Everyone says this place is the must to go place, and we must say that we agree. After a few suggested and deciding which location, (they have 2, but I believe different owners and therapists) we went to Reborn. This review is based off of 2 experiences as the first time we had included a scrub which was our first time and at moments left you very cold!!! If you get the full 2 hour or 2.5 massage hour it is so well worth it. On top of your amazing massage, you also get a killer ginger tea, sliced fruit and juice. We always leave super happy. They do have happy hours during the daytime in the early afternoon time so be sure to check them out! I’m not sharing our therapist because we don’t want them booked! Enjoy!

First time trying massage here. Got to know this place from a friend's recommendation. I'll be happy to come again before leaving Bali, but will try a so-called strong masseur. It's good that they tell you beforehand what kind of masseur you'll get - strong or medium to strong. They give happy hours that come with a discount. They also offers additional half an hour service which you can tailor depending on what you prefer, e.g. body massage or just shoulder. I made reservation by Whatsapp. My message was replied almost immediately.

I had Sudiani as a therapist and she was brilliant, best therapist I have ever had! Soft hands but firm and she knew exactly what to do. The staff is very professional and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience.

Amazing quality for a low price! The 1 hr full body massage was amazing, and you get given the option to take a shower after. Afterwards you receive a juice and some cut fruit, it’s nice to have a moment to relax after massage before leaving. The massage tables are separated by curtains so you do hear some sounds from others occasionally but when I went it was pretty quiet.

My wife loved it, me not so much. Gorgeous atmosphere, super nice staff. Just not my kind of massage but performed perfectly. I'm new to getting massages and went with my love, she's still talking about how good it was today. I now know not to get reflexology style but would happily go here again. Try this place, you'll love it

This was a hidden gem. Absolutely value for money. Masseurs are professional, skilled and polite. There was even a hot shower at the end of the treatment and fresh fruit juice too. Highly recommended!

One of a "must-visit" place when I'm in the Island. There are many good spa/massage places around, but somehow Reborn has their own uniqueness and authenticity. Been a very loyal customer since 2014 and more year to comes! Their promo is always been exciting and value for money. Pre-treatment, they'll clean your feet with warm water. Massage areas very clean, massage bed also comfortable. Clean shower/toilets. After treatment, you'll be offered a compliment of hot ginger and tropical fruits (slice of pineapple and watermelon) and some of your favourite fresh Juice (this one they'll ask upon settlement before treatment start). Clean, relaxing and affordable! Suggest to make appointment in advance, as they're super busy during the day especially weekend time or holiday seasons. Friendly and pleasant attitude of the employees. Always impressed by their services.

Update October 2023: We were here again to get a massage: our enthusiasm from previous visits was confirmed. The performance of our two masseuses Merti and Denti was perfect the day before yesterday, so we booked them a second time for today. ——— December 2022: We were customers here several times three years ago and the price-performance ratio remains very good. In addition to the good massage, we were impressed by the cleanliness, the musical background and the healthy snack/drink. They also make you feel “reborn.”

I went there twice. ◎1st time: 2 hours of foot pressure points Indonesian style foot pressure points are different from Taiwanese style and Chinese style. The massage felt good, but the therapist fell asleep during the massage. lol Massage therapists are also tired in the evening, so we recommend going early. Again, time is short. Although it says 2 hours, the actual massage time was about 1 hour and 40 minutes. ◎Second 3 hour course It started later than planned and ended earlier than expected. This time, I measured the treatment time with a timer. The planned treatment time was 180 minutes → the result was 139 minutes (2 hours 19 minutes). Since it was a morning reservation, the masseuse didn't fall asleep, so it was better than the last time. lol It may be a good idea to place a timer next to your bed and keep it visible during the treatment. lol

First time having the foot reflexology treatment at Reborn when visit Bali last week. Having a great massage experience here with the professional service provided by Mr Fredy, the therapist. My legs & back feel relax after the gentle massage. Besides that, thank you for the fruits, tea & juices served after massage session. Will come back next time when visit Bali again..

Always had a good time having massage here. The therapist is nice and friendly. The ambiance is also relaxing. They provide complimentary drink after the massage. They’re often fully booked so you need to make reservation beforehand.

I wanna give 10stars out of 5! I've to many massages and I hv to say it's probably the best in my life! Really strong and professional massage! And it's quite cheap as compared to Australia/hong kong. 225k/2hrs and got free fresh fruit juice, fresh fruit and hot ginger tea at the end which was really nourishing! Will come back here again if I visit Bali! Highly recommended!

My family and I have been going to this place since long time ago, even when we lived outside Bali. So when we moved to Bali, we are coming more often. They have very standardised quality of service, very firm rule to ‘noisy’ customers and I love getting fruit and ginger drinks after the massage.

Massage is good, service is good. You can not expect spa ambience from this place, but overall everything is OK. You will get a nice massage, and served with your own customized fresh juice & fresh fruit platter afterward. Reservation is advised.

Good massage and good service ( pre massage and post massage). I took 2 hours foot reflexology and back massage. After massage they provided free fresh juice and ginger tea. Excellent. Thank you

One of the best massage / reflexology place i've ever visited. The therapist know what are they doing, and i'am very salute that they warned me and another customer too when our phones ringing ( i forgot to silent my phone at that time ) The price is a little bit high but it's very worth it. Definitely will come back.

Don’t take the package with the scrub! It’s not a scrub, it doesn’t exfoliate… nothing!!! Even worst, you just go out with more of dead skin!!! And the answer is « sometimes it’s happened on dry skin » but that’s exactly why we came! They offer me small sample of cream after my complain but it’s just to hide it! You cannot rehydrate a dead skin! So I have to find and pay again for a real scrub! I don’t recommend!

Quite a decent massage that focuses on accupoint! Price was quite cheap. Chair was also comfortable. Comes with a nice fruit juice. The orange one tasted better. Highly recommended and reservations are recommended.

Worst reception service... Very disappointed with the receptionist who was a woman, tall, black, fat and with a dirty face... Busy on her cell phone like chatting with someone... So I'm in a bad mood to continue the massage if I see the reception's response like that... Even though service providers should already understand this...
