We love everything about the resort. Since we arrived, everything was great. From the pick up transport, the welcoming at the reception, our 2 nights stay, till we checked out. Loving the hospitality so much, you should she the smile of the woman in the reception, so sincere and heart warming. If you need anything, just text them and they will respond it immediately. They clean our room everyday, the brekfast are fantastic, should try their "nasi goreng", so gooodd.. And also their signature burger "klumpu burger", worth every cents. Since it only contain of 8 villa, you will have all the privacy you need. And the pool is right in the center of the resort so it is easy to entertain the kids while we are enjoying our time just sipping our tea or coffee and having the afternoon snacks provided by the resort.. And dont forget to go biking, they have a lot of bike in multiple sizes to cater everyone and all are in good shapes. Location is one of the best, nearby there are a lot of stores n restaurants. The beach is walking distance.. Surely will come back..

Location amazing, staff amazing. It was so peaceful but walking distance to everything. Food was outstanding. Best breakfast and the fact it's available at any time of day is a huge bonus. All the little touches were so good. Will stay again for sure. Only down side was the upstairs loft got quiet hot so next time will be book two Klumpus. And please do cocktails :) Thanks

We had the most fantastic stay at this resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and helped to organise anything we needed. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and tucked away in a quiet back road which was so relaxing. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and activities nearby. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to sanur. 5* treatment with a small personalised feel. The breakfast and free 15 mins massage were a lovely bonus.

A wonderful relaxing holiday at Klumpu Bali Resort! There was simply nothing to complain about here. We haven't had such a good rest in a long time. Klumpu Bali Resort is an oasis of calm. When you return here from the busy and noisy Sanur, you have the feeling that you are entering a peaceful oasis. The accommodation is spacious and serviced every day. The breakfast provides a choice of delicious treats. It is a pleasure to lie by the pool and take in the beautiful nature. The gardeners watch every day to make sure everything looks neat and tidy. Afternoon tea is served with a Balinese delicacy. Of course, you can't miss the massage on site and there are many treatments to choose from, but you can also book these treatments anywhere in Sanur. You can also book drivers and guides from the Resort and we found that the prices are not more expensive than with other online providers. The food at the resort was also great! You should be aware that you are not staying right next to the beach. Bicycles are available free of charge in front of the door, but the walk from here to the beach is about 10-15 minutes and we found it difficult to find the access road to the beach at first. Last but not least, we have to mention the staff! Always friendly and with a smile on their face, all our needs were met. The staff here made it possible for us to have a relaxed and very pleasant holiday and we thank them for that! We can highly recommend the resort!

Wonderful little gem in the heart of Sanur. Both the interior decoration and the garden is breathtaking, every nook and cranny is perfect. The staff is equally amazing: kind, friendly, very attentive and professional.

Like others before us, we were absolutely blown away by the whole Klumpu experience. The incredible staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was cared for. It was my wife's birthday whilst we were there, and she was celebrated with cake and Happy Birthday song out of the blue. The rooms are ideal, bed's are comfy, with all facing the delightful pool. The chalets have small seating areas at the front where one can have breakfast/dinner/snacks all supplied by smiling staff. Cannot praise them enough. Thank you guys for a wonderful vacation.

We've stayed in many hotels around the world and I have to say, this is one of the best experiences ever. The whole place is so well looked after and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We were picked up from the airport and the hotel drivers took us out on a couple of day trips which was super convenient

Lovely hotel in Sanur! The Klumpu Hotel is an absolutely lovingly run hotel! The staff are very friendly and courteous. The villas have a great design and are beautifully furnished. The garden with the pool is just too fantastically beautiful! The food is delicious, you can either eat in the restaurant or have it delivered to your room so that you can enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea or dinner on your own veranda. We enjoyed wonderful massages at the spa. You can go on a range of excursions. The hotel is absolutely quiet, yet centrally located. The Sanur promenade is just a few minutes' walk away. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Bali.

Loved loved loved this place. The staff were incredibly friendly, likeable and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay completely comfortable. The grounds, pool and rooms are all clean and stunning and we had an incredibly relaxed stay. The location is excellent tucked away in Sanur and within walking distance of everything you need. The breakfasts were so good it’s ridiculous and the meals were all delicious. There were beautiful touches with afternoon tea served by the pool and chocolates and bottled water delivered in the evenings. I can’t say enough about how good this place is. I’m coming back.

Day 1 and so far it is my favourite place to stay on my Bali trip so far. The staff are so lovely, the place is small but has everything you need. The rooms are just fantastic, the bed is so comfortable and the sheets feel so good. The pool is so clean and beautifully lit up at night time. Oh and you get lovely chocolates on the bed when the room is 'turned down' which is such a pleasant surprise!! Very happy so far :) I am excited for breakfast and I imagine it won't disappoint. *update* Breakfast was delicious! In fact ALL the food and drinks here are amazing! Recommend trying the loaded fries 🤤 coffee is good too. Also got the best massage I've had so far on this trip ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I will definitely be coming back here next time I come to Bali!

Really wonderful staff that really looked after us. The gardens are an oasis in the middle of a busy area. Accommodation is quite lovely with high vaulted ceilings.

Oasis in Sanur. It is a well-kept, quiet and restful boutique hotel. Staff are friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Food is good. Also close to many restaurants. It has a loft for 3 kids as well. Small, well maintained pool as well. Will certainly recommend and come back.

We are so pleased to have discovered this area (Sanur) and this boutique resort. It is brilliant. The attention to detail and the intimate setting combined with the beautiful service make this a pleasure to stay at. Special mention of Putu who made our stay so special.

Wonderful. The rooms are spacious, made in a local style that instantly transports you to another place and time, but with all the modern comforts. The amenities are first class and the personal touch is evident everywhere. The pool is a dream, set among natural vegetation tended daily by hand, with orchids and fragrant flowers abounding and a waterfall with Balinese sculptures. It is calm and serene. The location is excellent, on a quiet street but only a short stroll to shops, restaurants and the beachfront. Yet, you feel like you are in another world of natural beauty and swaying trees. The staff are just about the most helpful, cheerful, attentive and welcoming you can encounter. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were all made with fresh ingredients and delivered with grace. The cappuccino and Indonesian coffee were superb. The fruit was fresh and ripe. The fruit juices and cocktails were refreshing. The decoration, to the smallest detail was well thought through and authentic, with rustic local wood and furniture. There are bicycles for you to borrow. The pool loungers were comfortable. The outdoor spa is set among trees and calmness, and was an amazing experience with the wonderful in-house massage therapist. There is pickup and drop off to the airport with a cheerful and competent driver. Afternoon tea and breakfast, and a welcome fruit platter. Fragrant flowers in the room every day. What else can one say? This place is just, well, perfect!

As someone wrote earlier, this place is outstandingly created with an eye for detail in every aspect.....be it the rooms. Food, cutlery, the swimming pool, the landscaped garden. To say nothing of the amazing hospitality....No other resort or Hotel in the world says- You can order breakfast whenever you want.........

I really enjoyed my holiday in Bali because of Klumpu. They have the best service I’ve ever known… they have the pick up service to airport for free 👍 my room was very clean and have the beautiful view of the pool. The workers are so nice and helpful. I will be back to Klumpu again in my next holiday 😊

Wow, wow, wow. Everything was impeccable. Beautiful tranquil landscape, authentic design villas with modern finishing (marble, stone, real wood) Great choice of complementary breakfast, afternoon tea with great local deserts, hand made chocolate and bottled water in evening. Free pick up from airport . That was so great to see smiling driver after flying 35 hours from California . Very close to all kind of stores walking or biking distance. You can get free bike from the hotel. All stuff was taking care you all the time. It was such a great choice for me to stay here.

This place is a paradise! So peaceful and hidden away from the busy roads, Klumpu offers a serene surrounding, waking up to the sounds of birds outside. Everything is exceptionally clean and the villas are big open spaces with high ceilings. The hospitality is the most amazing we've experienced. We didn't want to leave. They offered a complimentary massage during our stay, and provided a refreshing welcome drink when we arrived. Cannot speak highly enough of Klumpu, and recommend that you book a stay here, you won't be disappointed! Thank you for making our honeymoon so special!
