AVOID this spa if you are looking for a truly 5-star experience. Despite the staff being friendly with me, this place is most definitely NOT 5 ⭐️ for the following reasons: 1. The person in charge of my grandpa had no patience in understanding his indications; she was rude. 2. The place doesn’t look or smell clean; towels have a bad smell. 3. It is VERY noisy as it is next to a very busy road, and the windows are not soundproof. So, if you are looking to relax, don’t come here. 4. They don’t ask for your preferences at the beginning, as any good spa would do. 5. Masseuse lack of technique. 6. They don’t wash their hands before touching your head so your hair gets dirty very quickly with the oil… I could keep going, but overall, I have been to way better spas in Bali. Unfortunately, this one is very average, and the REVIEWS ARE MISLEADING. Shame on all those who give 5 start 😡

My gf and I found this place online with many good recommendations. Went straight there without booking it prin and luckily there was a space for us. It was very nice atmosphere inside and they offered us with tea while we were choosing massage from the list. I went with back and head massage and my gf chose whole body massage. We were in the same room and both ladies were very polite. The only thing it could be improved is that the lady was not really doing my neck. But because everything else was really good I can not take it against her. We will go again for sure.✔️

Haven't had a massage since pre-pandemic and I had the most amazing time here. Only got the 1hr Balinese massage because I was a walk in but they gave such phenomenal service that I'm definitely coming back here again. I really feel like a new person. 10/10 would definitely recommend

I went with my boyfriend for a couple's package that included a massage, body scrub, and flower bath. The staff were very nice but I have to say it wasn't the best - the whole experience was 2.5h - we initially thought this was great value - but there was a bit of waiting around while covered in a cold wet blanket during the body scrub treatment which wasn't too comfortable. The massage itself was OK but not great if you're looking for proper tension release as the strokes were very light. Also, my boyfriend was left for around 10 minutes at the beginning with nobody to massage him. That said, the ladies were lovely and always smiling. Lastly, we were a bit confused with payment as we were asked to pay in cash - when we said we only had 90k (the bill was 800k) we were asked to give that and pay the rest on card. This seemed a bit strange as it was such a small amount - also meant we had to head to an ATM straight after to replenish (always good to have a bit of real money!). Last of all, the lady gave us the QR code to write a review and told us to do it there and then. This put pressure on us to write a good review (and is evidently why the spa has so many good reviews) which to be honest I think is bad practice. Overall, OK but won't go back.

Foot massage is good but the ambience isn’t relaxing. There are just too many cars and motorbikes passing by on roads so each time you doze off from your massage you get woken up by the loud vehicles. For foot massages, your seat can’t recline either so you just need to find a comfortable spot for your back. Not recommended for those who have back problems.

We booked a couples hot stone massage and it was incredible! The ladies doing our massage knew exactly how to work the muscles and we came out of it looking like different people. Highly recommend!

Good massage place, highly recommend! Masseurs here are diligent & friendly. No regrets coming here on our second last day of the trip! Prices are reasonable and affordable 👍🏻 Also saw locals coming here too so you can’t go wrong 😉 FYI: They accept card payment but much prefer cash!

Agung is very helpful and made sure we selected the right massage we needed. The place is very clean and smells very aromatic. The massage pressure is also wonderful. Oka knows to adjust accordingly. We fell asleep and woke up really nice :) they also provide disposable underwear

Very nice massage place with very skillful people. Took 90 minutes Balinese massage and it was amazing! The lady (Yuli is her name) was quite strong with her touch but that made it even better for my liking. Afterward she even put some aloe vera on me since I had a sunburn. De place itself is very beautiful, smells nice and has great chairs and beds. Can recommend it for sure!
