Well…
We
booked
through
luxury
escapes,
the
package
included
all
meals
and
seemed
very
well
priced,
we
decided
to
give
it
a
go
and
book
it.
We
use
luxury
escapes
mainly
for
the
convenience
of
a
one
stop
shop,
book
hotel
flights
etc..
The
hotel
is
spectacular,
amazing
indeed,
we
understand
that
due
to
low
level
of
bookings
some
areas
have
no
need
to
be
open
or
fully
opened.
Our
biggest
disappointment
was
the
fact
we
had
all
meals
included
and
we
were
given
paper
vouchers
for
lunch
and
dinner.
So
far
so
good…
For
our
surprise
the
menus
were
different
and
portions
halved.
We
literally
felt
we
were
using
food
stamps!!!
We
felt
like
second
class
guests…
Mind
due
we
spent
an
extra
aud
$900
over
7
days
in
just
some
extras.
It’s
not
the
money…
we
are
happy
to
spend
and
reward
staff
as
we
did,
but
the
experience
was
totally
destroyed
to
us
and
not
for
any
staff
fault.
Breakfast
was
very
disappointing
also,
I’ve
taken
photos
of
trays
with
little
pieces
of
ham
and
same
with
cheese..
a
5*
hotel
doing
this
type
of
cutting
corners
is
just
not
acceptable
in
our
view.
We
went
a
few
times
to
the
intercontinental
for
dinner
and
was
absolutely
great,
I
wish
we
had
booked
with
them
Bicycles
to
rent
at
the
hotel
are
unacceptable,
rusted,
old,
unsafe
and
on
top
of
it
charging
a
miserable
$3
for
it
is
laughable.
Guaranteed
we
will
never
ever
stay
again
at
any
Hyatt
anywhere
in
the
world.
Senior
management
at
this
so
beautiful
hotel
should
feel
ashamed
of
themselves.
Extremely
disappointing
and
the
experience
tarnished.
