Where do I start? Soul on the Beach is wonderful. Directly on the beach. Comfy seats. Wonderful staff. Flavourful food. Great coffee. We found Soul on the Beach on our second last day and we visited three times in our last 24 hours 😂 The food is above all else in Sanur. I have only one recommendation and that is for the avocado toast on the breakfast menu to not be so “mooshy”. When ours got to us, the bread was soggy, and the texture was not nice. Other than that, every other dish was perfection. One of the best coffee places in Sanur as well. Thank you to the lovely staff members for being so attentive and welcoming.

This is a gem in Sanur. If you really like high quality food go to this place. I promised myself as there are plenty awesome places with tasty food to eat in Sanur that I will never go again to the same place and always try new, but since I came to Soul on the beach for breakfast, I had to come again and explored also dinner options. The service here is amazing, professional friendly welcoming, attentive staff. The location right at the beach, ambiance incredible, romantic, cozy. Food is very tasty, delicious. You basically can’t make a mistake with anything trying here. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Unfortunately I explored this gem at my last day of staying in Bali and when I told that to staff that I was leaving at night that day they gave me free cappuccino. Very impressive. That gesture made me come for my last dinner here again and I never regretted. The chicken tacos I ordered was like a dream and the Indonesian nasi campur was nice exploration of Indonesian taste. Next time I’m in Sanur I’m definitively coming back here.

Beach front cafe with a good ambience, good and friendly service. The place is clean with choises of seating area, outdoor and indoor. To get here you need to walk about 5 minutes from parking area. Taste of the food and capuccino is not something special, that is why I give 4 star. Recommended!

Really nice place by the beach where you can chill with a good view. Really good that they have an happy hour with beer (buy 1 get 1). Rich menu from breakfast to dinner. And they serve you a complimentary dish with fried sweet potato and hummus that is really nice. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Recommend when you are in the area.

One of the best beachfront cafe in Sanur. They have various menus with very good quality. I ordered the flat white (they have non dairy option too), watermelon drink and smoothies bowl, and I love all of them. I need to try other menus! The vibe also pretty great, for chilling, hang out or even for doing your work (they have a stable internet connection and sitting inside and outside). As the addition, their toilet is very clean and convenient (they have shower room too). And the highlight is the staffs! I found that they are genuinely friendly.

We had a wonderful lunch on the beach! It’s a bit hard to find (keep walking, you can’t miss it!), but worth the effort! The staff was awesome, the food was excellent 10 of 10…. and a great beachfront view!

We experienced the best levels of service since being in Sanur. We only saw Soul on The Beach during a stroll along the beach front and saw it looked fabulous lit up with the lights in the trees and the lovely outdoor seating area. Fortunately we managed to get a table for two and had some impeccable service from a man called Adi. We ordered two coconut drinks, a Ceasar salad with chicken added, my partner had a Futtucini Pesto Verde, while I ordered the Manhattan Burger (my stomach couldn’t handle too much more spice!). We were informed there may be a delay of 30 minutes to our food, which we didn’t mind, however starters and mains arrived within a reasonable time frame, despite the delay. We did manage to find room for a dessert, my partner had the Gelato and I had the Banana pudding. Food was superb, pricing was spot on and the service was 10/10.

Today wasn't good experience...the girl in front inform us that there is a big group coming and food probably take a while, I see most table hv reservation sign. If the restaurant read this please change type of big black pepper to be a small bottle that easy to use also big pieces of salt isn't for dressing the food maybe a little bottle is nicer? love this place anyway will come again!

Very pleasant surprise, varied menu, tasty food, very nice drinks. It maybe is a tad expensive for the area but service is nice, food is served pretty fast, they even have showers. Very good place to eat on the beach

My first order of quesadilla was terrible but they let me swap it for a pizza which was yummy and fresh. Friendly staff. Smoking in food area not good. Traditional food also nice and yummy juices.

Love Soul restaurant a lot. The restaurant offers a good selection of food. I tried the 'skiny dipper' a kind of Indonesian fusion food, as it has tempe in it. The taste, well it is quite a new one for me. Because this is a western restaurant, so the taste i think suit tourist better than local/Indonesian taste. But hey, you gotta try new menus right? What i like the most is the place. It has kind of rustic teak wood mixed with sofas that make it a comfortable place to sit down, and enjoy the beach breezes and view.

Went here with a friend's recommendation. I like the atmosphere. It's breezy with a calm beach to swim in right across the place. Ordered pita bread with hummus for snack and quite disappointed with the hummus. They're not fresh. I could tell it's been sitting in the fridge for some days. The definition of food that looks pretty but disappoints. Will I come again? Yes, for the vibe.

Five star coffee in a beach side cafe. Good breakfasts with a healthy options. Open from 7am till late with other food options but this is my go-to coffee and breakfast place. Helpful and friendly staff. I’ve dropped a star for their music, which is trying to compete with the cafe next door.

My family went often to this resto. It’s so great that you have your own parking now ! Yesterday Friday 2nd Feb we are a little disappointed regarding the service..All employees are very friendly but failed at taking guest order requests. My mom told the waiters “no olive” in her salad few moments later the waiter go back to our table and ask if she is allergic or just dont like olive. She just dont like olive. Then the salad was served with olives ( i assume kitchen team prepared in advance or so ). Then we order dessert , lava cake with no ice cream but they served it with ice cream ( the lava cake doesn’t taste good and doesn’t look like a regular lava cake ) . Maybe this not a big deal for some people but i think its important to take note customers requests. We work in tourism so customer satisfaction important. Hopefully management see this to improve service 🙏🏻

My favorite brekkie place by the beach after catching sunrise in Sanur beach. Their coconut milk is yum, and their food, everything on their menu is superb.

Great food, reasonably priced served by keen, happy staff. My only gripe is about the other customers who smoke. It’s quite a shock when smokers are either side of you puffing away when dining, something not seen in our part of the world for a long time. Other than that it’s a great place to eat and feel the sea breeze under shade.

We dropped by this place on the way to our villa and it was a wonderful experience! Our personal favorites were the seasonal watermelon carpaccio and Balinese barramundi (not pictured cos we ate it all). Besides that, their various salads, such as the Vegan Samurai, were full of flavor and texture. The only downside was that there were so many flies around as we sat outside by the beach. Will definitely love to come back!

Great beachfront seating, good small bites food and look out for their 1 for 1 happy hour drinks from 4-7pm. Tried their fried chicken wing and corn fritters, both are very good. Have to wait quite a bit for the good but it’s worth the wait.

first time having breakfast here, it will not be my last. great outdoor seating in the beachfront. staff amazing and so attentive and polite... I had the truffle shuffle for breakfast it was amazing..... probably one of the nicest breakfasts I have ever eaten. Finished my morning walk on sanur beach and stopped by this lovely restaurant. Ordered their Dewa smoothies, as recommended by the friendly waitress. It was delicious! Overall score 10/10.

This is probably my favorite waterfront eatery in Sanur. Showers in the bathroom make a dip in the ocean and then a relaxing breakfast, lunch, or dinner possible. In addition there are beanbags on the beach and nice shaded seating with fabulous beach view so overall amazing. The food is slightly hit and miss that is why only four stars. That said my wife likes the future me thanks me salad, my daughter the penne napolitana from the children's menu, and I alternate between the pizza ( thick focaccia like crust ) and the new G2 salad which has lots of yummy things. We all leave happy and well fed. If there for a shorter visit I can also recommend the detox juice and the coffee goes well with the ocean view.

Not sure about this place whether I like or dislike unfortunately. The staff and the service were great, but nothing special about the foods I'm afraid. However they have nice place located on the beachfront which is great for family who bring children whereby they can enjoy meals whilst watching children playing on the beach. While we were there, there was a wedding celebration going on at the hotel next door and it was quite loud and we were hardly heard each other and we have to shout to speak.. which was not ideal. Albeit.. it still nice place to try/go.
