I came to this Warung for my beloved Gado-Gado and it was super delicious! The vibrant colours and crisp textures of the vegetables, paired with the rich and creamy peanut sauce, make for a harmonious blend of flavours and textures that's hard to resist. It's wonderful when a restaurant takes such care in sourcing and preparing their ingredients! 🥗🥜 There was no additional charge when it comes to tax or service which was a nice surprise (usually places add 15% on top of the menu price) 🥰

We one of the best diner we had in Bali. 3 things +Great atmosphere. Reggae style decorations and music. +it is managed by nice people which perfectly matches with the atmosphere. Obviously everyone makes their job with love. One night I saw them singing songs, playing guitar out of the shop, after closing time. +Best value.

Amazing typical Balinese food, for a Balinese price! We went there three times during our stay. The place is really cosy and easy to spot from the road. They sometimes have live music and the atmosphere overall is really great. The service is great too, since it is not that big of a place, you get served quickly. The food they serve is insane in the best way possible. Our favourites were the nasi goreng special and the mie goreng special. You get a giant plate of food, for almost no money. I would definitely recommend going here if you are hungry and in the mood for good Balinese food.

Expectations were high after being in their sister unit at Warung Coconut Tree. Ambience was good, music was spot on, however food was a hit-and miss. Tempeh was done well. However most food came out too salty. The balance of taste and flavours should be approximately measured.

This place is OK. The highlight is the silly guys that work there playing music and trying to sing. When we arrived they were playing a few songs I know, but unfortunately they did not seem to know the words. It was fun to listen to them none the less. One of the big problems is that it is very hot inside with little airflow, which makes it less that comfortable. I ordered the Ayam Goreng Lalpan, which came of course with the chicken with a local sauce over it, some white rice and some shredded cabbage with a peanut sauce on it. It was OK, but nothing I would order again. My wife had the Babi Kecap which came with the same shredded cabbage and white rice. The flavor was OK, but the pork was a bit tough. Overall we were not big fans of the food we ordered here. The service was pretty good. This is not a place I would be likely to come back to, but it is not bad, just not good either.

Nothing to complain. Just great. Good price. Awesome food. We were in Samir one night and we went there for 3 meals. That just explained everything. Fried rice with pork is to die for. Look simple but taste awesome. It's a special local taste I haven't found anywhere else.

A good test of a local Indonesian/ Balinese restaurant is their staple Nasi Goreng and Satay. Not only it is sub-par, it was poorly cooked, very salty, using the wrong ingredients for nasi goreng. No sambal was given and charged when requested. The satay seemed boiled or cooked in microwave, not seasoned, not charred at all The only saving grace was the cold beer served in icy cold mugs. Not recommended and definitely not coming back.

Was super hyped by all the good reviews, but was extremely disappointed by the food. Might be that we didn't go the right day, or maybe this warung is living on its past quality's glory, but we regret coming there. The rice and the veggies were very oily, the chicken was dry, and overall the taste was low. Also definitely too expensive for what it is. The two stars are for the atmosphere and the service, and also the plates were pretty well furnished. A place for tourists who didn't have time to appreciate good local food yet :)

The prices are reasonable, you can definitely find cheaper prices at more local warungs. The ayam, meat and satay dishes are double the price, but the nasi and mie goreng are on par with local prices. The portions are large which is great! The ayam noodle soup I ordered was alright, but the nasi goreng was really tasty! The coffee shake was also delish. The music was disappointing. For a reggae style bar and with a reggae name the staff played some weird country music, pretty bad. Just FYI breakfast ends at around 11am, and you can't order lunch food like nasi goreng during breakfast time.

Absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the Mie Goreng Chicken Special. It had lots of Chicken, with 2* Satay Chicken Skewers and the Mie Goreng had lots of veggies. He absolutely loved it. He tucked in straight away otherwise I'd have a photo to share. I ordered the Ayam Goreng Lalapan (pictured). It was absolutely amazing. The Spices and Sauce on the Chicken was spectacular. The prices are great, the vibe is very Rasta Beachy and the Staff are fantastic. We will be back probably everyday trying something new for the duration of our Sanur stay. ❤️❤️
