NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR BREAKFAST! The menu description does not align with the reality of what you receive! Menu: We ordered the homemade spicy baked beans, served on fresh ciabatta bread with eggs. Reality: We received 2 spoons of tasteless canned baked beans, 1 slice of bread cut in half to make it appear more and 1 single fried egg for 60k. Most places offer double this quantity for this price! The photo shows exactly what arrived. Terrible, disappointing and tasteless! Dodge a bullet and enjoy breakfast somewhere that maintains integrity, quality and quantity! There are so many great options in Sanur and this place is NOT one of them!

Breakfast was nice, however very small portions for cost. Also, 1 star less because there's no mention on the streetfront menu displays of extra % for service & for tax but it's added to the already high bill. Had it been clearly advertised as an extra, we would not have been annoyed by it.

This small resto is where we have breakfast when staying in Sanur areas. A simple, clean cozy spots providing good quality value for money dishes. We choose the regular american breakfast, with perfect sunny side up eggs, my wive choose french toast with delish strawberry jam. The fresh fruit bar was also not dissapointing. They provide freshly cut papaya, water melon, pineapple, melon and banana. What is surprisingly amazing is their coffee. Really good coffee. Will be back.

The Harry Haloumi salad was divine. The ginger fizz was refreshing and not sickly sweet (thank you) Grateful for the outdoor eating area with the large fans as this was so pleasant to be sitting in For the air con fans there is a whole room dedicated for you too!! The menu is well priced and great when you e had your fill of rice and noodles. At the time of writing this review, this end of Sanur is undergoing some major reconstruction!

Pretty place with great beach view. Nice service. Tried local dish Nasi Campur, very tasteful.

Ordered the big breakfast. What a con! I had one mouthful of mushroom, one mouthful of tomatoes, one mouthful of beans and one mouthful of fried potatoe. This is really poor. Forget this place and go to the far superior Over the Moon Cafe a hundred metres down the road - everything is better there. Look at this pic - what a joke.

Good coffee, great service and ambience, nice and comfy indoor and outdoor seatings. Just try when in Sanur area.

This is a really great restaurant. The menu offers a wide variety of local and western food. The quality of food is wonderful, as is the service.

Everything about this restaurant was excellent. Yuni was attentive and kind. I ordered a ginger fizz but when I received it, it was not bubbly at all so I brought to Yuni’s attention and without hesitation she offered for it to be remade. The coconut crusted barramundi was flavorful and the portion with sides was satisfactory. Supervisor walked around the restaurant making sure guests were satisfied. This shows great customer service on the restaurants end.

Great Little Restaurant BUT! The food is very good and the staff are very friendly and efficient. The decor is lovely but the management have tried to squeeze seating for 40 + people into a space that is suited to a maximum of 25+. In doing so, you are forced to sit extremely close to the next table and polite quiet conversation is impossible. It's like trying to eat in a cheap noisy cafeteria. So much potential wasted. Go for quality not quantity.

Servings very small, I don't comment on cost makes no difference to me. What is important is that I left feeling hungry. The staff are very polite. I went to another Cafe for breakfast. The coffee here is the best in Sanur, but I will not return.

The food and food presentation was great. They have an outside sitting area and an air conditioned seating area inside. The prices are reasonable, but the portions are not very big. I would eat here again here though!

Breakfast not as described - missing the prosciutto and shaved parmesan. Staff were friendly but did not understand the issue of the missing components. They suggested they remake the meal, which I assumed would rectify the issue. Unfortunately the second attempt was the same as the first. We pointed out the issue again but staff did not understand so we dropped it. When presented with the bill, we were asked how our meal was. I expressed my disappointment and we were offered a 10% discount. A follow-up email to the restaurant went unanswered.

Food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The pie is highly recommend!

Service was painfully slow, the food took about 40mins to come. We ordered the parmaesan crusted snapper which was pretty good and special. Fish n chips serving was very small, looks like for kids. Asian salad and spring rolls were nothing special. Even a pot of hot tea took really long to come. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was great but food was mediocre.

Came in the afternoon for light snack, only spring rolls & cakes are available as light snack. The lunch/dinner menu looks good though. I had carrot cake & mixed juice (mango, pineapple, orange). Juice was excellent, thick, not watered down, no sugar added; carrot cake was good too, not too sweet, rather hard though maybe because it was in the fridge. The ambiance is great, quiet, a great place to rest after your day activity.

Needs a refresh. Starting to look tiered. Soft furnishings are stained & worn out. The white paint work needs cleaning and maybe a fresh coat of paint. No atmosphere, maybe turning on the lights would help. My biggest gripe is smoking. I can sort of understand a guest having a smoke with their breakfast, but its very inconsiderate that i have to endure someones else’s cigarette smoke. In 2022, maybe management could implement a no smoking policy for the comfort of all guests. Had breakfast here for a few days as part of a package deal with Kejora Suites next door. Food was good. Only disappointment was how strict they were with breakfast coffee or tea. If you wanted another cup of coffee or tea, pay up. It’s not as if we’re asking too much. Why not serve in a pot, problem solved. There’s plenty of new competition opening up around the Glass House that looks very inviting.

Used for lunch. Avocado sandwich was very good. I had pavlova for dessert, which I haven't had in a while, and was disappointed that there was very little cream and fruit compared to before. I felt the price was quite expensive and when I checked the menu after I got home, I paid almost 70k more. I asked for a separate bill since the bill was shared, but I guess there must have been a mistake somewhere. It was my fault for not checking on the spot, so next time I will be more careful.

Visited the glass house on two seperate occasions, once for Lunch and once for Dinner & Dessert. The staff are lovely and the food is good. Their “best chocolate cake in the world” is not a lie! This was the best! They also have 60k cocktail happy hours from 4-7 which was amazing! They were a little strong, but still tasty. My only wish is that this place was bigger as there is not a lot of seating but they make the most of their space

Excellent Baby Back Short Ribs, Fish & Chips the Best and the Carrot Cake to "Die For". Service was awesome!! Visiting from the United States and we found one of our Favorite places to dine.

We dined here as a family including our 4 year old and 9 month old with food allergies. The menu was great for everyone, my wife and I had the mie goreng and nasi goreng seafood which was top notch. Our kids were also able to get REAL chicken ‘nuggets’ tasty steamed veg and a vegetable mash for the baby. The food was excellent, affordable and the team were lovely and engaging. If you’re looking for a restaurant with tasty food and great, healthy options for your kids, Glasshouse is the place! Also super accessible from the beach walk through Kejora villas.

Different choices possibles. Menus and prices are very fair and really good. Belongs to an appartment area. The staff is very friendly and drinks (juices, wine and cocktails) are very good. We were there different times during our stay and were always served at the top. For dessert I would recommend their lemo. Cake which is by far the best I have ever had around the world.

Food: Delicious and fresh! I have a child and a baby so I only wanted the freshes fruits and most organic food for them and I was not disappointed. Thank you! Ordered: Organic Smoked Salmon. It was such a unique flavour and a must try. The smoke Salmon was on point and the salad with capers were fresh and yummy together. It went very well with the salmon. Chicken nuggets. Breaded and scrumptious. Every bite was crunchy and tasty. My son loved it. Steam vegetables. Fresh, cooked well and perfrct texture and bite-sized for my little guy. What a healthy option. Thank you. Fresh Juice. I ordered a mango juice and all I can say is yummmmy and refreshing! Mash Potatoes. With carrots. This was the perfect texture for my 8 month old. It wasn't overly whipped. The potatoes has a bit of texture which my baby loved. It was also a healthy portion so I ended up eating the rest. Very good even for adults! Service: friendly, attentative and accomodating. Atmosphere: So clean and quaint. The interior has tastful decor and very homely but upscale and chic. I said to myself that with all the food options available in Sanur, I wouldn't eat at the same place twice but I think I ended up ordeing 4 times more. 😀 Just the options are so healthy and delicious as well as the price is so on point, must come back. Every family with children should go to The Glass House. You will be very pleased. A tranquil venue with great meals, cocktails and wonderful service from the staff

Popped in for dessert. Nice sticky date pudding: light texture and flavour, but small serving and little puddle of butterscotch sauce.

We ordered a few items as starters including fried squid. The squid tasted "too fishy" and was not delicious to eat. We were afraid of being sick, so we sent it back. As main course we ordered two different types of pasta. The pastas did not have much taste and the pasta was overcooked. Furthermore the bacon which in the menu should have been crispy was rather boiled than fried. Also we had lost appetite from the squid-experience. We did not eat the pasta and decided to pay and find another place to have dinner. In their defence the manager was nice about and did not charge of for the squid or the two pastas. If it has been a "one-time-off-dining" from the restaurant is hard to say, but we would not eat there again ourselves and therefore cannot recommend it to others.

My girlfriend and I had dinner at the glass house and came away pleasantly surprised with this friendly neighbourhood bar. The owners greeted us with open arms and a worthy cocktail list. The staff are attentive and great for a laugh. We enjoyed both drinks and dinner - We had the coconut barramundi which I highly recommend. The service was greatly appreciated after a day of stomping the streets and haggling down the prices of faux Ray bans. Plus the air conditioning makes this venue a god send (those who know, know). I came here for my birthday the food and service was amazing went above with a surprise cake and a birthday sign with decorated table and chairs. It was that great we booked for the next night. Highly recommend if in sanur.
