I'm really shocked at some of the negative reviews regarding White Orchid. This little place is supplying an up market feel and the staff are gorgeous.. we stopped in for a coffee in this delightful setting with traditional Balinese music playing, the sun gently glimpses through the trees and immediately loved it. Our coffee was great and we knew we would be back. So here we are enjoy more great coffee, Delicious fresh smoothies and crispy Calamari salad with chili jam sauce and its amazing... I can definitely recommend White Orchid as a quaint setting off the busy streets for a meal, cocktail or dinner.

I dined here pre covid and found the experience to be good but that was then! The other night a group of us visited and the experience was not that good. We had pre booked but there was hardly any staff in attendance and service was very slow. The beer could have been much colder and many of the food dishes could have been hotter. Generally the food was OK. Despite an extensive drink menu some beverages were unavailable including diet cola. This venue needs to do a lot of work to get back to their pre covid standard.

First off, do not order the ribs. They are not worth the price, there is hardly any meat on it and quite a bit of gristle. They are a different type of ribs than any other place I have had it, which is quite a few. The service is good, same as everywhere in town, and it's nice sitting out on the street watching The view.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The “promotions” crispy chicken burger was awesome, the lemon tea was great and chicken satay were fantastic too. The ice coffee was a bit ordinary and the pork ribs salad was ok (salad great but the ribs a bit fatty and not nice). Overall was excellent. The service was great too!

I been a few time for evening drinks. They usually have a live band which is nice. My daughter and I came for lunch, we saw the crispy chicken burger including Ive tea promotion 35k IDR. We wasn't expecting much as most promotion you see the restaurants advertising aren't promotions at all just smaller cheaper versions of real thing. BUT as you can see in the photos these burgers were amazing.. all of the other food we saw whilst there also looked very good. This place is definitely worth a look.

We tried both locations in Ubud and sanur, both were fantastic! They had live music when we went and the food was amazing. Service was excellent and atmosphere matched it! Highly recommended!!

Have enjoyed our many meals here including both breakfast (with avocado smash) and the great Thai options. Fun to sit at the front bar rail and people watch the main road in Sanur.

The white Orchid was a great place with a nice calm atmosphere, even though it is located at the busy road of Sanur. The food was good and we enjoyed it. The chicken satay is served of a little barbecue grill to keep the meal warm.

Chicken Schnitzel was ok but not much sauce and only 5 potato wedges. The Beef Rendang was very good. Nice inside and the live music good.

I prolly ordered the wrong one but will definitely give them a second chance for other menu. Atmosphere-wise, all good but their service is amazing!

We really enjoyed their burger and iced tea lunch deal. The staff was super friendly and always had a smile. The mango cocktails were fantastic. We highly suggest checking it out, especially because of the great atmosphere with live music.

Been here three or four times in the last fortnight and food has been outstanding each time. They do live music and great cocktails as well as the usual Bintang. Beautifully decorated but like many places on the strip they’re a bit quiet as too many places competing for too few tourists. Well worth a visit though - the curries soups and salads are highly recommended

We had a wonderful time at White Orchid. The atmosphere is vibrant with soft live music, and relaxing at the same time with waiters taking care of all your wishes. We both had pork there which we found a bit greasy,but the taste was gorgeous, the portions were sufficient and the prices are regular (110-130k for heavier mains). I wish to highlight that during our 2 weeks in Bali it was the cleanest restroom.

Stopped in for the first time a couple of days ago after walking past numerous times. The girls at the entrance very welcoming. I went to the bathroom, and the chef came out of the toilet cubicle and didn't wash his hands 🙈. I considered leaving but thought I'd brave it 😂 Ordered the pad thai - it was a small portion and expensive for what it was. Too sweet, too much sauce for pad thai. Loved that they had white wine spritzer though as it's my fave. Band were playing, they were good and gave the place a good atmosphere as it was very quiet.

What an amazing gem in the middle of Sanur. We stopped off for an iced coffee during the day and it was the best we had all trip. We then decided to drop back in and enjoy their happy hour specials that afternoon. What was meant to be two drinks turned into a whole night of amazing service, great cocktails, yummy finger food and brilliant live acoustic music. Their staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Sanur.
