Checking in was quick and painless. Deluxe room was very comfortable and comes complete with good amenities. Breakfast was very good. Quality was excellent but lack variety. Service was prompt and efficient. Location is awesome. Within minutes you can find Restaurants, Cafes, Coffee shops, Spas, Laundromat, Boutiques and Handicrafts shops. This establishment comes highly recommended.

We stayed for 2 nights at Oasis 101 Sanur. It was in a great location and we liked the pool and option of beachside lounges. The loft room was comfortable and clean for a family of 4. Shopping and restaurant nearby was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful and accommodating. Probably the only thing we didn’t love was the layout of the hotel, it was weird with 2 small pools separated by a building, there weren’t a lot of lounge chairs to sit on given the size of the hotel. Also, we loved the pool bar (special call out to Gus) this was a great option to get happy hour cocktail. However, while we were there, a group of young people took advantage of the happy hour and were incredibly drunk, not great when there’s kids and everyone trying to relax. I think security did get on to it pretty quickly when they were around pool area particularly late at night when they were loud and swimming drunk.

Overall. Good experience! Great place for a family escape. The rooms are a little bit dated and could use an update. There was broken door locks and overall general disrepair but overall a nice place. Important to note that the bathrooms do not have a small shower to wash small kids.

This was one of our favorite hotels on our entire Indonesia trip. We tried to book it again once we came back to Bali, but it was really pricy or fully booked because of NYE dates. Book it on time, and you will have an amazing time! The hotel had great service, great food, and many options for breakfast and dinner with live music. In general, all the amenities were great. One of the best things had to be the location; you can walk around and find many nice restaurants and shops, supermarkets, bars, and so on. Just choose one day to walk around, either right or left, to have fun in Sanur. They have great hotel taxi services, but Grab will also work fine.

Nice location, nice pool. A moderately priced hotel with the worst room configuration- the only plug is nowhere near the bed, the aircon and light switches the same. I went to way cheaper hotels that had the layout way more under control.

I booked this place for one night. I stayed at 1206. My experience during stay with The Oasis Lagoon Sanur just okay. The room 1206 smells cause of moist indemnity, the pillow not great for 3 stars hotel, the internet connection was bad, guest toilet is stuck, overall the property need well maintenance.

Great location. Big selection at breakfast and nice food. The pool is fabulous especially for kids. We stayed in a duplex room, the stairs to the top bedroom are very narrow and steep, not great for young children. I would suggest requesting a ground floor pool side room for your stay. Altogether a good stay and good facilities for the price.

I didn’t like the stay to be honest. The staff here is pretty friendly but the rooms are sooo loud! You hear everything from the room next to you. Even if you speak very quiet you can follow every conversation. The food at the restaurant was the absolute worst I had in Indonesia, I am sry. Even the 1€ street food a few meters away (which I highly recommend) was 10times better. I would not go to this place again - it’s way too expensive for what it is. The service was really good but I mean you want to relax in a hotel and in such a room - you can’t.

I got sick staying here - the showers smell of mould and I got food poisoning. I decided to leave even though I had a 3 nights left because of my health - they refused to give me a refund. I am still sick with typhoid due to the food here. Whilst the staff are helpful the hotel is not clean, dated and disgusting. The sheets smell and so do the rooms which they over spray to mask the smell of the mould. My holiday was ruined due to this hotel. They tried to upgrade me but it doesn't help when you continue to get sick and the bathrooms still have a horrible mould smell especially apparent after you shower. No ventilation in the bathrooms and the lighting is so dark probably to hide the mould and dust in the room. The internet here was not working well and kept dropping also the kettle didn't turn off and I burnt my finger. If I hadn't noticed the water dry out there could have been a fire. Don't stay here if you value your health. The photos used for advertising are deceptive.

Incredible service, beautiful and clean hotel. Breakfast was delicious, pool was lovely and location was convenient from the airport and to the harbor. Many bars/restos within walking distance. Would stay again! A solid 4 star hotel but 5 stay experience and value for money.

Positives: - awesome staff (all of them!) - decent tasty breakfast - strategic location in Sanur - we got the duplex for 5 nights for a cheap price - the pool (cool and enough shades) Negatives: - old facilities: room, toilet, sunbeds, etc. - only 3 electric plugs (bathroom, next to TV, and upstairs in duplex), some are very wobbly - fridge is out of order - rooms are not soundproofed - at nights dogs barking and sometimes people talking loud outside. Roosters sing early in the morning. - no blackouts in the duplex - squeaky bed frames. Mattresses could be better.

Lovely comfortable hotel in the town of sanur. Only a 5 min walk to the beach. Beautiful room that came out onto the pool. Our only disappointment was that the sun wasn't on out little deck chair area off our room at all... But it was still relaxing and beautiful to sit there.

Though the price was so low, you pretty much get what you paid for. The check in process was kinda smooth. But do note that if you get any room it seems that there’s NO tight seal with your balcony/pool door to your room as seen in PHOTO 1. So you most definitely will 100% sleep with mosquitos inside your room ready to annoy you at any given time. The shared pool access is okay… but that also means that you are very close to your neighbors and if they happen to be teens who like hanging out in the outdoor pool area of their room, you will also hear them talking. Parking was kinda confusing & it was tight from what I’ve seen. Wouldn’t really say this is mediocre even for a family. But the price spoke for the younger clientele Given this experience of me being unable to sleep I won’t be returning to this specific establishment & wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

My stay was short but so enjoyable. The room is pretty spacious and clean and smells good for a comfortable price. The bed is a bit squeaky but don't worry the soundproof is good. Their balcony is quite cool with tall wood fence and a small table in the middle. You can sit out their and enjoy the pool view below. I especially love the pool, so clean and pretty. The staff is kind and hospitable. I can promise you everything look just like the picture. The surrounding area is very lively and you can find lots of restaurants, pubs, spas, etc.

We stayed at Cabana room / a room with a private pool inside. Overall we were quite satisfied staying at 1O1 hotel, the room was large enough, clean and really affordable. The hotel itself located at the central of Sanur so it's close to everywhere. There are many cafes, restaurants and small shops surrounding the hotel so finding breakfast or good coffee was not an issue. Although the hotel do not have direct access to Sanur Beach but you can reach there easily as the distance is just 1,3 km. The hotel service was also really superb, all crews were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also nice, though it did not have wide selection of menu.

We had a mixed experience here. We really appreciated the breakfast buffet and pool and the staff in all areas of the hotel were fabulous. On a less positive note, the family Duplex room we booked has serious soundproofing issues. The design of the rooms and roof on the top floor ensures that you can hear everything from a neighbouring room (or rooms), to the point that you may as well be in the same room together. We were thus regularly woken by children in the middle of the night, or worse, the late arrival of two families who decided to congregate in one room at around midnight and make lots of noise. An incredible design flaw. So we never got sufficient sleep or rest in this room. The hotel more generally has issues with loud guests, with the overall design of the hotel, with lots of balconies close together, adding to the problem. The owners of 101, who I take it are PHM Hotels, should also be ashamed of themselves for letting the hotel run to its current state of disrepair. Some of the floorboarding near the pool needs immediate attention and is a threat to the safety of children especially. In our room we had an old modem socket with wires hanging out the of the wall upstairs, and other wiring hanging from a TV stand. Again, all a problem with children especially. Finally, the balcony doors need replacing. They are old, clunky, too heavy to move and do not fully close properly. I have used the rating category 'Service' to reflect on these issues.

Awesome hotel, staff were amazing, very tidy and clean room. Only issue we had was the breakfast.. it was average. Also the children playing in the pool can be very noisy, however it didn’t worry us

Very bad service and poor hygiene them waiters don't even wear mask like c'mon mask are priority in this era. And the food buffet like I can get better food and taste at some street food. Overall 2/10

It was jus ok because when we arrived there with our car. We got confused of where to park our car even though there was a parking man at the very front. However I love the cool breeze the air cond. The tv channels were mostly locals. Then when we checked out, we were just being left alone to handle our bags. It didn't feel like you are dealing with employees from a big hotel. The price of the foods and drinks were very reasonable for Indonesians during our stay. The restaurant staffs were eager to please and nice.

Great setting the heart of Sanur easy walking distance to plenty of eateries and bars. The Oasis is clean and tidy, the staff plate always helpful and there is a sense of calm around the place. Downstairs rooms have access to a large pool (an Oasis if you will) that runs up to each of the rooms small patio areas. Good room prices can be had at the moment. Though the restaurant is still not open, breakfast can be delivered to your room.

Nice hotel in Central location. Great breakfast with nice variety. Rooms were cleaned very thoroughly every day. Pools were lovely and get a nice amount of sunshine and shade throughout the day. Dinners are good too though not everything on the menu seems to be available at all times and certain things might sell out. Service is very friendly and helpful but too few staff seem to be on the floor during busy periods resulting in long waits and delays. I had tuna steak one day which had the potential to be a lovely dish but the fish was so overcooked and dry, which was a shame. Balinese buffet on the other hand was great. Loads of choice and all very tasty. Unfortunately not very spicy but we were given extra chillies 🙂 We had a very pleasant stay altogether!

The staff were very helpful and eager to please. Everything that we asked for in advance was arranged for when we arrived. The room was great with a large bed and good sized bathroom, although the shower could be better. The small private pool at the rear of our room was great for relaxing in. There were works happening at the hotel which we weren't away of when booking but they weren't obtrusive. The works also affected the spa, meaning they were operating out of a standard room rather than their usual area. Again, we weren't informed of this when we booked and I think the change of location made the job of the staff in the spa more difficult and slightly impacted our experience. Overall it was a good place to stay. We would definitely consider staying again when we return to Bali and would suggest it to our friends.

This is the second time we have stayed at the 101. The location is excellent, close to the beach and great restaurants. The staff are attentive and lovely. You can't fault them. The breakfast buffet is very good and has a lot of options for local and international food. The rooms are nice and practical. The pool is excellent. This is one of the reasons we stay here. It's great for couples, groups and families. It's reasonably priced.

What sells the best for this hotel is the hospitality. The service team is great and they do their best to accommodate guests needs. Other than that, this hotel needs a solid revamp for its sound insulation and overall facilities. You can hear echoes, foot steps, noises, trolleys from all angles - upstairs, downstairs, opposite room, surrounding etc I requested a room change after the first night due to massive noises day and night time - it helped but didn't solve the situation entirely. It's just how the layout and rooms were designed.

Wonderful hotel! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well-decorated. The breakfast buffet has a plethora of Asian and Western options. Did I mention the hotel also has a beautiful pool? The 101 is close to lots of spas and restaurants, and a private beach is available to guests a short walk from the hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay and did not want to leave.

The location of hotel is great. Perfect distance to all places in every direction. Area is pretty quiet. Room are cleaned every day, although they didn't change the bedsheets. Which is unacceptable. I am giving this a 4-star review because of the flies issue in the restaurant. There are way too many flies and it is very unhygienic. Please install industrial grade electrical insect repellent! It is pretty annoying when you have near 10 flies on your table. No matter how much you swiped them, it is pretty annoying they keep coming back.

Great service, food was good and pool was nice. Cleaning every day on point. The area is nice. It's quieter and I wanna say a bit more 'authentic' than areas like kuta. Still very touristy though. The rooms (the duplex at least) are a bit noisy. Loose doors that slam the walls in the wind, should be an easy fix? Very few power outlets. The shower had a huge 30x30cm leaky shower head with no pressure at all. It was like standing in rain. Also minus for a non-trustworthy wifi connection, random disconnects all the time (or still connected but with no internet, seemed like authentication-issues). Overall quality for the price, for tourists; I would absolutely recommend this hotel. But be wary if you need stable internet for work etc..

We had a lovely room with direct access to the pool. Breakfast was included and enjoyable. The staff are really accommodating, friendly and helpful. Like the rest of Bali hotel in need of a tidy up which is understandable after covid and lack of money. All in all hotel is an ideal location and awesome value

We ordered 2 rooms with a connecting door. It was a very convenient stay while in the middle of a tourist epicenter in Bali. Don't expect too much with a parking lot which is too small if every guest is using their own car

  • 3/5 Mark T. 1 year ago on Google
We stayed there for 7 nights and it was excellent and in a great Sanur location. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Food was excellent at all times with spot-on service at fair prices. We had a ground floor lagoon access (swim up) room #1102, which was good, tidy, clean and didn't smell. The bed was a bit hard for our liking. It was very noisy at times due to being in the entry corridor to the other ground floor rooms. The doors didn't provide much noise prevention, so chose your room wisely. All in all we would definately stay there again, but in a different room.

Great mid-range accommodation and facilities. Wide range of food choices for different cultures, Balinese cooking class with Chef Agung was the highlight of the stay. Close to everything; shopping, beach, bike hire, live music etc. Definitely recommended.

We stay here 2night (Cabana Room), which is room with private pool... The room is clean and neat, but abit old is fine for me... *Staffs is friendly and helpful *Breakfast not bad (Above Average) *Location 4/5 *Services 4/5 Definitely will be back again...

Very nice and helpful staff! If we had a problem they fixed it right away. The room was nice and clean, we got several towels and new soap and shampoo when we were empty. The shower could have some more pressure. It was a bit loud and we heard people walking and talking outside our room, rooms could be more soundproof. The breakfast was OK, very good coffee.

We did a cooking class at this hotel with Chef AGUNG. It was fantastic and not to be missed. First Chef AGUNG takes you to the markets for fresh produce. Then teaches you to cook three dishes. You eat some as you prepare, but then come back for a huge lunch. We could not eat it all and donated it to the staff. This was the best cooking class we have done. We have also found a new hotel to stay in, in Bali

Nice and quite place to start your trip in Bali. People very friendly relaxed. Staff were so lovely rooms very clean large size. Swimming pool is awesome. Big breakfast included. Love this place good for families

Started by being given key to an already occupied room and walking in on people. Air conditioner struggled to bring the room temperature down. Door blinds continually bang unless a chair placed hard up against them. Wasnt told about restricted space at private beach to get a lounge, then had to pay. Pool nice and cool, reception staff very friendly and good choice for breakfast along with the service staff.
