The lokal 80361 is a must go place whilst in Bali . From the moment you walk in your greeted with a smile . Great atmosphere / decor and great food . Do yourself a favour and pop in .

First of all, this place looked dope. The fresh orange juice didn't feel fresh, it tasted like mixed fresh and bottled orange juice. Thai green curry was good. Maybe average size for Western tourists, but it was a big size for locals. The Chicken Schnitzel was also huge. They didn't use thick batter so you can really enjoy the meat. Taste wise, it was okay. Price wise, they weren't that cheap but not expensive either. The price is equal with the portion. Nice vibe and really like the place.

I was looking for medium size lobster meal for the wife as I dont eat crustaceans. I found a picture of this half lobster plate at this place. Immediately hopped on a grab. The place is nicely situated along Garlic Lane so you can shop before/after. The only thing is that the airflow of the place is not as good - so more humid. But they make up for it with lots of fans and wet towels! People are putting them on their neck/heads. The lobster promo meal is a really good value solo meal at 275k. Another plus is that their bill does not add any charges/tax! The only place that did not do this among a dozen we tried!

Fantastic food,one of my favourites was the Coconut Smoothie bowl & the banana milkshake ,awesome service ,great location, the live band was very entertaining

Delicious food, great coffee and soy milk, good cocktails in the evening, excellent service any time of day, an adjoining shop with locally made items so you can shop while you wait for your meals. This was a great little find! My only complaint was the lack of air-conditioning which they already assist with by offering you fresh cool towels as soon as you sit. This place is right amongst the action on Garlic Lane and is definitely worth the visit for breakfast lunch or dinner. We've tried it for all meal times and really enjoyed it. Excellent value for money given the quality of the food. The salmon was so fresh and tasty, it was my favourite and served with a cute heart shaped mound of rice and a mango salsa, just yum!

Busy cafe with a large menu and attentive staff. Food is very good and reasonably priced. We were there for dinner and it was very busy with people queuing to get time. Live music was really good with a mix of old and new tunes. Drinks are also reasonable and there was a good selection available. Something for everyone with a mix of groups, families and couples eating when we were there. Definitely worth a visit when in Legian.

Excellent place!! Aussie food and cooked just like home. Staff are very friendly, pricing reasonable and the owner is warm, experienced with the locals and keeps the dodgy ones going past trying to rope you in for money, away so you can enjoy yourself. Highly recommend this place and gave it a four as I rarely give 5 Stars!

Really good food and the Mango Daiquiri is my personal favourite. I would highly recommend booking for lunch or dinner as this place can get very busy. I had the chicken schnitzel the first night and it tasted exactly like the KFC chicken! Yummo! And the Spaghetti Bolognese was DELICIOUS!!!

Great food. Amazing staff. Love love love this place. Also good music almost every night. They also do gluten-free options. Must visit while you’re in Legian. Busy every night. Booking is recommended.

Good food, and very nice atmosfere. The restaurant is also friendly with the environment, providing free tap water to avoid plastic which should be highly appreciated. Prices are very good, we payed about 25k for a small bintang, 90k for fish and chips. We had some banana fried which was not good at all so we left it in the plate, the waiter asked us if is fine, we said is not and she removed it from our bill.

Went there last night, absolutely one of the best meals in Bali. The first time we went passed it was completely booked. so we booked for the next night. It is owned by an Australian lady, and could not fault it, we will be back for sure.

The food was so yummy, big portion. Chef understood what Mie Goreng I wanted. Staff were friendly. Recommended restaurant.

A great place to stop in at. We keep going back for their iced coffee, but the food is also delicious, we love their peanut sauce! Not quite as cheap as some places, but certainly not over-priced, and the restaurant has a much nicer feel than other much noisier bars nearby.

Had vege megoreng for breakfast and it was cooked well but wasn't too exciting. It tasted normal and didnt had any local influence, megoreng out of a packet taste v similar. Quick and good service, staff were friendly and cooperative. Although wife ordered Benny breakfast and couldnt eat it, eggs were boiled instead of poached, bread was too hard (maybe old) to eat, hollandaise sauce didnt taste nice either. Go here for a cheap meal when you are on a budget.

Cant really complain here, menu is abundant, lots of western influenced varieties to choose from. Milkshakes are good, beer is cold, its open spaced with no doors so they great your table with wet cold towl when you sit. Ive eaten here several times since i live on the same street. All the portions are large and no ++ tax service etc. Its all built into the prices. Place is always busy so its not just me who thinks its good. Try the salmon or eggs benny for brekky:)

A lovely little local place in legian. I had the lobster special it was lovely. A beautiful bright place with a retail homewards shop connected. This place is a must to try

Great atmosphere, amazing food, excellent service good prices and friendly staff. The staff would go out of their way to make you comfortable and have a chat with you. We stayed in Garlic lane for 6 days and ate at the Lokal everyday sometimes twice a day. Clean, safe and they have great Aussie food.

Place with nice waiter and comfortable environment. Foods are greate and tasty.

Impeccable service, cold towel on arrival was a godsend - food was fresh & tasty. Loved the build your own sanga menu and the breakfast was superb!

Only had the satay chicken and enjoyed it. Missus had the Mi Gerong and she loved it. Staff were friendly and we will be visiting again.
