We were very unimpressed with this hotel, and find it difficult to believe it is a four star hotel. For the good, the pool was very nice and the breakfast was excellent, however our enjoyment stopped there. The maintenance seemed to be lacking. The building needs painted and room maintenance needs to be reviewed. Something as simple as a shower head that does not properly flow needs to be reviewed. We felt we were constantly being watched for fault or an opportunity for them to charge us for something. Case in point, they make you sign your pool towels out which have hand written numbers on. This is to insure you turn them back in. I would understand this in a two or maybe a three star hotel, but a four star, no thanks. We had never experienced that in other four star hotels we have stayed in. This is only one example. A hotel which does not live up to its rating, in need of maintenance and capital improvements. Did not enjoy the experience.

Not too bad for a hotel room.. air-conditioning is not sufficient and it is really hard to pay at the pool bar even after leaving credit card information and a deposit of money they still make you walk dripping wet from the pool to your room to reception to pay for one beer, really like nowhere else in Bali. I could not complain due to lack of management on a Sunday. Place is a bit run down which is a little understandable after covid. Shame because pool is awesome. Staff are also fairly accommodating except for reception. Probably stay elsewhere sorry

I stayed in Jacuzzi room type but the Jacuzzi didn't work. The water couldn't fill up. Not only my room but also my other 4 colleagues (4 rooms). We stayed for business trip so we didn't complain. I gave good score for this hotel because it has convenient swimming pool for all ages including kids and baby side by side with adults pool. And good score for their services that provides sahur breakfast for fasting month, they kindly provide it to our room at 4 AM

It seems that many others have experienced the same thing as me. I especially picked the jacuzi room thinking it could be used but no they are broken and what's worse it has absolutely no privacy!! The hotel is so close to the village nearby I can literally see what the neighbors are doing. The windows were super worn down. It felt like I was trying to bathe in an abandoned balcony. Very disappointed... To think I paid more to this room and it has been 2 months since the same complaint had been made but no adjustments had been made. I felt cheated that the staff didn't tell me that the jacuzis were broken. I would have picked the swimming pool view with indoor bathtub. The pool is super beautiful!! My room had very worn out furnitures like dirty mirror. I can't believe the staff said this hotel is only 7 years old, it felt like staying in a 20 years old hotel. However the beds are sooo comfortable! The sheets were clean ad well so I'll give 5 stars for comfort. Not sure if I'll be coming back though... Good price for the quality I guess! If any of you want to stay, just pick the swimming pool view room before they make renovations. Thank me later!!

We’ve been coming to this hotel for a few years now. We love the fact that it’s in a great location and the staff are lovely. Nice big pool area with kiddies area and swim up bar. They also have lots of themed evenings and the food is good. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance and beach is a 10 minute walk. The hotel rooms are dated though and do need a revamp. We stayed in a deluxe room which is very big but toilet area really small. We had issue with overflowing shower but it was fixed straightaway. I love that they have water coolers throughout the Hotel where you can fill your jug or water bottle for free. Breakfast is very nice and varied, however they have egg station at the other end of the breakfast area and if busy it takes a long time to wait. Would be nice to have fried eggs already made up and scrambled egg, would make it much easier. Room cleaning wasn’t good this time round, towels not replaced, had to ask for toilet rolls etc and cups not washed and surfaces not cleaned. Towels could do with changing too as they are quite worn out. All in all though a really nice hotel in the heart of Sanur. Just wish management would address issues and renovate rooms. 😊

The hotel need a small refreshment. The pool is very nice and breakfast buffet has lots of choice. Service was okayish while breakfast. Dinner, would not recommend to go there, the food was better in other restaurants. The both cocktails we ordered were not good. One cocktail we left almost untouched, no one questioned. Rooms are getting slightly old. The hotel has as well bad Wifi, after asking for a room with better connection unfortunately nothing happened (no room change no promised check if the bad WiFi connection). For the moment we’d rather choose another hotel than that one. Staff was always kind.

Check in after midnight was handled efficiently. My chat on Google Map with the hotel was handled promptly. As for the room (#8507), I had a much higher expectation as when I checked in the receptionist said it’s an upgrade with no additional charge. Then I went to the room (big with not much amenities) and if this is an upgrade I don’t even want to think how much worse the condition of the initial requested room. Bed is nice so I could sleep well. Bathroom floor was dirty at the corner (with hair that is not mine). Shower’s pressure on 5th floor is great but it leaks because the shower pipe tower is loosened. Conditioner was already empty when I arrived and never replenished. When I came back in the afternoon my room door was not completely closed so I came in expecting to see a housekeeper but there’s no one. Thankfully I didn’t leave my valuable belongings in the room. Otherwise anyone can enter my room and take anything they want. Ordered room service last night and they brought a beer can without a glass. Never experienced this anywhere. I definitely will not return to this hotel. I’m sure there are many better options in Sanur.

Had a great 7d6n stay in this beautiful resort. I’ll give 4.5 stars for my experience. The great: 1. Hospitality. We were served really well and greeted with a smile all the time. Staff were alert and always ready to provide assistance. 2. Pool. The pool was really well maintained. The pool chaise lounges were well cleaned. Big thanks to the staff for cleaning and brushing off dirts and stains on regular basis. 3. Breakfast/dinner. Really great value and good quality food. They put effort in making small changes everyday and serve different fruits/desserts so I was not sick of having breakfast in the resort everyday. 4. Beautiful lobby. Lobby is really big and beautiful with cool breeze. 5. Room service. Room service was great. They cleaned the room really well everyday. 6. Location. Walking distance to the beach and surrounded by good restaurants and shops. Some misses: 1. Low water pressure. The water pressure in the bathroom is really low. Washing hair was not easy 😅 2. Bath robe not provided. 3. Booked a king bed bedroom but was told not available. No notice was given until we asked. 4. Jacuzzi in our room was faulty and was quite dusty. If I have to be picky, the rooms were not very well maintained. There were stains on the walls, some moulds in the shower area and rusts on metal in the bathroom. However, those are insignificant compared to the great features of the resort. Highly recommended as it justifies the price we paid. Thanks for having us 😊

Shows it’s age and needs a renovation but it’s a comfortable bed Positive: comfortable beds, A/C works, breakfast is good, beds, sheets, pillows are clean and very comfortable, staff is very friendly, and fridge keeps drinks icy cold, breakfast french toast was amazing and Thai chicken excellent. Very nice servers who will get you anything you want with a smile. Negative: worn out rooms, old furniture from the 80’s, broken sliding door to terrace, first room smelled of mold but we changed rooms and it’s fine. I would not stay here again due to the older neighborhood, location from the action, and no night life but it’s only for 2 nights and it’s okay for the price and a peaceful nights sleep. Lots of expatriates live in the area so a ton of fine dining western restaurants within walking distance

The hotel room was pretty nice, clean and spacious, I requested king size bed room with bathtub. The pool was amazing, the food was also good, the staffs are friendly and the price quite affordable, overall I had good experience stay here during the Silence Day

We stayed there for 4 days it was a very good choice. The hotel is bit old but very nice with big swimming pool. The location is great, you have many restaurants, bars and supermarkets very close and the beach is only 10 mins walking. The room was nice but it need a bit of renovation. We enjoyed the jacuzzi outside the balcony. Would definitely staying there again.

The hotel and I got off to a bad start when I booked directly at the property but found later it was 25% cheaper on a booking website. The first room they gave me had a damp smell, I tried but could not get used to it and I ended up changing rooms. The room was quite dated and tired (the furniture had seen better days) but comfortable enough. The room keys stopped working 3 times in 2 days which meant a trek to the front desk (we were down the end of a long corridor) to get them reprogrammed. We have an outside room with a balcony, the problem is that you have no control over the balcony light and it goes off at 10pm irrespective of your personal wishes. The first night we were rather tired and went to bed at 9 pm with the balcony light shining through the gaps in the curtains. Finally the WiFi is the slowest I have experienced at any hotel, it is almost unusable. On the plus side, the breakfast is good and the pool is nice. All in all this hotel is way over priced for the standard, I am sure that there are much better options in Sanur.

I absolutely loved it! Everything was great, the breakfast was delicious and did not have the exact same food every single day which made me come back every morning, rooms were amazing we booked two rooms for the kids and adults and the water pressure wasn’t bad, the pillows and beds were comfy, nice storage places (under tv, under bed, etc.) Tv was great only thing I had to do was change the language from Indonesian to English and we were good to go. The service was fabulous the staff members always went out of their way to make sure we had a great time and always greeted us when we arrived back. The pool was spacious and I even could say luxurious, the swim up bar was a good little feature because you could order drinks and bites to eat. Just not sure about the other reviews about loose floorboards and dirty personally I thought they were nice to walk on. I like that it’s close to the beach and good restraunts and markets. I absolutely loved staying here and would definitely be excited to come back on our later trip in 2024! See you then!

This place should not be a 4 star. Room did not have iron, no bathrobes. How can you have jacuzzi in the room and no robes. The most beautiful scene was by the pool only. Beach was also a long walk. I will not be returning here.

At first glance, the resort looks lovely. Remember, looks can be deceiving as this is the case here. The pool looks amazing but lacks enough places for even a small portion of the guests to actually sit. The pool also closes for 12 hours each day. 7pm is far too early to close the pool, considering the heat during the day and lack of shade. The rooms are average at best, the fridges are mildly cool and useless to hold milk or anything below room temperature. The TV was unwatchable as it was complete static. 90% of the decking area outside around the pool is loose and rotten.

It's my second time stay in here. My favourite room is plunge pool room. Room is clean, comfortable pillows, clean bedding, good wifi. There are refrigerator, electric kettle, bathtub, jar for refill drinking water. Breakfast are good, they have various menu and good taste. All staff so friendly, that's what i like it because in some hotel they treated local tourist so bad. Location is great, near by some convenience store, walking by to the beach about 3-5 minutes. Comfortablefor working in my room, quite and the sounds of water makes it calm.

I think this place is fantastic. My wife and I spent 5 nights and really enjoyed it. There was som construction going on, but I think that has finished or is finishing soon. What impressed me was how nice and welcoming the staff were. It did not matter if the staff was working in the desk area, groundskeeping, security, etc. They always said hello and asked if we needed anything or how our day was going. I really think the staff here go above and beyond. The pool area is fantastic. I the deck is really nice (no idea why a previous guest said the boards are rotten as I spent many days walking on them and there were no rotten boards). The gym is small but well equipped. A great stay, and would certainly come back here if we are in Bali again.

I had a wonderful relaxing stay. The pool complex is great and I enjoyed it daily. Staff were friendly and competent, especially Bayu at reception. Bali has been through a difficult time and just beginning to get back on their feet. I didn't use the jacuzzi as I couldn't justify the use of that amount of water when I am aware of problems in that area. Yes, there were minor maintenance issues in the room but totally understandable. It certainly didn't bother me. Prices have been reduced currently anyway. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. It's very centrally located and a short walk to the beach. Best done early morning, or late afternoon, due to the heat. Terima kasih banyak and best wishes for the future from Ibu Claire.

Came here for a seminars. Their ballroom is one of the goods in the area. the food is quite nice as well. But they only have a few parking spaces. either you came early or find parking outside the premises.

Love everything bout this hotel. The king koil bed, spacious room with pool view, the pool itself, nice shower, and delicious breakfast. The staff is also really helpful, showing us a way to the beach, help with scissors for packaging, daily greetings. A very pleasant stay. I stayed for two nights and already fell in love with Sanur.

"All the staff were fantastic- professional with Balinese friendly style. Good size rooms maintained efficiently. The many pools cater for all ages and swimming levels. The location is ideal with many wonderful restaurants in easy walking distance as well as the beach"

Our two families and one grandmother stay here already for the 3rd time, and it is highly recommended!!! Probably not the newest hotel in the area, but the service and location are very good, and quite well maintained. The room w jacuzzi is also a fun, and the main pool is very big! Around the hotel there are many restaurant, mini market, breakfast places, all in walking distance area - definitely family friendly. Walking to the beach is also not far ~500m.

Well when I first came was going to give 2 stars however the AC worked well, the pillow slips, sheets, and towels were clean. The hot water worked, the GM personally came up to me to say they would do the best they could to fix things. I guess it deserves an upgrade to 3 stars. By the way the bacon at breakfast was very good, the rest so-so. Came here to give a lecture so did not pay anything. Probably 2-3 stars max. Aedes aegypti mossies in the bathroom. Floor and furniture worn. Service pretty mediocre. Have not tried the food and probably will not. Did not expect much and so was not surprised.

I highly recommend this hotel! Two amazing large pools next to each other, pool bar, restaurant overlooking the pool. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, variety of European and Asian dishes. Drinks at pool bar are nice too. Room service daily. We had two rooms with king beds with pool view. Rooms are a bit tired, but clean, well, maintained, beds are comfy. Nearby beach is 10 mins walk from the hotel. You can swim there at high tide. Water is clean and warm. Perfect for kids! Highly recommend Sanur area and this hotel in particular.

HK didn't notice i believe and my fault not report the issue. Jacuzzi, the water not really hot. I come with baby and very good cleaning the room, i with my wife fully respect. Breakfast staff really nice, they allowed me to warm a baby food. Thanks for Swissbel

The hotel was great for family and kids. Clean rooms and large clean pool. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Friendly staff from management to staff. They where all so helpful. Right in central Sanur.

Stayed here during a business trip. My room was at ground floor with a jacuzzi at the terrace. I didn't try the jacuzzi tho. The staffs were friendly, breakfast was Ok but nothing special. Hotel also provided me a breakfast box when I had to leave to fieldwork early. One thing I need to complain is my room only been cleaned once during my 4 nights stay there. When I found out about the first time, the next morning I told the reception and the staff there said they would clean my room that day. When I came back later in the evening, of course my room has not been cleaned. Oh well...

This place was just beautiful. Pool? 10/10. Food? 9/10. Room service? Didn't use it, but I bet it was great. We got a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony, and it was so fun! I would definetely reccomend this place for anyone who comes to Sanur, Bali.

Warmest greeting . I’ve chosen your property because of a high guest reviews rating.. sure ??? We have been six nights at yours! Allow me to say What we have been experienced The bellboy, Everybody are friendly and helpful especially Mr L. who was eager and willing to assist every guest in the lobby Reception at front office I know there are lot of things to do on pc but take a second to out of desk to greet your guests in the lobby (if it’s possible saying their name ) Housekeeping I am sure there’s a rule in the house for not changing a bed sheet without notify to housekeeping?? The room Must be clean and be tidy properly as sop ..our room was so so and asking them twice for replacing toilet paper and extra bed head must be covered., Restaurant for b‘fast Knowing how good the restaurant by coming on rush hours ?? it was a coincidence that no staff on back entrance but there were Two boys cheating in the right corner and disappear without saying a word?!! after all we got a seat The food was delicious with various choices Thank you for reading . Happy holidays

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very good location in the middle of Sanur, near the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was okay, not above average. Room was nice with a jacuzzi on the balcony and a good airconditioning. WiFi wasn’t that good. The pool was very clean and nice to use. I would recommend this place if you want to stay in Sanur for some days!

we got a room on the 1st floor with an extra bed, because we have 3 children. there is a jacuzzi outside the room with a view of the houses of the surrounding residents. unique hotel. the main pool is clean. so my children really like to swim here. for breakfast my children also really like it. because there are many choices, there are cereals, donuts, croissants, salads, soup, curry etc. if asked, will you come back to stay here again? I answered.. I will come back here again 💗

Recommend. All the staffs are kind and helpful. I lost my luggage in the airport and it sent to this hotel when found. Even though I check out in the morning and leave to Penida island , they send the luggage for me to the harbor.Really appreciate for the help.

The location is close to sanur beach. The staff is very friendly. The location is close to Indomaret. The pool is very nice and beautiful. It's a shame if you don't invite your beloved family to stay here. The room is quite clean, but the lighting is a bit dark. Filling the water in the Jacuzzi is quite time consuming The bubble tool doesn't work at all.At 9 pm the balcony lights automatically turn off, which is good enough to make me a bit uncomfortable when I want to relax on the balcony.Less variety of breakfast The dinner menu is delicious, except when I ordered fried noodles it was too salty. But overall I am comfortable staying here. Thank you Swiss-Belresort watu jimbar, I hope I can come here again with my relatives.

Great holiday at Swiss-bel Sanur, Bali. Resort needs some work to restore to great hotel. Mould in the Bali climate is a challenge but this must be addressed. Our room had some patches of mould and the pools need a lot of attention. Regardless I would return as service and costs are very good.

Hotel was nice, staff was really thoughtful. But, the rooms were a bit outdated. Had a lovely stay, but there are better places. Sanur is a really nice place so the location is perfect.
