Amazing restaurant in Sanur (and Ubud), shared the toasted sourdough and eggplant dish (10/10), my partner had the pumpkin ravioli which they loved and I had the noodles (essentially mi goreng) which they were happy to make vegan for me and they were so good. Beautiful atmosphere and service, drinks were good too - worth the slightly higher price point.

Very relaxing atmosphere and great service. We started off with the Spring Rolls and Soft Shell Crab Sliders, so good. Then for our main courses, we had a Mixed Seafood Soup and Pork Belly. For our drinks we had the Mango Fizz and Lychee Martinis, 2 for 1. How could you go wrong with that mix of delicious foods?? I would recommend this place!!

My partner and I were sceptical at first, to order cuisine that WE are accustomed to eating back home, in western Europe, instead of one that IS typically Balinese cuisine. However, our initial fears were unnecessary. "Chapeau!" 🎩! To, the proprietor of this bar restaurant for managing a difficult task, in selecting choice recipes representing the different cuisine tastes of the world. And, gold stars 🤩 to the whole restaurant crew from, the friendly welcome by waiting staff on entering the restaurant, to the bar staff creating delicious fresh juices, followed by equally perfectly tasting cocktails and also to, the kitchen staff for the fantastic 'taste' experience had by both my partner, and myself. Exactly how a high dining experience should be. Our favourite dining experience whilst visiting Bali.

Great dinner here. Started with Sundowner drinks, which are mix & match 2-for-1 within a category - try the Ginger Spice Margarita! The coconut prawns were fantastic, best we've had anywhere. Dinner selections were also great. Nice interior too, highly recommended.

We have ordered grilled calamari, sauteed squid and pizza caprese and paid about 30 euros. Believe me squid and calamari was one of the best I have ever tried, even in Italy. I am dying to get the recipe for both of them. Staff was very friendly and they were speaking perfect English! Pizza was delicious but it has a sweat sauce over it(I think it was balsamic vinegar). But, 10 tomes I will give 5 stars.

This high end Restaurant has had an amazing reputation for years and has not changed in their approach to provide the best service and menu. Our table of 7 loved everything we ordered, the Australian Sirloin Steak I had was cooked perfectly how I ordered it and the jus was sensational. If you are looking for a great restaurant in Sanur, this is it.

I ate the pumpkin ravioli and the watermelon mint drink. Both were good, but slightly pricey. Three Monkeys has a nice atmosphere and lighting at night, complemented by ambient mediteranean music.

Best meal of our week in Sanur. Good night end service quality. Would recommend to all. Great pizzas for the kids. Lovely authentic Greek dishes and Currys. Will go again next year.

Good service. Great quality meals. The cocktail buy 1 get 1 free happy hour was exceptional value. Three Monkeys offers a menu which would suit most western pallets. The establishment caters for people that are happy to pay more to sit in the nice surrounding decor. Certainly not the cheapest in town. A place to go when you want to splash out and spoil yourself.

Thoroughly enjoyed the happy hour (5-7pm on Saturday evening). Perfect ambience coupled with great food and attentive staff. We will definitely return!

We saw people getting turned away without making a booking whilst we were there. The service friendly. Food good. Price on the higher side. If you’re seated in the outdoor area, street sellers may come in to hawk their wares. If this is something you don’t want to deal with, request for a seat indoors.

Food: very delicious (favorite was tempeh sate); the only thing I didn’t like was that the young coconut we had was super warm and not cold at all Service: very friendly and very professional (we had so many extra wishes and the waiter remembered everything and didn’t give us a hard time about it) Vibe: we were sitting upstairs where you didn’t hear the noise of the street so much and just in general the restaurant is very pretty (very tasteful furniture)

Overall 4.5 stars. Food was on the pricier side but definitely worth visiting. We had the seedy salad, squid, baked fish and prawn saganaki. Love the squid and salad. Mains were really good too. Recommended for a fancy meal in Sanur.

Dined here this evening and chose a vegetarian wood fired pizza and fresh salad. WOW what a treat, super fresh salad and a pizza with plenty of flavour. Complemented by courteous and caring staff and you have an excellent choice for dining in the Main Street of Sanur with an excellent atmosphere.

Very nicely designed restaurant with a solid range of options. Service was very good and attentive. Delicious food as well though portions could sometimes be a bit small for the price. Still, a wonderful spot for a nice night out with a partner or with friends.

We have been coming to the 3 Monkeys for over 9 years. The food has always been exceptional to say the very least. We have had too many lunches and dinners here to remember them all and have celebrated many special occasions. It gave us the greatest of delight when they re opened after that little inconvenience that we had for a few years. We have always found Sulis to be an incredible hostess always accomodating and attentive. We will never come to Sanur and not dine there. Love love love.

Great selection of wines cocktails etc. Had a brilliant night here with my partner. Advise to book ahead during the busy season. We were lucky as there was only 2 of us, but alot of big groups got turned away due to its popularity. Only a good sign when majority of the restaurant is reserved.

The restaurant looks nice, is very spacious, the atmosphere was great and the service was really good too. The food we ordered was incredible. We enjoyed a lot of their spring rolls, tried some cocktails, had typical Indonesian dishes (like beef rendang), had pastas and also really enjoyed the deserts. Overall we had an amazing evening, everytime we went to Three Monkeys. If you are in Sanur and in the mood for a little bit more of an elaborate dining experience, I would definitely recommend going here.

Really thought this would be a great little place, 5 stars for the look, absoulty stunning, but a restaurant is really about the food and sadly this is so below average. I had a pizza, which was so bland, the base sauce to sweet, generally very poor. My partner had moussaka, made from beef mince, again so bland and lacked seasoning. The garden salad was nice, but as it didn't need any cooking and had a honey mustard dressing, you really can't go wrong. Price were high, the wine prices unbelievable, double many other place. We also thought the staff unfriendly and a little patronising. Really wouldn't bother again.
