Close to sanur port. Room is big. Some rooms has balcony. AC and hot water works well. Can't accept cashless if you book via apps. Food store are nearby.

They're very unkind. (Especially Reception middle-aged woman) I didn't feel good because of her last day in Bali. As I check out, she didn't greeting at all and I moved my heavy carriage alone. I took a Taxi alone. She didn't look guest. Room conditions is also bad. Very dark and window with hallway was terrible. I totally do not recommend.

We were there for 2 nights. Hotel was comfortable but needed some work in the room (see photos). The staff were friendly but acted a bit uncomfortably. We had a standard room on the bottom floor and people could smoke in the lobby so the smoke would fill in the room frequently. Restaurant on the hotel - Gopal's cafe - The food was tasty but the management of the kicthen is chaotic, the hotel should work on their staff training. We ordered the same food dishes two days in a row and the portion size was halved from the previous day. I asked for no watermelon on the fruit plate only to be served half a plate of watermelon. Small things but it makes an uncomfortable experience as staff don't seem to know how to rectify the situations (only defend).

The reception is not kind enough, TV can not be play with reason they dont have the setup box. Never imagine to make a hot coffe in the middle of the night, they dont provide a hot water kettle in the room.

Service was probably the worst encountered so far in my entire life. I have been in Indonesia for about a month now and I have stayed in many different hotels throughout the country. I had an evening check-in with no booking prior, so basically turned up and asked the receptionist how much it would be for their cheapest room for one (1) night, she said that she would have to show me the 2 options of rooms she had before giving me a price. I was beyond exhausted, so I just agreed. She showed me the first one and kept on asking: "do you want this one??" To which I replied: "how much is it?" "500k" It took a while for her to finally give me all prices for the inferior rooms as she had showed me their most expensive ones with a balcony first. She said: "I can do this for 250k for 1 night", I checked saying "two-five-zero" (whilst showing with my hands) she agreed, I went elsewhere to pick-up all of my luggage and then when I proceeded to pay it was actually 350k. The rooms structure was really poor with water leaking non-stop in the toilet and a shower that projects the water many meters away, but no expectations from a relatively cheap place... The worse was still to come! The following morning the staff started shouting at each other from different levels of the building, loudly laughing and screaming a bloody name several times from the top of the stairs to the level below... πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ The receptionist asked me several times what time I would leave when I was checking in, so I asked what time check out was; she: "midday". Me: "around that time then" Next day: I am all ready to leave just before midday (11:59AM), but went for my last room check and toilet visit before departure... I hear someone at my door (?!) Thought it was in my mind, until about a minute later the phone rings and it is the receptionist saying: "what time are you leaving??" OMFG! I check the time and it is 12:03PM... Really?! You might think: they probably had lines of people waiting... No! She said the night before that I was alone in the corridor full of rooms. They had a vast capacity and vacancy. If I knew how frustrating this place would be, I would have chosen ANYTHING else.

It was great hotel. Near sanur beach… If you want to go to Nusa Penida in the next day, this hotel is great for you. In front of Massimo Gelato and near other food

We booked through Agoda and arrived there and they told us there is no booking because their computer is down. So I stuck outside with whole family.

This review only concerns the restaurant. I did not stay at the hotel. Waited for over half an hour for a pizza, and when I got it, it turned out to be a store bought bottom heated up in de oven with a sweet pizza sauce and some vegetables on it. It was very small, not enough for dinner. The bottled coke that I had tasted weird as well. Not worth the money. Ambiance is terrible. One big rip-off.

Excellent hotel in every single way. The staff are friendly and attentive and also look like they genuinely enjoy coming to work. The room, restaurant and pool was spotlessly clean. The food was always excellent and was served quickly. The breakfast was very good value. I spoke with the owner and he explained to me that everything they buy is also organic. The shower had a very high pressure and the water was hot all the time. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and if you don't want to stay just come for breakfast and use the pool.

A very affordable hotel located on the main street in Sanur. Close to many good restaurants and within walking distance to the beach. Excellent value, great staff and comfortable rooms.

Horrible, the bathrooms were stinking and we had to cut our stay short. Live in this place if you like to experience what a sewage is like.

My wife and I went to Bali for our honeymoon and literally ate at this place 2x a day (we had breakfast at the hotel which was about a 10 min drive away). The absolute sheer volume of choice for multiple cuisine was unbelievable and the quality of the preparations was second to none. The traditional Indonesian menu was delicious as were the western options - everything we ate was also healthy and was obviously freshly prepared. The staff were so friendly each and every time to the point where I was more than happy to tip each and every time. I miss this place a lot and would actually stay at the hotel the next time too as the location is so central (close to the shopping strip and very close to the beach).

only drop our guest to check in on this hotel, but the hotel look nice from the outside, they have underground parking area. they have restaurant close to lobby area. I saw they have cappucino and western foods like burger, sandwich, etc. but our guest said the hotel location is close to the beach. only 400 m apart

we came here because were on a super low budget and find this hotel, for me and my wife its super worth, were on really tight budget so we got to find cheap hotel with good quality. the hotel offer a room with sufficient ambience, for only 150k. they have swimming pool with clear water and less cloride. it was really statisfying to stay here with cheap price but high quality for me and my wife
