Staff: Friendly people who are always ready to help 5/5 Garden: Three lovely pools, one was under reparation during our stay, but it wasn't a real issue. They were well thought-out and there was room for everyone 5/5 Cleaning: Could be a bit lacking at times. But otherwise okay 3/5 Food: Food was okay. The breakfast changed every now and then. It wasn't overly complicated but you never left hungry. The bar served some food that could vary in quality. Some of it was really good or it could be bad. 4/5 Rooms: Needed a softer bed and windows that you can open. A better way to close the door would be good too. 2/5

Great resort, two pools, generous sized rooms. Bed king size, though not so comfortable. Very friendly helpful staff. Unlimited buffet type breakfast was included. Older style, plenty of common space to spread out around the property. Mostly older aged European patrons, budget priced central resort accommodation. #melbournefoodcollective #urbanadventuresau

Perfect location in the centre of Sanur. Not a beachside hotel but it provides 3 pools and the beach is in walking distance. The hotel is very quiet, the bungalows are in a beautiful garden with private balconies. The staff is really nice and friendly. We loved the place.

Lots of greenery and nice pools. However, rooms are very basic; the bathroom was open at the top (no ceiling), which isn't great for mosquitos. But the worst is that the staff is untrustworthy. We did a group tour, and in at least three of the nine rooms of our group, money was stolen from the luggage (no safes in the rooms). Not recommended!

We loved our stay. Recommend getting a Deluxe room. Staff were lovely and the kids enjoyed the towel art every day. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, mini mart. We will stay again.

Really amazing staff, gardens, pool and location. The rooms are large with a lot of space and stay nice and cool. The downside was that the air-conditioning leaked onto the bed, the room had a bit of a smell and the bathroom was in need of some love. That being said, I only stayed here one night and I'm sure the friendly staff would have helped change room if I was staying longer

Great place. People are super Nice. Close to the beach. Even closer to a Starbucks. Quiet and well maintained. Nice pool too. Rooms are fine with excellent matress. The shower is a little bit of a let down.

Rooms were very big and neat. The pools and gardens were lovey. Found the service at the restaurant near the back pool very poor. Always playing on their phones and forgot to make our orders a couple time. Left over plates etc left around the pool lounges over night. Beds are very very hard and breakfast was not good at all so we ate out most of the time. Front desk was great and helped many of quests who had come down with Bali belly by getting a doctor out.

Great hotel right in the centre of Sanur but set back down it's own drive way so nice and quite. The hotel is an older building but very well looked after and very clean. Gardens are lovely and it's got 3 pools with plenty of sun beds. The room is very big with a separate are with sink, fridge, wardrobe and tea and coffee facilities. Bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. The breakfast is good and plentiful set you for the day. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay.

We love this place, it is friendly, spacious, old school Bali, three swimming pools, lush, manicured gardens, free buffet breakfast with cook-to-order egg station, free airport pick up and drop off. You can find better hotels for sure but we have stayed here at least a dozen times and have no need to look elsewhere.

Unfortunately named hotel that is showing its age a bit but reasonable value for money. Nicely laid out accommodation and lovely gardens and pool areas. Well situated in the centre of Sanur with heaps of decent restaurants in the vicinity. I have no hesitation about staying there again

It was okay, but the Air Conditioning did not work well and I don't think my pillow covers were washed..

This great place deserves to be much better patronised. Excellent quality of service and facilities, especially for the price. Well maintained, renovates and serviced. Scrupulously clean with attention to details. Upgraded and/ or new furniture like bathtubs, showers and sinks etc. Staff and very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Great venue!! We heard that the Deluxe Rooms were the better option so we went with that and we were not disappointed. Large room with oh so many light switchesso you can light up the room however you like (albeit not too cosy due to the white brightness of the lights but that's a small issue). Breakfast is okay as well, not really special but quite diverse, try the pancakes! It is a really huge place but you don't notice that when you're sitting on your balcony of at one of the three pool areas (including one with a pool bar). If I'd ever visit Sanur another time, I would go here again!

I loved the many pools available. The fact that you could walk to everything you need and the rooms were clean and well presented. It had a luxurious feel while staying friendly. The staff were amazing and so was the food.

Great little resort and for the price it can't faulted. Staff were super friendly, rooms large and very clean. Gardens are super maintained and the pools are nice ant sunny.

Stayed here for four nights, we had a deluxe room which apparently is a major step up to a standard room offered here as well. Nice clean big room, proper bathroom, good beds and airconditioning. Balcony had a nice view over one of the three swimming pools. There are a lot of mosquitos around, but that probably goes for whole Bali. Breakfast average for western standards. Friendly staff and good, quiet location close to the beach. Certainly would recommend.

Loved this hotel. Upstairs room got the nice seabreeze. Beautiful gardens in old Bali style resort

Beautiful old Balinese style hotel, big rooms with good bed and cold AC, hot water and nice tub. Room smell old/mold. Staffs are very nice and friendly. Breakfast is a huge disappointment. Overall, you can get better deals for what you pay for.

I was considering if I should give this place 3 or 4 stars but considering the cheap price I think 4 is fair. We had two rooms next to each other by the pool with a nice big balcony outside. The location is good and it's about 10 minutes walk to the beach, which has an amazing sunrise. The staff were also great and very friendly and helpful. The downside is that entire hotel is very old and in desperate need of renovation. The rooms are decent size with comfy bed but look like they haven't had any renovation done for many many years. Wifi was pretty much useless inside the room but worked OK on the balcony and by the pool. The breakfast is very basic but edible and has a made to order egg station which is nice. Terrible coffee though, but several great cafés nearby so not a big deal. All in all if you just want a clean basic room and a decent pool with good service for a cheap price this is a good choice. If you want more modern facilities or nicer looking rooms this is probably not the best option.

Second stay at this beautiful hotel 'a little oasis' in Sanur. Staff are fabulous friendly and so helpful. One of the first to use new outdoor restaurant prices are really good alot cheaper than many on the main strip Pool areas very relaxed and chilled Rooms clean and comfortable with good zircon- hopefully the bathrooms will get an update before our next visit but certainly would recommend staying here deserves higher than 2**
