This hotel is badly hurt by covid The occupation is very low with a lot of room to maintain The room air conditioner is noisy :( Breakfast food was good but very limited choice, i can understand that this hotel is on survival state… Overall the hotel is pretty clean, employees is helpful Breakfast voucher is useless though :) Internet speed is not good enough But overall its all good due to their low cost pricing :)

First time visit the prime plaza hotel. Why we booked here, that time most of the hotel Bali seems fully booked. We manage to look big hotel, finally we found this hotel. They big? Indeed big, our room to front desk take 6 minute to walk. Room service and cleaning was perfect. Proper cleaning sure. The maintenance team also responsive of our complaint about condensation water from Air Cond was dripped off.

Prime plaza hotel is good place to stay especially in Sanur. It is close to the beach (5-10 min walk) and sunrise is very special here. Hotel is built in a spread out way so it took me sometime to get used to the long corridors (could be an issue for those preferring not to walk - if so please ask for rooms closer to elevators). Food is fine. Room is big with reasonable working and relaxing space. I had a crawling millipede in the bathroom floor, so that is a scary experience for me. Swimming pool is in centre of the building and rooms surround it. It is okay. No ocean view here but beach is walking distance truly. Outside there are lots of shops to buy grocery to all supplies and food or eateries. Wood architecture is really outstanding and has been there for quite a long time it seems. Even chandelier in the reception area - just awesome to witness or other wooden sculptures. Staff is friendly and helpful. Internet - almost non existent - it is so weak. It worked okay only in conference hall. Very big problem for us as our work needed good internet.

Breakfast voucher isn’t function, u can just say ur room number without voucher, but if there’s someone saying ur room number u cannot take ur breakfast. HARUSNYA YANG DATENG TANPA VOUCHER YANG GA BOLEH AMBIL BREAKFAST, such a wierd rules

Excellent location. Close to Sanur beach, ferry piers and there’s lot of great restaurants, minimarts, cafe and also there’s KFC and Dunkin Donut nearby. Very convenient especially if you are planning to go to Nusa Penida one day trip since it takes only 5-15mins walk to the pier. The Hotel was very spacious, beautifully decorated in Balinese style. Lovely garden and a long nice swimming pool. There’s also various Balinese handmade decorations and paintings displayed and they’re for sale if you interested(price usually stated on each item). When we arrived, they have a traditional band playing along as a warm welcome. All staffs were very friendly and helpful. However, the first room we were assigned has leaking problems and they immediately offered a new room. Later then the new room has minor drainage problem in the bathtub but it’s wasn’t a big deal so we solved it ourselves. We were told they often has a show on special ceremonies but we unfortunately missed it. Despite minor problems we found, the place was very relaxing to stay and very impressed by how helpful the staffs were.

The hotel is at walking distance from Sanur Beach, famous for its sunrise view. There are many local eating places, as well as a KFC close to the hotel. There is also a local mall or shopping centre to the right side of the hotel entrance, where you can buy various knick knacks, including beer. A currency exchange is also right across the road. But it was a huge disappointment to find out on the last day of my stay that it did not exchange Indonesian currency to USD. Most of these outlets only exchange USD to Indonesian Rupiah, but not the other way round. Even the two currency exchange outlets at Bali’s Denpasar International Airport Departure terminal have no fixed working hours, earning curses from passengers who wish to exchange Indonesian rupiah to USD before leaving the country. Lots of exquisite woodwork as part of the Hotel’s weird architecture. The manner in which the hotel is constructed is very guest unfriendly. Even the chairs/sofas in the lobby area are very uncomfortably placed. Rooms on all floors are constructed in two straight parallel rows- with perhaps 42 rooms to one row. The two lifts are situated at one end. So if you are allotted one of the last rooms, then just the trip to and from the breakfast area will will earn you many steps and by the end of the day you can clock 7000 steps even without stepping out of the hotel or going for a walk on purpose. Staff was very polite and housekeeping was great. But the property is unkempt and rundown. Millipede type insects crawling on the floor of the room. Leaky showers. Forgot about a room with a view. However there is lot of greenery, but many parts are dark, desolate and poorly lit at night. Pool was just okay, but no privacy. Breakfast left much to be desired, or perhaps did not suit my palate. Internet was of very poor quality. Accessing even WhatsApp messages was a pain. Wonder how it is a favourite place for conferences with such poor internet connectivity.

Big hotel close to sanur Harbour. We stayed one night, the room was filthy and moldy. We had dinner in the restaurant that was eatable but nothing special and quite pricey. The breakfast buffet though was brilliant with a wide range of food and quite good quality. To sum up, room was embarrassing, breakfast nice. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Not a bad spot if you’re into resort style places and on a budget. *The place is MASSIVE! Took us ages to walk to our room. *The premises felt a bit empty and lacks liveliness. Of course Bali is still recovering from the pandemic so I’m sure it will be back on its feet soon. *Rooms weren’t anything extraordinary, but they were cleaned well. The bed and bedding are of really good quality. * We also liked that it was quiet there. We didn’t wake up to any roosters or scooters at 4am 😅 so that’s a plus! *location is good if you wanna hang out in Sanur but also head to Denpasar for some shopping :)

My first stay in Sanur for many years. Great, spacious property. A bit dated, but rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staff are great. I like the buffet breakfast. Does not have a beach front, but it is just a short 10 minutes. And you can walk or rent a bike to more tourist part of Sanur down the beach. The highlight: it must be sunrise!!

A beautiful and large hotel in Sanur. The staff were really friendly and my room was comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the live music and the bar staff went above and beyond to take care of your every need, whether it be a refill as soon as your drink was almost empty or bringing an ash tray over without prompting. I also enjoyed the food here very much!

Prime Plaza is a very nice hotel. Good food. And exceptionally friendly staff. Definitely Dendi! She was always ready to help us and make sure we didn't lack anything. She ensured that we had a wonderful holiday at this thank you Dendi and Prime Plaza!

This resort is a real gem. We stayed here for 4 days, and the experience was amazing. The breakfast buffet was good, the spa experience was amazing and the staff are nothing short of lovely and helpful with planning tours, pickups and any requests you may have. They play live music very frequently in the bar and in the middle of the pool. The pool is clean and relaxing. The rooms were clean, the bath tub is huge. The only downside was if you have a poolside room, you get little ants coming in from the back garden into the bathroom. This is something that I dont think they can prevent, so I didnt think this reflected the cleanliness. The location is also great. You can walk 5 mins to Sanur beach.

Spacious clean rooms, great restaurant and pools. Good for families. 20min walk to the beach but great to access the port for boat trips and close to the airport. On a busy main road but quiet. Great staff and service. Friendly and helpful.

I spent a week stay in this hotel with my sister. A good hotel, friendly staff (especially Pak Putu - the housekeeping staff), good breakfast, nice view and clean. Although some rooms under renovation made a bit creepy feeling, but I am happy that there was two accesses to exit the room so that I didn't have to pass that renovated room often. I like the lobby. Good for chilling while enjoying the rain. But very few halal restaurant nearby. But since there is Mak Beng, I am fine. Pedestrian path around the hotel area also nice. Very near to the beach. Will definitely want to stay here again in the future.

The location of this hotel is really strategic. Close to the beach, places to eat and on the main road which makes it easy to access everywhere. The rooms are quite spacious. Hotel facilities are also complete. The atmosphere of the hotel is also very good, the open space is full of green plants. I always stay at this hotel when on holiday in Sanur.

The rooms are very good , clean and big. Better prefer those ones that are near the pool and not upstairs because it gives you the advantage of going to pool any time and just for sitting . It’s also good for the people who smoke because upstairs there is no windows or balcony . The food at the hotel is good and also the water because they have filters and mechanism. Always hot and cold water , very nice breakfast for many nationalities (American, European , Asian , danish) The Wi-Fi is not that good especially the crowded hours They also give you bottles of water at your room and they clean every day Thera are plenty of drinks although some of them maybe made poorly All the employees are friendly and willing to help you For your transportation you can take the hotel bus , it’s free and it goes at the beach and at the shopping centre , otherwise they have their own taxis with prices at the lobby

The room is spacious enough for two. The hotel style is a little but more traditional and old-ish but the room is kept nicely and clean. Walkable distance to Sanur beach and other attractions in the area. The breakfast selection is nice.

Very good Hotel with nice staff. The Hotel is really large but besides the size of the hotel they offer good rooms, services and massage - for a really good price! The pool is clean and you can find a spot in the sun (or in the shadow of the trees) until 3 or 4 pm. Rooms are fine with a small bathroom, but for us it was enough (only maybe the toilet could be renewed, but I think we had nevertheless one of the older rooms, so that’s fine). The massage was extraordinary good, also the gym is very well equipped. Breakfast is a buffet, which is not typically for Bali. As Cappuccino was not included here also, we decided to go for breakfast à la carte which was pretty good and the portion was big enough. Thank you

High-status place. Many people from all over the world stay here and hold conferences on the 4th floor. The rooms are good and the staff is attentive. The breakfast was very special, super high class and fresh.

We stayed here as we had a late night international arrival into Bali then had ferry booked for the next day. Staff very accomodating at midnight check in, rooms very clean, spacious, breakfast fine, nice pool area. Very pleasant experience overall.

been here about 4 times. It was one of the nice and looked-new hotels. My last visit shows the room a bit outdated, definitely due to low operation during pandemic. The rest of hotel are great! Their services are top notch. The location is one of the advantage, only 2 minutes walk to Sanur Beach and very close to Mak Beng Fish Soup Restaurant. You should visit Mak Beng if you love fish culinary.

I stayed at Prime Plaza Hotel for 1 week thinking I’ll be working from there. Oh boy, I was wrong. The wifi connection was unusable. If you’re traveling for work, don’t make the same mistake like me. I give them 1 star for their staff (helpful, always smiling) and 1 star for locality (near the beach and they have a great otdoor pool). There is also noisy construction nearby

A little old but still well-maintained. Our room had a leaky roof but after informing the lobby staff they fixed it right away. If you're travelling with the elderly, make sure to ask for a room closer to the elevator as you might need to walk a long way to the rooms, and the corridor is very slippery during rainy season.

We were here for a conference in January 2023. Check in was efficient even though we arrived late in the evening. The bellman brought our luggage to the room and made sure our key cards worked well (a nice touch). The room was clean and spacious. The next morning we enjoyed the large breakfast buffet. The day was filled with meeting in their conference rooms. Their break snacks and drinks were very nice. The long halls take some getting used to, but the hotel takes measures to keep you safe if the tiles are wet. We enjoyed the swimming pool. It has multiple depths and is good for all ages. Their catered lunch and supper were always tasty. The Prime Plaza is not far from Sanur beach if you prefer sand and salt water. There are small shops and marts all the way to the seaside. We enjoyed the staff, they were always polite and friendly. Even at checkout, Ayu gave us a wonderful send off. We'll be back.

Hotel is OK. Rooms a bit worn. The wifi is terrible. It times out very frequently so you get nothing done. This is sub zero for a 4 star hotel. I get better connections in any guesthouse.

Nice room. Great hotel but food could be better. Menu is boring and always the same old menu. WiFi in the room is almost dead. Useless which is very frustrating for a luxury hotel.

Stayed with a group for 4N5D and it was greatly suited to our needs. It isn't extravagant but was very family friendly and a gold location to gather a group. The plus of going to the suites pool was awesome!

Very nice and clean place. The outside is very pretty (incredible swimming pool). Quality and price very good. Highly recommend to go and have some relaxing days as it is very big and there is plenty of variety (restaurants, spa, room service...). Very near the port, which makes it easy to go to the nusas or gilis from there.

We really enjoyed our stay here: Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet (first time that we slept in in Bali!), the live music was great as well as the jazz music playing during the day, buffet breakfast was included, the staff was really great and friendly and there is a shuttle taking you to the sister hotel to use the kids pool or room or to a big grocery store. The best part for me was that I left valuables in the room and that housekeeping kept them and we could pick them up. 😊❤️

Comfortable room with great breakfast buffet included - spoiled for choice. Prime Plaza Hotel within a short walk to the fast boat ferry Beach. A great place to stay overnight - especially if you are going to Nusa Penida in the morning ...

Disappointed with our visit this time. If they had included our breakfast I may have been happy, not the best value for money. Noisy outside room. Driving range out back has gone. Sanur Beach alot of development going on, quite a mess. Seminyak Beach so much better

Only one problem. The issue was the building work that was taking place next door. It didn't start early but it finished at tena nd you could hear it in your room. This was the only downside. The hotel is in a perfect location for the harbour and some local shops. The hotel staff were friendly and very professional. The breakfast was good and had variety. The hotel boasts a lovely garden and pool. It feels open and fresh. The room was clean, ameneities were good and the bed was comfortable.

I had the pleasure of being chauffeured by an exceptional hotel driver by the name of Ari throughout my six-night stay, and it's with utmost enthusiasm that I wholeheartedly recommend his services. From the moment I arrived, his professionalism and punctuality were remarkable, making every journey an absolute delight. His extensive local knowledge provided fascinating insights into the area, and his immaculate, well-maintained vehicle ensured a comfortable and smooth ride. However, what truly distinguishes him is his unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction; he effortlessly anticipates and fulfills every guest's needs with a warm and unobtrusive demeanor, elevating the entire hotel experience. If you're seeking the full package, complete with all the bells and whistles, look no further – this driver is the epitome of excellence and a must-have for any discerning traveler.

🫤 Well, we did just stay one night, and we chose the place because of the low price and that it's literally 10 meters away from the harbour, so I don't know how much I should've expected... Let's start with the food things: staff was nice and the bed was ok comfortable. That's it though. The room was...
