Nice place for shopping and not very crowded. Prices are not very cheap but reasonable.

Came to shop for a baggage and did inspection on the item. Everything worked properly. Was informed to make a payment at the cashier. Was offered same baggage with the cashier. Claimed it’s identical. I chose whatever. Went back to the hotel. A few days later when it’s time to pack up the baggage zipper refused to open. What can you do with a non-usable baggage? Contacted customer service for a refund for selling defective item but sogo department store refused to return customer’s money. Donated the baggage because my misery purposely caused by a department store’s staff having some sort of weird and unknown vendetta against me is actually a blessing for someone else. And then I bought a new baggage someplace else. What happened to Sogo when you expect Sogo quality? Different locations different quality. So much of Sogo-ness?

We are from India, were on a vacation trip in Bali. My wife bought a sling bag from here. Well assisted by the friendly staff, we were happy with the shopping experience. Unfortunately the next day she found that its magnetic clip came off ! When she approached the person in the bag section, they immediately exchanged it for another similar bag without much hassle- that too without the bill or price tag ( We were already on our way to airport for the departure journey!). I appreciate the professional approach of the shop and its staff. May God bless you. Will visit during next Bali trip !

Worst experience ! Can’t even look around the shop without someone following you like they are super glued to your hip !! Wanna buy stuff can’t carry a backpack or a shirt to another section to still look round and then pay in one go !! The super glue girl was like no pay then shop well guess what I don’t want anything then ! Will never go shop there again or any sogo stores !
