This place is a hidden gem that surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with a vibrant and stylish atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The attention to detail in the hotel's design and decor is exceptional, with every corner boasting a unique and artistic touch. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, providing a perfect haven for relaxation. The staff at This place are friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was taken care of. The hotel's amenities, including the stunning rooftop pool and the delicious on-site restaurant, exceeded my expectations. Located in the serene area of Benoa, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat while still being close to the beach and other attractions. This place is a true gem that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and memorable stay in Bali.

Not sure what it is about all the five star reviews because this hotel definitely doesn’t deserve the current 4.6 total stars. There is only one good thing about this hotel, and that is the front desk service. The other aspects are very disappointing, especially the hard products. This hotel needs a lot of renovation because you can feel it wasn’t really maintained well during covid. Rusts everywhere in the room and bathroom, sad looking towels, uneven wall painting on the doors and moldy windows and mirrors. An unpleasant smell will greet you when you first entered your room and is likely going to linger throughout your stay. They were also removing and cleaning a big rusty bar from the awning of the entrance when I was there which in itself is a good thing that they are trying to improve things. But, you can’t help but wonder why they didn’t maintain it very well because you can clearly see the hotel is not that old. Breakfast was also disappointing with minimal real meal served, mostly pre-processed food. Egg station always has long lines. Thankfully the staff that I encountered during my stay were all helpful and great. Housekeeping staff could do with a bit more smile but nothing too disappointing about the staff. Overall a less than ideal stay and the current 4.6 stars seem questionable…

Avoid at all costs. We had a rat in our room. No hot water, additional things billed to us without our consent. Wifi didn’t work in the room, and very inconsistent food at the restaurant (all prices excluding service and tax) so you end up paying a fortune for really sub standard food. If people stay above you, you can hear everything and the courtyard is noisy at night, leading to very little sleep. We contacted management about this and their response was to make it better going forward but they did nothing to solve the immediate problem. My wife was injured due to the rat in our room, and the hotel management proceeded to refund less than a quarter of our stay after a huge fight. They then chased us away with our toddler, and refused to take any responsibility for medical costs related to the injury. Threatening to call the police and blacklist us with other hotels in Bali. Has to be the worst customer experience I have ever had. I will be taking legal steps.

Nice hotel on the beachfront. They have 2 amazing pools, big enough for many people to swim. The location is also quiet, suits anyone who want to have a quiet stay.

The Tijili Hotel is a great choice for a stay in Bali. The hotel is located in the Tanjung Benoa area, which is known for its beautiful beaches and calm waters. The rooms at the Tijili Hotel are considerably spacious and clean, and they have direct access to the beach which is an amazing point. The hotel also has a number of amenities, including 2 swimming pools, a fitness center, and a spa (but it was close temporary). I had a wonderful stay at the Tijili Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. In the morning, I & my friends loved having spent time in fitness center then followed by a short swim in the top floor swimming pool which holds a great view over the blue ocean! Overall, I would highly recommend the Tijili Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Bali

A really good bang for buck seaside hotel/resort! Reception and Service personnel were so helpful 100% of the time, with fast room service and always with such a wonderful demeanour! ❤️ Ground level pool was always beautiful and clean, as was the roof pool. Food was great, and they always made me a beautiful coffee ☕️ in the morning. There was really only one bit of a problem, in that there is a severe lack of shade up on the top pool/bar area, which could have a quick fix (cheap until funds become more available) by putting up some shade sails (shade cloth), to ease the sun and heat! Do that, and you'll have a top spot with fantastic views! A special shout out to Dwiki Purnawan (amongst others), for consistency in his great service, irrespective of what he was doing. We'll be back (especially if we can have Rm 173? Or was it 143?, near the pool, next to the towel man!) really soon. Close (like right in front) to some great Ocean amenities, like paragliding, jet skis, you name it! Thanks, Tijili Benoa 🙏 for making our Christmas and New Year celebrations a year to remember!

Had a quite pleasant stay here. The room was clean, pool was clean, ac working well. Breakfast not many variety but not a big problem for me. One tiny suggestion tho, please consider to have separate trash bin for room and bathroom. Overall, it was a good stay. I'll be back for impromptu visit to Bali.

I spent 1 night here, they have amazing pool. Also quiet at frontbeach so I can just sitting reading while also enjoying the sea view. If you want to have evening / morning beachwalk, this is not the place as only limited access area to the surrounding. Breakfast menu are limited still good tho, wont complaint.

I had an incredible 4-day stay at Tijili Hotel Benoa in October 2023. The vibe was amazing, the staff cool and the food excellent. My room was lovely and room service was good. The ocean view and beach were fantastic. I recommend the 'Warung Bamboo' for a dinner with a stunning sea view. What was truly impressive was the rooftop infinity pool and the stunning view. The only hiccup was finding it, like navigating a maze. Adding more signboards would make it perfect!

The rooms and breakfast were ok, just up to standards, but I’m wondering how a 4 star hotel is cooperating with a Chinese tour agency who’s mainly business is to scam Asia/Chinese tourists! This is a matter of credibility and honesty. My friend’s family don’t speak English, and they went in a 10people group with a Chinese Indonesian tour Guide named Kim. The tour guide and lobby offered them to pay 100$ to take them to Ubud ! That’s hilarious offer !!! I mean , this hotel maybe good place to stay but associating with people to scam Chinese tourists! This is black and white ! I would not recommend staying there , who knows what they scam the next ! Plus, the beach is one of the poor among all the nice beaches in Bali !

Highlight Nice pool, there are two pools, the one at rooftop and one behind the restaurant. They had a bicycle rental cost 50k rupiah for 2 hours. GREAT view for sunrise by the beach, you can see the sunset from the rooftop pool. Beachside resort, huge hotel complex, you can stroll around the beach line to go to neighboring hotel such as Conrad all the way to Sofitel. Best bang for the buck, for 700-1000k, its the best hotel for the price range. Room are clean, beds are comfy, complete amenities, but when i first came in the room feels and smell humid. I requested a change, they granted my request but took almost 2 hours. So I cancelled the room change and accept the humid room. Overall its a nice stay but needs improvement for the staff's pace of work.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Entry point a little hard to notice from main street. Small parking area ( there's underground parking). The building although not wide but lengthy and connected straight with beach. Food is okay. there's lots of empty and dusty room upstairs (pandemic effect).Clean garden and pool. Quiet but relaxing. Nice vibes especially 1st floor room that connected with garden/pool. Really Good price hotel with beach access. Love it.

What a disappointment. Rooms very small, bathroom very small, doors don't lock properly, safe not bolted down, bar & food always closed for private functions, 3 nights, 5 functions. Average location, hard to find and overall average at best. Would be good for $60aud a night maximum. Stay up the road a bit and save the headache

Room is spacious enough, great pools especially for the kids, and also there is a infinity pool at the 6th floor, but the most fascinating about this hotel is you can see a very beautiful sunrise,,

Clean and nice place . The location is good for the region we wanted to stay. Very helpful staff as always. I won't give 5 stars because the breakfast had only a variety of Asian food and also the lunch that we ordered wasn't the best .

Nice hotel. Breakfast was fair. Some of the equipment, doors, chair n so on, is roasted. Its not made for buildings near beach. Although we had private beach, swimming is not possible because of sea creatures

The service is so bad. I wouldn’t reccommend this hotel to anyone because of the service. The room’s theme just like pop hotel with higher price. The hotel only look good at the photos. The floor was wet and unsafety for child. The window is full of mirror, not safe for child. They maintenance the main pool and child pool without announcement before so we can’t enjoy the staycation. The beach seems like not real beach, we can’t swim in the beach. The food in the restaurant is not variously and there is no food for child. The pork cook together with other foods so you can’t eat halal food. Breakfast so so.

Stayed 3 nights. Pros: friendly staff, nice design, lots of shops around. Room is clean, beach front. Cons: bedding not comfy. Breakie not great. Pools is ok . Overall 3/5

Really disappointed , certainly not a 4 star hotel. Main pool closed , tiny roof top pool is under 4 ft deep , be ready for a long walk or drive to anywhere of interest, room had noisy air conditioning Its not really a resort style accommodation, more boxed hotel style rooms with no real view, or flow. Web photos looked better than the reality of staying here.

Great mid budget option on the beachfront. Beach itself not great for swimming esp at low tide but a 20m slow walk along the beach promenade, past the expensive resorts, takes you to the really good beach. Room was comfortable if not memorable and the pool was great. Breakfast had heaps of choices including eggs cooked on the spot. Great place to sit on the beach lounger to watch the sunrise or for a beer at the end of the day. Would stay again.

Good for family. If you want to spend one or two nights at the hotel with private beach, I think this is good for you. Things need improving are foods, then the door at some of the room need to be fixed, because it just slams and closes too hard. Please, change the door closer. Anyway, it’s an average good hotel with reasonable price.

Rooms The hotel rooms are well-appointed and clean, the beds are spacious, the bathrooms are clean, hot water is available, and the air-conditioning is very helpful. Location The location of the hotel is strategically close to a nice beach. Parking spaces for vehicles are available and security is also good, because the security is always ready and stand by 24 hours. The location is located in a beautiful area in the Badung area which is famous for its natural scenery and beaches. Services & facilities Hotel facilities and services are very friendly and responsive if there are complaints from hotel guests. The hotel staff are quick to respond to complaints. Meeting rooms are also available, swimming pools and restaurants with food menus that are certainly very tasty and varied with local and international menus, besides that there is space to hold happy days, such as weddings because there is a very romantic location for honeymooners.

This hotel is great for family with children. It has its own I called "private beach". Room is clean and comfortable. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Love the rooftop pool and kid swimming pool. Love to laze on the sunbed at the beach while watching children playing nearby. Breakfast is satisfying and delicious

The hotel room was beautifully designed, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided added to the overall comfort of my stay. The attention to detail in the room's decor and cleanliness was impressive. The hotel facilities were top-notch. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, offering a refreshing spot to relax and soak up the sun The fitness center was well-equipped with modern equipment, allowing me to continue my workout routine.

The property is right on the beach, but the the staff is not very courteous, we did not receive our welcome drink, no one took our luggage or assisted us to the room. The place did not provide a universal adaptor neither did any of the plug point supported other country charging points. Apart from that the view from the room is good provided you take the ocean view room. The food we ordered from the beach bar was also good.

RECOMMEND LISTENING TO OTHER BAD REVIEWS. We booked for a double bed and balcony instead we received bottom floor (no balcony) and two single beds. From our room hotel is very noisy and when asked to change rooms we were denied as hotel was at full occupancy. At peak times we understood. Wouldn’t recommend if looking for a quiet retreat - as there are kids everywhere. The rooms are average.

The room is clean and spacious. All the staff are friendly, the location is strategic, this hotel has a private beach. We got welcome drink voucher when we check in that can exchanged at the bar while we enjoying sunset. There are several swimming pool spacious and kids friendly. There are gym and spa facility as well. In the afternoon we can tried water sport on their private beach. It was a wonderful experience stay in this hotel. We'll be back here when we come to Bali again.

A 4-star rated hotel, with free basement car park provided. Rooms are well equipped with plenty of plugs, sofa bed and other utilities. The staff are friendly and helpful. It has rooftop pool, ground pool, and kid's swimming area as well. The resort has its access to the beach, you just have to walk past the restaurant and yes you can wake up in the morning to witness sunrise here. There are sunbeds provided by the beach to enjoy the sea breeze.
