Everything from the delicious food and drinks, extremely friendly staff, ambient atmosphere, to reasonable price- it was all absolutely AMAZING! Do yourself a favour and make a reservation. Be mindful not mix up this up with the ‘Kayu Manis’ down the beach (this was this restaurants name previously but name was copied). Now changed to ‘Kayo Manis’, and just a short walk down a quiet lane off the main St of Sanur…..a total different place- much better! 10/10 from me!!! And thank you for being so accommodating of my 3 young children! You are all so beautiful 💕

Always love this place. The owner is my neighbor when I still lived with my parents. We love the food...the welcome bread with cream cheese and whole black pepper spread is so fresh and soft, then try Vietnamese spring rolls and don't forget to try their creamy pumpkin soup (it's the yummiest pumpkin soup in Bali that we ever try) They have big selection of pasta and international food with a twist of Asia taste. I tried all of them and all are the yummiest! Very recommended!

We’re just budget travellers and we enjoyed this place a lot. Ordered grilled salmon and veggie pasta and some juices, the bill is just about 25 USD, also served with complimentary starter and desserts, all in high quality. This place is 5 star from the decor to the food to the service, don’t miss it!!

Came with a free little eggplant tuna appetizer as well as Lin sorbet for dessert. The restaurant is a little more upscale than most others in Sanur, but the price is very reasonable. I will definitely be back here on my next trip!

This was a very classy yet not expensive place to have dinner. The menu had a variety of options from traditional Balinese to more western style dishes. The food was AMAZING and we even got a complimentary frozen yogurt dessert. Service was attentive but not overbearing and the cocktails were well priced too. Just a short walk from the beach resorts and well worth the trip.

Stylish, understated decor, efficient staff and great food. The Balinese chicken and laksa were two stand-outs but everyone in our group of 8 was happy with their meal. We have been generally disappointed with the standard of cuisine in Sanur, but this one was a winner.

We have eaten at several excellent places in Sanur over the last week or so but this place is in a different league. It’s located just off the main road in Sanur so you won’t pass by unless you’re looking for it. Great surroundings, excellent friendly staff and fantastic food. Thank you.

Visited Kayu Manis last week and it was lovely. So lovely in fact we decided to have our 40th Ruby Wedding Anniversary there. The staff were wonderful, decorating our table with lovely flowers. My wife was thrilled when they showed us to our beautiful table. The food was wonderful as was the bottle of Savignon Blanc we chose. We came here for dinner and were blown away by the service and food. Absolutely delicious and we were so spoilt with multiple complimentary extras. The staff all clearly love their work. The chef came out to check how our meals were, and all the staff show their gratitude as you leave. Beautiful and comfortable interior, with a lovely air conditioned room if you wish - and the food, I wish we had a big group so we could try one of everything. I wish we had come here at the start of our holiday and become regulars, but we found it with only 2 days left before we leave Bali. Wow the most amazing experience in Sanur. As usual your welcomed by wonderful staff. We sat in a separate air conditioned room. We ordered 2 g&t and two Australian wines. A complementary tuna fish cake on slaw turned up. So tasty. A couple of other complementary items turned up during the dining experience. We ordered a share entry and a main each. Presentation and taste was outstanding. Please give these guys a go. They are down a side street so they miss the main Rd client’s.

We can see why this has been voted one the top earring/restaurants in Sanur. We were greeted by very friendly staff and all four of our meals were stunning. We can highly recommend the confit duck salad, beef carpaccio, prawn and chilli spaghetti and the stuffed chicken breast. Plus a few limitless delicious surprises, including a visit from the chef.

We stopped in here for dinner based on great reviews and they literally exceeded our expectations on every front. This is a 5 star gem for sure. Best place we have been in Bali and quite frankly for a very long time. I ordered a beer and my wife ordered a mango mojito - she said it was by far the best she has had in a very long time. Then they brought some fresh toasted bread with a garlic butter that had a flavor of cream cheese also - it was very nice. Then for an actual starter we ordered the Vietnamese spring rolls which were by far the best I have ever had and that is saying a lot as we were just in Vietnam and frequent Vietnamese restaurants. The wrapper was fresh and the mix of veggies was perfect. Then came our main course which I had the fish special (but I substituted mashed potatoes for the rice - and they were happy to do so). The fish was so fresh and cooked to perfection and the sauces and accompanying vegetables was a perfect blend of taste and texture. My wife had the duck breast with polenta. The duck was tender with a crispy skin and great sauce. The polenta was rich and creamy. Everything was spectacular. When they asked if we wanted anything else we told them no, but they brought us a wonderful little sorbet with fruit gratis. The environment in the restaurant was soothing and relaxed with a nice music playing and a beautiful environment. I am seldom astounded by the quality of a restaurant, but this place blew away my expectations in every aspect. I would HIGHLY recommend this place as the best restaurant in Bali and will most definitely be back. All I can say is WOW!
