What a special place, perhaps our favourite overall accommodation worldwide. Staff are all so kind and helpful. Villas get a customer wooden sign with your last name for the duration of your stay! Our villa (26) was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a front patio and garden/pond and a back private heavenly outdoor shower. Lots of choices for the included breakfast, which was delivered to our villa at our specified time. The pool area was surrounded by lush gardens with flowers. The drive up to reception off the busy road is a bamboo-lined tunnel-lane. The onsite spa was exceptional. Prices for all experiences, drinks and food (even the minibar!) were the same or lower than elsewhere in the neighbourhood. We absolutely loved everything about our stay and highly recommend it!

Great hotel, rooms, service and food! We had a Villa with two bedrooms and a big private pool. They put our family name on a wooden sign over the door leading into our villa area of which was a nice surprise. They helped us organise a birthday cake for my sisters birthday. Breakfast was brought into the villas every morning and was delicious. Definitely would come /book again. Amazing vacation.

the room we had was incredibly cozy and beautiful! We had a private villa with a pool, which was really relaxing to swim in while hearing the water pouring into the pool from a tiny waterfall… Perfect for an early dip and some morning yoga by the pool!. That wasn’t even the best though: breakfast was. You can order your breakfast the day before and they bring it to your villa at the wanted time! The staff is really friendly and you can’t do anything but enjoy their presence, they lit up my family’s mood whenever they were around! I recommend.

I spent my wedding anniversary in this place. The place is very beautiful, and there is wonderful privacy. All the employees working in the place were at the top of their wonderful manners. They received us with a smile and offered beautiful guidance. The breakfast was very delicious. Thank you to all the employees. I highly recommend this place to spend beautiful days.

Had a wonderful stay at the Pavillions. Beautiful villa with a cooling plunge pool. Loved the service, the surroundings and the spacious grounds, all tucked away from the main street. Came with a delectable breakfast menu mixed with traditional and cosmopolitan choices. The team were very generous, kind and helped us to feel at home. Couldn't have wished for better hosts. Loved the special end-of-year cooking lesson. Thank you

Awesome place to stay, we loved everything about it!! Location great, breakfast fantastic, private villa pool fabulous and staff super friendly. Even though it’s on the Main Street as soon as you walk in the beautiful drive the noise is gone. Exceptional place to stay, highly recommend & can’t wait to go back. Love Sanur too ❤️

Great hotel. Far enough away from the main road that you don't hear any cars from your villa. The pool was a godsend during our stay! And it's also walking distance from many great restaurants in the area. Do recommend! 🤙

As other reviews have said, this is the most gorgeous hotel and we had an incredible stay! We felt like royalty with the personalized villa signs, the nightly turn down gifts and rose petal filled bath (they seriously do not skimp on the rose petals!). Our private pool villa was amazing and the rooms were elegant and luxurious. Everything was made so easy with the hotel website, with a butler assigned to our room and everything being a quick online order away. The staff were also incredibly helpful and understanding, they went above and beyond, even helping me organize a surprise gift for my partner on our last day! Aside from repeating what others have said, one thing that stood out the most for me was how we were treated after we checked out of the Pavillion. We checked out at lunch time but our flight wasn't until midnight, and after an extremely humid day walking around Bali, we came back to collect our bags before our flight and I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed back and able to use all of the hotel facilities. This included having a swim in the main pool, ordering drinks at the pool bar and even having some dinner at the hotel restaurant before we left for our flight, despite the fact that we hadn't made a reservation. Given we had checked out that morning I didnt expect to be able to use the hotel facilities and I was so incredibly grateful to be treated like welcomed guests even after we left. Plus I was dreading the flight home after my sweaty day in the sun, so I was incredibly grateful to be able to have a swim and a delicious meal before an overnight flight. We will definitely be back!

Stayed 3 nights in the two bed villa, rooms and service was excellent as were the spa treatments. Villa pool was clean and regularly maintained, good size and depth. Nice colourful trees in resort with flowers, lots of spots for photos. Lots of natural wildlife. Attended the Pasar Malam dinner event that was on during our stay, with music and dance that was good value and enjoyed by all. Custom breakfast requests were welcomed and they provided bespoke food for our youngest child on request too. Breakfast was served in our villa each day which was very helpful with two young children and they even put a high chair in the villa too for the duration of the stay. Great location for bars and restaurants but to walk to the beach you have to go around the roads, there is no allowed cut through via the resorts on the beach, so it took us 15 minutes to walk there. Would have no hesitation booking and staying here again!

Such a beautiful and relaxing hotel. If you want to get away from it all, this is the place. The rooms are spacious and clam. The service is fantastic and very friendly. All in all, the best hotel I have stayed in for a long while.

We made a same day booking because we had to spend an extra night in Bali due to a travel hiccup. Even though we just happened upon this lovely little resort, it turned out to be such a lucky turn. The staff was incredibly lovely and helpful — they printed important documents we needed for our travel visas and responded with every request with kindness and efficiency. We were also treated to a gorgeous gamelan and Balinese dance performance and buffet. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you dear staff at The Pavilions!

This resort is tucked away in a quiet spot, just back from the main street, and feels so serene! Our villa was very spacious and we enjoyed spending some downtime in the garden and pool. It was nice having breakfast delivered to our villa daily and one day when we had an early excursion they thoughtfully prepared an on-the-go breakfast box. The welcome foot massage was divine! And even though we arrived to the hotel late in the evening due to our flight, we were greeted with a beautiful warm welcome!

Amazing service from start to finish! Our pool villa was excellent and was the perfect quiet retreat we needed. The staff were amazing from delivering breakfast to our villa to welcoming us for an evening meal. We went for half board which worked out perfectly as the food here is great. We both had massages at the spa which were so relaxing and highly recommended! The resort is tucked away nicely and is very peaceful however it is only a short 5 minute walk to the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants. I would certainly stay here again if we were to visit Sanur!

Had such an excellent massage and facial at the spa at the pavilions! Rudi and Dui were so lovely and absolutely made the experience. Highly recommended to anyone looking for some self care and pampering. Thank you both :)))

We stayed in the Garden Villa and it looked better than in the photos. Beautifully furnished and decorated, clean and very comfortable, and the garden was well kept. Breakfast delivered to the villa every morning by Candra on most days (he was very friendly and helpful) were a nice start of the day, I wished there's more Indonesian options but otherwise the selections are adequate. Had the 2 for 1, 90 mins massages with Redi at the spa which were amazing for both my sessions, she is highly skills and also very friendly. Vitri at the reception was very helpful and friendly even the one time we had issue with the nearby business, she quickly provided us with the help of Ketut with no hesitation. The communal pool and the ground are beautiful. It is very located on the main strip of Sanur with a lot of dining options but the downside of this location is to the beach if you prefer to walk, it's about 10 mins walk to the beach - the resort do provide shuttle service to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend anyone who's looking for a comfortable, relaxing, high quality villa to stay here. Keep up with the good work The Pavilions Bali staff. Will look out for other The Pavilions accommodations when travelling to the other locations when we have a chance.

A very charming resort with a real balinese character. Villas gives you a true feeling of the Island of Gods. Full privacy in the villa. Really enjoyed the private in-villa breakfast served in style. Pools are big and relaxing. Location is great near shops and restaurants. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

It has a lovely serene vibe. The staff are very attentive and aim to please. Because it is quite small, everyone seems to know you and the individualised service is amazing. There is a nice spa and the pool area is very pleasant. We had a private pool but went to the main one to swim laps and have a change of scene. Our villa is really well appointed and there is a great butler service. The manager is friendly and efficient. If you are after a peaceful, tranquil oasis in the middle of busy Sanur, look no further.

Stunning place to stay in Sanur. We stayed in the honeymoon villa. Private walled garden and pool, beautifully designed and furnished. The building is Balinese style with a “thatched” roof, and then all Mod cons. Everything is provided, towels, shampoo, body lotion (all refilled not wasteful plastic bottles), travel adapter, a large amount of filtered water and a bottle to refill for the fridge. Turndown is a treat (literally). The main pool and bar was also lovely. The hotel is about 3 mins walk from the main road but incredibly peaceful. The staff were excellent, booking trips, organising to-go breakfast for early starts (breakfast was very good also), just generally super friendly. In a good location in the heart of Sanur. I can’t really fault this place. Absolutely excellent.

Such a peaceful setting.set back from the hustle and bustle of the main Street in Sanur. Even our pool villa has been personally named. Within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants. Highly recommend

Highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Bali in Sanur. Beautify rooms, AMAZING staff who will go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Our favourite experiences were the private tours, floating breakfast and relaxing spa treatments. Great location and in the middle of everything.
