I came here with just a few pictures of my usual hairdresser from very high-end Montreal professional salon. Despite the language barrier, Sari was able to recreate my hairstyle perfectly. Prices are a bit high for Bali, but still very fair and acceptable for what you get. Loved the experience. Thank you! :)

Have been a regular customer for over the past 10 yrs in both branches. Excellent service , knowledgeable & friendly therapist. First time faced lil glitch with one of them telling me that they dont have regular nail polish anymore, only gel. Was a surprise And as expected shortly the options came for various regular nail polish colours. However ignoring this incident. Would still recommend New Melati for its services. And I'll definitely come back soon.
