This place is truly fantastic. The room were sparkling clean, airco, water pressure in the shower working perfectly. Staff is extremely kind as well. There are 3 different pool and a very nice pathway in the lush going to the beach. Once on the beach there is a very nice walk that can lead you in a minute to 2 luxury resorts. Both of them have delicious restaurants and cocktail bars by the sea with long chairs, candles, sweet music and great food (one of them is specialised on seafood (see the seafood platter on our pic). We also decided to use their pool for the kids while we had a cocktail🤩 You are centrally located in Sanur yet you feel like in the middle of a quiet tropical garden with flowers and birds everywhere. If we come back in Sanur, this will definitely be our hidden gem again!

Pretty disappointed with our stay. We booked this accomodation to spend New Years Eve and the only available room in this place was the 2 bedroom cottage for $187 per night “apparently fully booked” When we got to the hotel: - there was a thick layer of mould in the fridge - wifi was non existent - overall a pretty run down cottage which for $187 per night in Bali I definitely didn’t expect - restaurant service was slow at times. - there is no private beach as they do mention on their site, everyone can use the beach it’s on a busy sidewalk Positive note, we did get to check out later, however this probably was because this hotel wasn’t fully booked in the first place, clearly just wanted the higher priced rooms out for new year. Overall felt a bit cheated.

We loved our stay here. Pools were absolutely beautiful. Our children enjoyed them to the Max. Our room was cleaned every day and we received fresh and clean towels daily. Lovely little restaurant with beach views and live music on certain nights. It had what we needed and location was perfect to go for walks or bike rides.

Low density spread of villas. Lovely lush greenery. Old world charm. In house cafe. No restaurant. One end on the beach and the other on Sanur’s main street with plenty of food, massage and shopping. No traffic jams in Sanur. Not a swimming beach.

We absolutely loved our stay. We stayed in a two bedroom villa with a separate kitchen and it was perfect for our family of 4, could have easily fit one or two more people. The rooms are lovely decorated and very clean, the ac and wifi worked great. The location is fantastic, right on the seaside and on the main street, so an easy walk to everything. Several pools and lovely staff, plus free coffee and tea with breakfast by the water, I could go on and on, we loved it so much. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Great location: on the beach, restaurants on the beach are a bit further away but within walking distance. Connected to a busy street close to many shops and restaurants. Always taxis nearby as well. Even though it is a near the busy road, it was very nice and quiet. We booked a family room, which is basically a small bungalow, existing out of three rooms: Room 1) the entrance which included 2 single beds, airconditioning, a fridge, the water tank and the water cooker. Room 2) the bedroom which included a 2 persons bed, airconditioning, a waste bucket, and a tv. Room 3) the bathroom, which included a toilet, washing table, bath, shower, and a closet with the small locker for personal belongings. All three rooms are spacious and everything in the room provided is aimed for reusing (so glass waterbottels, glasses, and shower items in refillable containers). No additional facilities like toothbrushes or so. Even though the rooms are nice, they are quite outdated and could use some love and care. Due to small openings in windows and the doors, bugs do come in, so we had some big caterpillars visiting us. Not a lot of ants, no mosquitoes, happy with that! The towels, bed, pillow, and blankets were fine. There is an outdoor gym available and several pools, and the hotel has their own restaurant. We didn't make use of the restaurant and the pools and pool areas did look a bit outdated as well. The Wifi was horrible. I don't think I ever had such slow wifi, so if you need internet - figure something else out. For example, you can walk to Starbucks and most of the restaurants have wifi as well. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. I think it's a lovely place, but I personally would prefer a bit more luxury. A matter of personal taste though!

This an end-of-life hotel. I imagine a lot of the higher reviews relate to better days pre-covid. What I mean by end-of-life is that clearly the bare minimum is being done to keep the hotel operational and profitable and when that balance tips they'll sell this prime real estate to developers for a small fortune. The gardens are full of cigarette butts and bottle tops. This is the kind of cleaning thats probably time consuming to do so they probably don't want to pay anyone to do it thoroughly. The edges of the pool are dark green from years of mould that hasn't been scrubbed off. The restaurant on the beach is largely unused and the day beds are ripped and often have bird poo on them. The section of beach in front of the hotel was dirty for days. I'm not sure who's job it is to keep it clean but if owned a hotel, I'd send a staff member out in the morning with a bin bag to remove the rubbish on it. There was even an empty 1l Smirnoff vodka bottle in the surf. They still advertise "cultural experiences every Tuesday and Thursday" but Tuesday and Thursday came and went and the full Balinese orchestra equipment went untouched. It's a bit dark and dingy and dusty. It even smells of mildew at reception and throughout. The good - the location at the beach is great. Considering their restaurant isn't really operating though, their aren't any great options nearby so rent a bike and head up the boardwalk. Overall I would not stay again. The condition and atmosphere just strikes a depressing tone compared to the rest of the area. The staff were lovely though! That must be said.

The room is clean, Balinese style and big. The bed is really comfortable and clean. However, they should provide hand towels in the bathroom and breakfast has no many choices.

The standard rooms are on the front side of the hotel closer to the main road (Jl. Danau Tamblingan) then the reception area then you'll find the villas, the family rooms and lastly the honeymooner rooms as you walk toward the beach. The standard room (club lumbung) is in a 2 storey structure so you could be on the downstairs room or upper room. Both has their sitting area and coffee/tea and water area outside on the porch. There is also a communal kitchen that can be used. The room is a bit small. You need to walk further in the property to one of the pools. The closest one is near the reception area. The villas or private bungalows are bigger room with the sitting area and tea/coffee area enclosed. Honeymooner rooms (ocean room) are bigger. The sitting area is more spacious. The Family rooms are big and spacious. 2 separate bedrooms. It also has outdoor shower and outdoor sitting area plus a kitchenette outside. The location is nice and we find this side of beach is quieter and nicer to swim in, plus there is a nice warung next to it called Warung Pantai Indah.

Very cozy little bungalows that are in a great position to local shops on one side and the beach on the opposite side. Easy to find...great friendly staff that ensure your bungalow has fresh linen each day. There is a safe for valuables in the room and beds are comfy. The pools are large and very clean with plenty of room to sunbathe or sit in the shade with refreshments in an accessible location to the pool as well as a small library of books other travellers leave. The complex is secure and relatively quiet given its proximity to the shops and plethora of restaurants. Each bungalow has a small front balcony area that are great for those balmy Bail nights. A great experience and very affordable....the taxi from the airport took around a half hour even going thru the chaotic traffic at times.

We loved our stay in this older style hotel set amongst beautiful well maintained gardens. Yes the rooms are older style, but they are clean and comfortable. We were lucky to be there during Nyepi and it was a magical time to be in Bali and at Peneeda View, all guests were well looked after and catered for :) The 3 pools were always refreshing in the heat of Sanur, the restaurant food was tasty and served with a smile, and the view across to the Nusa islands is second to none ☀ with sunrises being spectacular every morning. The hotel is situated well with direct beach and promenade access and easy walking distance to many warungs, beauty salons and the big shopping centre. We will be happy to stay here again next time we return to Sanur 😀

Pools x3 clean and inviting. Staff are amazing great restaurants on Main Street and beach (little walk) hubby and I have enjoyed the atmosphere and hotel at this little gem. If you want 5 star and are use to 5 star this gem may not be for you. They run solar hot water, give you a large water tank to refill glass bottles everyday, prefer no plastic bags but do supply you with a great shopping bag they are trying to do right by the environment. We have had a lovely stay here Wi-Fi good most of the time
