lemonade filled with ice… There is no balance relation quality vs. price. Wouldn’t repeat nor recommend

The fig tart was to die for! Delicious! A very tasty meal all around
