Been curious to try Pho Thin Bali, I decided to visit their Dewi Sri outlet. In this outlet, they only served one dish which is their signature Pho Bo (traditional Vietnamese beef noodle soup). Beside their Pho Bo, I also ordered their toppings which are Stick Cruller (traditional fried bread stick) and Egg Yolk (a popular additive to Pho, soft cooked). I actually isn't a big fan of clear broth soup, however I kinda like their Pho Bo. Their Pho Bo is simply delicious, with generous portion. Stick Cruller is a no for me, however their Egg Yolk is definitely a must order topping. For this visit to Pho Thin Dewi Sri, i'm gonna rate them 4 out of 5. They only got 1 main food menu and that is beef pho. Proof that the restaurant only focused on perfecting 1 dish and I prefer it that way. It came with a sea of coriander but the broth still tastes clean and flavorful. The coriander also doesn't taste harsh at all. The beef brisket still got a nice chew and not overly tender, which is a nice contrast to the noodles. The price is rather steep, but for this quality it's rather justified. Recommended!

Found this place accidentally when I and my friend were craving for a warm bowl of Pho. Turns out this one is really tasty! The texture of the noodles is cheewy, the beef is so thick, tender and juicy, and I can drink the soup till I can see the bottom of the bowl. Also, the portion is really generous. Love the place as well. It has the vibrant of food stall but very clean and cozy.

not bad. not exactly like Pho from vietnam but good enough. menu only has a few choices so you’re getting the damn Pho! service super quick. price good. plenty of parking. interior small yet clean. worth a shot but not essential.

Finally I tried their Pho Bo for breakfast. They only sell 1 menu which was Pho Bo or Vietnamese Beef Noodle. I’m not a fan of coriander leaves but their Pho was acceptable. Their broth was clear & has a light taste since they came from Northern part of Vietnam. The serving temperature of the Pho was good, not too hot and ready to slurp. They gave you a lot of coriander & green onions which enrich the flavor. You need to add chili sambal, fish sauce & lime to make it even tastier. The only thing that I hate was that bitter taste after I finish it up. It may came either from their 12 hour cooked beef broth or the greens they put into the bowl. They have open kitchen, so you can see how they prepare your Pho. The staff was polite & friendly. Their place is air conditioned, clean & neat. They also accept QRIS payment.

First of all, the Googlemap pin was a bit off from the actual location. It should be farther down the street towards southeast. Staff are friendly and the place is clean. It had this cute retro-oriental vibe, which was nice. There’s practically only one menu, which is the beef pho. The noodles were good, but the broth kinda lacked the beef’s umami taste. I could only taste the saltiness. And the meat was dry and chewy, perhaps because it wasn’t fresh. The generous portions of coriander leaves and green scallions helped me finish up the pho. I also tried the vietnamese sandwich Bahn Mie. Liked the baguette, but the sliced carrots were too sour and I couldn’t find the meat. As for the pho, the broth and meat need some improvement, but I wouldn’t mind giving it another try just because I love coriander leaves.

They only offer one pho menu, which is Pho Bo or beef noodle vietnamese style. It comes with a big bowl, good portion, full of cilantro and coriander leaves, like a tons of it (which will be unlikely to others), it has good aromatic herb taste, a suprisingly light and tasty broth. Put some spicyness from the chilli sauce and drizzle of lime then you are good to go. IDR 75K / bowl. They only serve soft drinks/beers and glass mineral water (equil) to drink, and it was quite a pricey for it.

This place only sells 1 type of Pho and few side dishes but it's all we need. Very tasty beef broth, chunky, lightly seasoned sliced beef and heaping amount of cilantro, chives and maybe green onions. I ordered onsen egg as topping. Came pretty early in the morning when it's not crowded yet. The place is air conditioned, service is fast and efficient, and pretty easy to find from the main road. Highly recommended.
