05.08.2022 Unfortunately this Hotel is Permanently Closed due to COVID - it looks as if they just walked away and is now in disrepair - there is some YouTube footage of its current state. This property has now been demolished.

Basic hotel, with a very good restaurant, hence I rate it a 3 star instead of 2. It has a nice pool, and other amenities one expects, but the whole place seems quite run down and in need of a major revamp. The rooms and beds were clean, but the bathroom had a terrible smell, and the curtains don't block out nearly enough light for sleeping - so make sure that you have an eyemask. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and there is a nice afternoon tea where you can chat with them about Balinese culture, etc. IMHO, a hotel best suited to backpackers/young travellers who don't mind roughing it a bit.

What a wonderful friendly place to stay. The decor is pure Bali the staff are very warm and friendly. We walked in off the street and fell in love with the place. Brekkie is wonderful plenty of variety and great coffee. And the massage is awesome. Cant fault it. It also has a very nice beach out front. We highly recommend.

Very friendly staff that let us check in an hour early. Good restaurant with a good buffet. We had one of the rooms with a semi private pool. The room had an awful musk odor, stains on the sheets, and the toilet bubbled and spit water all over the floor. We were also right next to the lobby and a supply closet so it was very noisy. Not worth what we paid!!! Not even close. This in no way reflects on how extremly nice and accommodating the staff was!!!

This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel! Stayed in one of their ”deluxe rooms” and it was pretty disgusting. We discovered stains on all the bed sheets (some even seemed fresh), mould on the cealing and worst of all; all of our 6 pillows were mouldy. The stuff didn’t seem to care enough. The first time we told them about the stains on the pillow cases we had discovered the day before, they lied about having them changed up at the daily room cleaning but the stains were the same. We also had to tell them two times to change the pillows before they did and the new ones were just a little better but damp.

Great location. Hotel restaurant right beside the Sanur beach. Reasonable price for room, food and drinks. It seems the beer prices lower than the chain store.

Beautiful room and gardens. Staff noticed on check in that it was my birthday and surprised me with candles delicious cake and singing that night at the restaurant.

Security and restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Reception at times was an absolute joke. Pool out of service for 9/10 days stay.
