Good service. Fair price. I had two treatments done here. The first was 30min foot reflexology with my husband and daughter. The foot reflexology was very good but in the brochure it states that it includes shoulder, neck and scalp massage. Unfortunately our masseurs did not offer this which was a little disappointing. Our second treatment on a different day was spa manicure, pedi +polish for me and Mani, pedi and nail art for my daughter. This was a great experience. Although they do not normally do Christmas themed nails the lady doing my daughter's nails was able to do stars for Christmas which was lovely. They were also very patient with us picking out the perfect nail colours.

Reasonably priced massages. Looks very clean and professional inside. Soothing music. Service was nice. We got the foot massage, I had asked the attendant to massage a little harder and she said it's not done hard?! Seemed like a lot of the motions were just repeated for an hour. After the massage I didn't feel anymore relaxed than I came in. There is a place to put your belongings and lock with a key. Saw a lot of ppl get the Mani pedi treatment. They give you a water. I think there maybe better places around?

January 2024 Visited Smart spa opposite kfc near Kuta square for the first time with a group of friends. Some had hot stone massages and some had neck/shoulder and leg/foot reflexology. Aside from being very calm, clean and fantastic icy air con, staff were excellent at their jobs & allowed us to relax. I watched another customer have a hair spa and blow dry and that’s the next thing I will have / just before I go home. I visited for a second time the day before home and got ‘the works’ over several hours. Had a wonderful time. Manicure (+ remove acrylics) & pedicure, massage, facial, hair crème bath, blow dry and straightening. Staff were beautiful. I saw the salon become extremely busy with all seats in taken, but no stress - the staff are very professional. All treatments were awesome but I really really loved how my hair felt afterwards so Thoroughly recommend the crème bath hair treatment. I won’t say they’re cheap, but I will say you get what you pay for. Special mention to Tara (acrylics specialist - only during the day until 5pm) and Nengah, my cheeky hairdresser who likes to laugh and dance behind (& directly in front) his bosses back. 😂 he was very entertaining. All jokes aside - the management and staff are beautiful together and I felt there was a good rapport and respect of their employees. Smart spa in Kuta will be my go-to whenever I’m in the neighbourhood. Thankyou!

THE BEST !!!!! Smart Salon & Relaxing Spot Kuta was absolutely amazing! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the massage was one of the best I've ever had. I started with a creambath, which is a hair treatment that also includes a head massage. My therapist, Koming, was fantastic and really knew what she was doing. She was very attentive and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the treatment. My friend and I also had a sport massage with Arta and Padli. I have to say, Padli was incredible! He knew exactly how to find the trigger points in my body and provided a great firm massage that really helped to reduce the pain in my lower back. While he didn't completely fix my pain, he definitely helped to reduce it. Overall, I would highly recommend Smart Salon & Relaxing Spot Kuta to anyone looking for a fantastic massage experience. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the massage therapists are top-notch. It's definitely worth a visit!

I came here from the reviews on Google and it did not disappoint. Best legit massage ever! 2 mins from Hard Rock Hotel I had a daily foot massage here since visiting Asia 2+ years ago. Clean, nice and great masseurs. My husband and child had their nails done too. Turn off your phones and enjoy the serenity. No one hassling you outside too - A MUST esp if staying in and around Kuta Beach.

This was one of the best massages I'd ever had! Me and my partner got the 'sports addict' massage that included foot reflexology and back massage. We were offered male masseuses that were able to provide strong pressure. It was a deep tissue massage with a healing touch - I fell asleep! I will hopefully be back in the near future!

Walked in today for a massage after seeing it was nice, clean, quiet and quite traditional balinese looking and being greeted by a lovely woman not harassing me. Got the 90min blainese massage with herbal therapy and loved it! Nice masseus, clean beds, quiet upstairs. It was quite a unique massage with oil that smelt very natural and woody/leafy, not "artificial" and full of fragrances. Great prices compared to some. Paid about $30 AUD for that. Will definitely go Gain this trip.

We had 2 massages here. The body massage was good for my boyfriend, but mine was very rough. The second massage, my boyfriend really liked (foot massage). However, my shoulder and back massage was not good at all. The masseuse seemed not to know what they were doing, just randomly kneading, also no oil. So, for the price the foot massage is suggested.

Very disappointed !!! They asked me to pay more when I asked the therapist to give me a stronger massage. whenever I go for massage they asking me first for the level of massage pressure not just asking more money if we want strong massage . Anyway I took a Balinese massage and it feels like the therapist has no power at all. Just like rubbing your body with oil and It makes me uncomfortable and I decide to stop before 1 hour.

Very good place. What I did not think is that they do not charge a total price but for parts, a cost for the manicure without paint and the other manicure with gel it is to be assumed that if one is going to paint their nails they have to be cleaned, charging two prices it seemed absurd.

Come here! Ask for Zola, he is amazing. He first massage me, (I enjoy very firm massage) and it was amazing. Than he massage my fiancè ( she enjoys very light massage) and she loved it. I will be coming back again

I would go back here every day if I could to see Tari - she is very professional, funny and gives the best foot massage in Bali. The Smart Spa has great Ambience, they keep the space quiet and relaxing and discourage phone use and noise. Also they do fantastic pedicures and have very comfy chairs that you can pass out in from the relaxing vibes.

Smart Spa is absolutely fabulous. Even though it is on a busy street in Kuta, they manage to have a perfectly peaceful, beautiful & clean spa that is priced reasonably. I contacted them thru WhatsApp for prices and they got right back to me. I was late getting into town but they had 3 staff members waiting to knock out my mani/pedi with color and options & a 30min leg/foot massage…everyone was so professional and kind! Mani/Pedi treatments were the best I’ve had in Asia. Can’t recommend them enough. I might have time for a full body massage and will update if so.

I read here in reviews that Zola and Astri were good. I got Zola randomly at first, and he was indeed quite good. So I went the second time and asked for him. Both times very nice massage, relaxing. The place has a relaxing and quiet vibe, the staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place.

Visited twice in 4 days in Kuta, Bali. Everyone was friendly and it was close to a very clean massage shop in downtown Kuta. If you want to pass on the massage shop that asks the masseuse to come in from outside, this is the answer.

My daughter got her hair done and it turned out amazing with good price. The atmosphere was clean and the staff was friendly. Massage was also satisfied.

I was literally reborn. The masseuse whose name is Nardi (I hope I spelled it right) was absolutely amazing! She has golden hands. The hostesses were super lovely and very friendly. Great staff. Amazing service. Highly recommended!
